New 50” Smart TV, Cable/Super-fast Internet, DVD Player, Alexa, Radio to keep you entertained. If you are traveling with babies or small children, we also have pack-n-play, high chair and a portable bath tub for them. Lots of linens, towels, beach towels and blankets to make your stay as smooth as possible.

Jennifer was very helpful before our stay and always answered my questions quickly, often within minutes. Once there, both of them went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Check in was a breeze, just as described. We really enjoyed the place! It was lovely, even better than photos showed (don't think I saw the cute little bar set up or dart board on the deck - nice surprises). Comfy beds and reclining chairs. Plus wonderful extra amenities from snacks and coffee provided to board games and a dart board outside (which our family made extensive us of)! The nearby Windy Point Park (which they left complimentary passes for) was very nice also. Only two beds, but they provided a 3rd small cot and we also squeezed in 2 more family members for one night on the couch and floor. Watched the solar eclipse from the privacy of the backyard! Only suggestion would be instructions (like a booklet or something) about procedures (ie, clean up/closing) and operating info for tech stuff like the TV/sound bar, Alexa, etc. My more tech-savy nephew figured it all out but not sure I would have on my own since everyone's entertainment/streaming platforms are different these days. Also we prefer softer pillows, but that's just a preference thing. Bedding was all of good quality, pillows were just too thick for our comfort. Thanks again! We really hope to stay next time we visit Austin!"

The weather was rotten for mid-march and the reason for the trip didn’t help either but the condo alleviated so much stress and burden. The view was exceptional. - "Enjoyed our stay over the July 4 weekend. When we arrived, the check in process was easy and the property was very clean. It had everything you needed for a great stay and had starter items which gave you time to run to the store. From the welcome basket to area restaurant recommendations to detailed instructions. The kitchen had everything you needed (pots/pans, basic spices, lots of cooking utensils), the beds were very comfortable and the views from the balcony were relaxing. We sat on the balcony with our coffee every morning watching the hummingbirds and had a glass of wine in the evening. The air conditioner worked great after being at the beach club. We would definitely rent this property again."

Incredible private lake front property!! Picture perfect sunset views. This property is located in a large, quiet cove on Lake Travis. It has a private dock with picnic tables for guest use! Bring your boat or jet ski and park it over night! There is a public boat ramp (Mansfield Dam - cash or check only) 10 minutes from the house and several boat rental businesses nearby to take advantage of a true lake vacation!

Inside the cozy cabin is the master bedroom: it is light and airy and has a queen size bed. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping space. The main home has a fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom with double sinks and a large shower. The washer/dryer is also available for your use. The main house sleeps 4.

For additional sleeping space, this property has 2 unique bunk houses. The larger of the 2 has a kitchenette and 2 futons that open into twin beds.

The second bunk house is the perfect place for tweens & teens to hang out in the loft area or on the twin futon and stream their favorite shows. Both bunk houses have A/C to give guests a quiet, cool sleeping space (no heat).

Enjoy a little piece of lake front living while having the conveniences of grocery stores, fabulous restaurants, and live music 10 to 15 minutes away. If downtown Austin is on your list it's just a 35 minute drive through the hills of our beautiful city.
