The rooms are outside entry, and I don't think there is an elevator if you're on the 2nd floor, but if those aren't an issue for you, I higy recommend this place!"

- "This is one of the nicest rentals we have ever stayed in. They thought of everything down to an extension cord on each side of the bed to plug in chargers. Great for a large group. The layout of the kitchen was awesome. The kitchen had every cooking utensil you could imagine to cook meals for a large group. The backyard was a great place to enjoy!! We sat by the fire many times. We had a frustration that really needs to be addressed. We got locked out of the house and it caused a lot of problems and stress. For some reason the code quit working. Then the call number took a very long time to answer. They reset code and it still did not work. We could never figure it out so they gave us a code to a lock box that had keys. Couple of suggestions for the owners: The picture of the naked woman upstairs was not appropriate for a family place. One of the coffee cups had someone shooting a bird on the bottom of the cup. We ran out of toilet paper. There were no Kleenex in upstairs bathrooms."

- "This house is well located and exceptionally well maintained and furnished. You would be hard pressed to find anything negative to say about it. Only my two dogs and I stayed there but we did have some family over one night for dinner. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed to prepare our dinner. The bathrooms and bedrooms were also perfectly furnished. Neighborhood is nice. I did not get a chance to try the hot tub. It was not really hot tub weather when I stayed there. But I suspect it would have been just as good as the rest of the property. If you are traveling with dogs that enjoy water - make note of the small pond in the back yard. You can see it in the pictures but you may not notice it if you're not really paying attention. One of my dogs loves water of any kind so I had to monitor him when he was outside. It isn't large enough to be "dangerous" but my dog would have destroyed the lily pads if he had gotten in it. Fortunately I was able to keep him distracted and playing in the "forest" instead of the pond. The dogs loved running and playing in the back yard and the neighborhood provided great routes for morning walks. Absolutely recommend this property if you need to stay in this area. We will definitely make plans to stay here again."

This is a smart home, so cameras are on the house's exterior. The exterior cameras are visible to guests.

No PARTIES -- The guest must get prior approval from the host to have a party on the premises. There are additional fees and guidelines for parties that must be adhered to before permission is granted. The host reserves the right to contact the guest before check-in if there are indicators that the guest is planning a party on the premises. The guest will be given 72 hours to respond to the host's request for a phone call to discuss the reservation. If the guest fails to communicate within that time frame, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation with a 100% refund due back to the guest. If a guest does throw a party on the premises during their stay without approval, all guests will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

No smoking or vaping inside the home -- If this is discovered, all guests will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

Vaping and smoking are allowed in the garden area around the fire pit.

No illegal party drugs -- Guests will be asked to vacate immediately if an incident is reported without a refund.

Keeping the Peace -- Please keep noise to a minimum from 11 pm-8 am outside. If using the string of lights hanging out near the fire pit area, please cut them off by midnight. The yard backs up to a neighbor's bedroom, a strict policy.

The neighborhood: The Garden House is nestled in a quiet area and was created for those seeking a calm and relaxing getaway. In honor of our vision and to guarantee our guests have the best experience, up to eight people only will be allowed to stay overnight at the house. Day guests are welcome but please no more than eight additional people. If this request is not adhered to, there will be an additional charge of $250 per extra guest. - "Arriving at the property there were dead bugs inside and looked like nobody had been to the property and done a clean in a while. Overall it was clean but looked like it had been sitting for some time since the last clean. We were unable to gain access to the garage to use the pool table/air hockey table. This property is also not lakefront as it has been dried up for some time. We were very disappointed in the false advertising of this as we’re not from the area and had no idea the lake is experiencing a drought. It was very hard to communicate with the host as well. Overall the house itself was perfect for our group size and wish that we had access to all listed amenities for the price we paid. "

spacious room upstairs, lots of light, carpeted, with a big bathroom. u have a big living room with 52" big tv and comfortable couch just for you. its quiet, very clean with personal ac, fans. my AC can go as low as 78 between 12am to 8am since i have dry eye condition. other time u can have the temperature u want.
