An amazing 2nd floor condo in the gated community of The Cape in Horseshoe Bay, Texas. This immaculately clean, 915 sq ft condo has been beautifully updated with cozy furnishings that offer guests spectacular views, Lake LBJ access (constant level!), and waterfront docking.

The large relaxing covered porch is just feet off the water and overlooks the day docks on Lake LBJ. The porch is complete with a ceiling fan, or for cool mornings there is propane heater to keep you warm.

At our private docks you can fish, swim, paddle board or dock your boat or jet ski for your entire stay. The docks are located directly below your back porch where you can easily relax and keep an eye on the kids while they swim.

Inquire about long term stay discounts! For 7 nights, a 12% discount will automatically be applied when you book. 40% discount for a month.

The large master has a super comfy king size bed, flat screen and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has twin-over-full bunk beds.

The luxurious bathroom is Jack and Jill style that shares a large custom tiled shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped, which includes refrigerator, Kuerig, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and stove. The cold water at the kitchen sink is filtered.

NO SMOKING - a fumigation fee of $150 will be automatically applied if smoking is detected by our cleaners.

Pets allowed with a fee, but please ensure your pets are well behaved and potty trained. Unfortunately we can only allow small dogs under 20 lbs due to condo size and damage we’ve incurred in the past.

Parking -- there is one assigned spot for this unit. There's additional first come first serve parking on the street in front of the complex.

Boats and Trailers -- there is no way to launch a boat or store a trailer at this condo complex. The closest public boat ramp is at Wirtz Dam and is operated by Lake LBJ Yacht Club and Marina where they also have trailer parking and rentals.

The Horseshoe Bay Resort amenities are not included with the stay unless guests have a membership.

Please note this is a second story condo and there is no elevator.

We have a high-end King size bed in the bedroom with resort quality, luxurious bedding and linens. We have flat-screen televisions mounted in the living room and the bedroom with cable tv provided. There is also free high-speed internet access (password provided).

We have a washer and dryer in the unit including detergent and fabric softener.

Our guests have access to the resort style pool and hot tub ... as well as, gas grills that are located close by near the marina and some of the other condo buildings near by making it easy to cook out while enjoying your stay. BBQ tools are located in the condo.

There is great fishing in Horseshoe Bay! You can drop a line any number of places so please ask us for our favorite spots or you can book a guided fishing excursion with one of the local fishing companies.

You can rent boats from the LBJ Yacht Club and Marina and boats and jet skis from Splash in Kingsland (they drop off and pick up) and we can help you find a private sunset cruise on Lake LBJ (day trips available too).

We know the area very well and can answer any questions you have or even help you with the planning phase of your visit so please don't hesitate to ask.

The Neighborhood

Our condo is in the very best building in The Waters complex and located on the exclusive "Island Drive." Island Drive is gorgeous! And you will want to take your morning and evening walks there!
