- "I don’t know how to rate this because I rented this cabin from Expedia, but Son’s said I did NOT have a reservation. They said they were fully booked. Not one opening. I have YET to get my refund. We already had three cabins rented. We’ve been here all weekend and about a quarter of the places are empty. I just don’t know what to think. The actual place is amazing, beautiful, fun….but why Expedia rented this to me and took my money and Son’s said no, I do not know. And nobody will take responsibility for it so I’m still waiting for my refund. So….beware!"

We built this cabin years ago to give our family & friends their own space when they visit. Friends told us we should rent it so others can enjoy it too. So that is how it started! We have two donkeys, Jenny & Butch, that we named it after. That is how Two Ass Farms began. The cabins are located on the back of our 6 acres so that the guest have some privacy since our home is located on the front 2 acres. You can hear & see all kinds of wildlife.

Rustic comfortable cabin. We are 2 miles from town but sit on 6 acres, so it seems like you are in the country. Private & quaint, this cute studio cabin is an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city!

The Gazebo is shaped like it's name and has windows on every wall that lets in light and the view of the lake or horses, all around. Sit on the front porch listening to the sounds of birds or with a good book, sipping wine as the water lulls your troubles away. The water is low due to the draught but the Gazebo is still a nice place to stay when you visit our area.

This cabin is one of 24 cabins at Son's Rio Cibolo Ranch, a 100-acre nature resort with 2 miles of gorgeous creek frontage! It's hard to find a prettier more peaceful creek than Rio Cibolo Creek, it is spring fed, has gorgeous water, always flows and is close to the same temperature year-round!

Guests will enjoy free kayak and paddleboard use! Families and friends spend countless hours here swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, enjoying nature, relaxing, and having fun! The fishing is fantastic as well with large catfish and bass!

Son's Rio Cibolo Ranch has lots of amenities off the creek too including: pools, hot tubs, game room, basketball court, volleyball court and more!

We have fire pits located at each cabin so guests can hang out around the campfire under the stars, roasting marshmallows and having fun.

There are also many picnic tables, BBQ pits, hammocks and comfy furniture located throughout the property to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible.

It was right next to my sisters neighborhood, who we were visiting. Place was clean and offered everything we could have needed. Communication was clear and prompt. Only complaint was we could not set the thermostat below 74 and we are hot sleepers but there were fans everywhere. I would definitely stay again when visiting my sister. "
