The house has two living areas, each with a large TV, and two dining areas - a formal dining room and a breakfast nook.

The full kitchen is nicely equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, and countertop convection toaster. You'll find all basic kitchen tools and a coffeemaker. Just around the corner is a fully equipped laundry room.

Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the other two have two twin beds each, for a total of 6 beds. A settee in one of the bedrooms can be converted into a small 7th bed, and we can provide air mattresses upon request.

It is close enough to major shopping areas you can be there in about 30 minutes but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with large crowds and traffic. The back yard is shaded with a large deck to relax on. The inside of the house is a lot more spacious than the pictures portray and provide enough room for everyone to do what they want. Overall we had a great experience here and would stay again."

We are approximately 5 minutes from the new Samsung plant, 30 minutes from Apple campus, and 30 minutes from Tesla Gigafactory. We design this space for maximum comfort for you, our guest. If needed, You will have full access to the attached garage for your equipment/tools. Austin Airport is approx 29 miles away. We host your work force, sorry no pets allowed.

- "Good location" - "Thank you for accommodating our family for a wedding weekend, the amount of space was perfect. We tried to leave the whole place in better and cleaner condition than we found it in effort to always be polite. PROS: Great space to stay for our family Hot hot water for showers, hands, and cleaning Cold AC, yes please VERY comfortable beds in all rooms Comfy sheets and blankets Gas stove/oven Fairly stocked kitchen Cold fridge and freezer Cleaning supplies Washer/dryer available to leave clean towels and sheets CONS: We re-cleaned and air freshened for hours after arriving to make it feel clean. All of the towels that were placed on dirty countertops, and all blankets and sheets were rewashed before use that evening. The total kitchen needed quite a bit of re-cleaning as did the bathroom sinks (old toothpaste and spit), toilets (tp in, and grossness around), and showers (used soap bar and box and hair). We also used our vacuum, and mopped the floors. It would have been nice to have had the backyard mowed and the back porch cleaned off to better enjoy the outdoors. Lastly there is a garage but there wasn’t access to pull in with construction supplies in the space. Based on our experience and reading previous VRBO (and a sister site-like that starts with an A and ends with a B) reviews it just seems like a better and more thorough cleaning crew/company should be utilized. Kevin was great at communicating and we appreciate the accommodations for the weekend."

You have private driveway parking available behind the house, and additional street parking should you need it.

Because of our antique furniture and steep indoor staircase, Blueberry Bungalow is not ideal for small children. Our other listings are great choices if you need a kid-friendly rental. Entering the house requires navigating a few steps, so it's not wheelchair-accessible. Our 'Small Town, Big House' property is much easier to navigate in a wheelchair.

Laundry room is located in the garage with guests laundry pods/soap if needed, you may need to buy extra for longer stays. There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master bedroom with King size bed has a his and hers closet with private bathroom and two nightstands with USB ports. The other 2 bedrooms have queen beds with plenty of closet space. All beds have hybrid memory foam mattresses. Outside has a covered patio with rockers and grill with fully fenced backyard.

We provide a few bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. Kitchen essentials provided are salt, pepper, oil, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. You may need to buy more items during your stay, but we have enough to get you started.
