Upon arrival all entrants must (1) check-in with owners and (2) sign a claim release and indemnity form. Guests who are unwilling to identify themselves (name, address, cell, email) upon booking, or who dislike fur, gun and mount displays, wildlife and/or the outdoors, should stay elsewhere. No check-ins after 9 PM.
No visitors beyond the 2 booked occupants. No parties. Conservation, recycle and wise resource use required.
Stays beyond 7 nights require:
(1) an additional deposit (TBD by stay);
(2) additional cleaning service and fees.

It is important to note that as per Lakeway's ordinance, parking boat trailers on the street is strictly prohibited, and towing will be enforced.
Additionally, parking trailers and boats on the driveway is prohibited. Please make parking arrangements beforehand to avoid any inconvenience upon arrival.The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.
