Peaceful cabin with WIFI that has one bedroom and one bathroom that is located in a quiet area with the backyard looking on to the dry bed of Lake Brownwood. This cabin comes with a spacious kitchen with a stainless-steel refrigerator, updated electric stove, new microwave, new Keurig coffee maker, new toaster, and plenty of storage cabinets for groceries. A small grill is provided for outdoor charcoal cooking along with grilling utensils. Living area has comfortable couches in front of a large window with a big 75”TV. We provide a large picnic table outside that can seat around 20 people along with 4 extra lawn chairs. The inside dining table sits 6 people with a view overlooking the front yard. The bedroom has a full-size tall bed with bedding provided and we also provide two cots for 2 extra guests. Guest must provide bedding for extra guest. The bathroom is equipped with plenty of towels and a comfortable bench along with a small shower. The backyard is big enough for a cookout or a small gathering. This little cabin provides the comforts of home away from home.

Beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath house and separated 1 bed, 1 bath cabin located in Cason Cove with three level porch and dock overlooking Lake Brownwood. Cason Cove is a no wake zone, so no need to worry about boats speeding by. When the lake is full, the water is approximately 14 feet deep off the dock.
Fully furnished main house with one queen master, one queen bedroom, a day bed with trundle (2 twins) bedroom, and two full bathrooms. Master bath has standing shower and second bath has a tub and shower. Includes full kitchen with full size fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. A couch, two chairs, and recliner chair as well as a TV is available in the living room. Washer and dryer off the kitchen are also available for use. Three level porch attached to main house with ample seating, picnic table, grill and Blackstone. (Please make sure grill is not up against house/siding. The heat will melt the siding and has the potential to start a fire.)
Cabin is fully furnished as well, with one bedroom containing three full beds, futon in main living area, and full bathroom with standing shower. Kitchen has full size fridge, microwave, stove. Living area has 2-in-1 ping pong/ pool table.
Enjoy the outdoors with a quick swim off the dock or playing in the yard. Two KAYAKs are available for use too!!! Utilize the dock to tie your boat up to. Don't let the fun disappear with the sun, enjoy cooking s'mores at the fire pit that overlooks the lake.

The house is conveniently located about a mile from a public boat ramp. The Hideout Golf Course, a well-manicured 18-hole golf course, is located 2.4 miles away. Wild Duck Marina is 8.4 miles away and offers live music, food, gas, and other lake necessities. A small grocery store, Big Gs Foods, is 5.8 miles away and a convenience store, E-Z Mart, is 6.9 miles away. The town of Brownwood is also only approximately 12 miles away.

The property has lots of space to enjoy and great views. Lots of fun to be had! Cozy lake front cabin with dock and room to roam! Sleeps at least 8 comfortably with room for air mattress. One queen size bed, one full size bed, two bunks and a couple of couches. The top two bunks are rated for 60 pounds. Best for 6 adults and 2 children. Bring your fishing gear and kayaks! We now have strong WiFi. Local tv and a smart tv you can use your subscriptions with. A DvD and a Redbox nearby. A huge yard to run and play . Quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Swim at your own risk. Watch children closely. No lifeguard on duty! We are not responsible for accidents.

The space
This is a 0.3 acre property with a wide (approximate 65 feet) lakefront and 1600 square living space in a one level house. The boat dock is large, around 750 square feet , with 2 boat lifts, dining table, multiple fishing rod holders . It has a second level 500 square feet deck for a 180 degree view of the lake and surrounding areas.

There is a ladder (in the boat dock) that helps access the water safely if the level is deep.

The back patio of the house overlooks the lake and is very scenic, especially during sunrise and in the evenings when the boat dock is lit up.

The lake brownwood water level varies. The lake has almost been full since June 2024 with water level of approximately 6-7 feet at the boat dock, perfect for swimming and fishing. We have provided a canoe for the guests to use for free. We require for guests to sign a liability waiver. But message me for any concerns.

The backyard is spacious, good for games, with bbq (charcoal and gas), a fire pit
or just lounging around looking at the stars at night.

The location is near restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses, and nightlife.

We use a smart lock on the main guest entrance to assure convenience, safety, and security. This means no one else can enter the property on a set booking date except the guests.

The TV in the master was beside the bed instead of in front of it. We arrived with no batteries in the master bedroom TV remotes and it would not connect to the Internet. We did not get check instructions. Luckily the property manager texted me late as we were coming in late with her code so we could get in. The dishwasher had not been unloaded from the previous guest. We would have loved to have used the paddle boat, but it was completely filthy.Overall, the house met our needs for the price, but a few things could be altered to make it better."
