- "So convenient to the Roping Arena!" - "This place was excellent for us staying the weekend for a horse show at the arena. There is some small traffic on the FM road that can be annoying, but not real bad. Very clean and cozy. Only two critiques. Black out curtains would be great for the cabins with windows facing the FM road. The on demand hot water was tricky for showers as you had to constantly adjust the water dial. It would get real hot, then cool, then hot. Again nothing you cant deal with for this very very nice accommodation."

Hey this is a great cabin located next door to the Circle T arena. It has two bedrooms with queen beds Each room has independent A/C controls as well as satellite TV. A complete bathroom with tub and on demand hot water so you will never run out. A mini kitchen with a microwave and refrid. It has an up stairs loft which has two blowup queen sleeper sofas to sleep up to four adults or children.
The cabin has a screen in front porch with furniture to eat or relax after a day at Circle T.

This is a nice 3 bedroom 2 bath house located 2 miles outside of Hamilton on the Comanche highway. This house is setup to sleep 8 people and has the ability to have a air mattress for additional sleeping. The house has central air conditioning and heating. There is HD Dishtv with HBO and Showtime as well. The house has a full kitchen with all the cookware and wood for the fireplace. The house is located 2 miles east of Circle T arena. The is locate closely to all of Hamilton stores and restaurants

- "Great little cabin. All we needed." - "It was such an amazing place to stay in a little ol town in Texas." - "Our stay worked out wonderfully. It was clean, private, and very well kept! While I feel the booking app plays a hand in some of the confusion on location, the owners or managers are fantastic! We had our 1yr old son with us, so we were extremely cautious of the porch not having railings, however, nothing else in the cabin was not child or pet friendly. The cell service in that valley leaves a little to be desired, however the cabin provided wifi as did the arena next door. There was a tv with all the apps loaded so if you had downtime you could login your own or watch the free Roku options too. It's not really a safe walking type of distance only because of the highway construction, but it's only a 2min trek less than a mile to Circle T Arena. There maybe a path or other way to go to and from arena, we didn't inquire. We'll be having another WSPBR weekend coming up, soon and we plan to stay there again for certain!"

Our Cottage was designed for beauty and functionality. Walls are covered in shiplap and bead board, ceilings in pine. We put as many windows as we could to enjoy the outdoors and bring light inside. We see sleep as a main priority in traveling. All bedrooms have blackout curtains and their own mini split heating/cooling unit with individual thermostats. We took a short break from hosting, however, previously we were a Premier Host with VRBO, earning great reviews and 3 years of experience.

We are located on a quiet county street easy to find about a mile off 281, just North of town. We have parking for 2 on our front drive way and room for more cars and/or horse trailers next door.

The kitchen is good sized with all amenities, including Keurig and coffee pods, and a full size coffee maker, along with sugar and creamer. Dishes include place-setting for 12.

In the Living Room there is an electric fireplace with a remote control that also heats, super cozy for those cool evenings!

The gas grill is in the backyard and utensils are in the pantry.

While we list this as a family retreat, we see our Cozy Country Cottage great for other retreats as well, church retreats, artist and writer's retreats etc. Your comfort and enjoyment of our Cottage is our top priority.

800+ acres to yourself. The owner and I stay in another home about 100 yards away.
I do like to meet n greet every customer though but after that , i wont bother you anymore. Peace and quiet is what this is all about. I am here if you need me though.
The home used to be our hunting lodge. It is 3 bedroom and holds about 8 people. Master bedroom has 1 kingsize. The other bedrooms have bunkbeds. Couch is big.
It has everything you are accustomed to. Heat/AC, microwave, washer/dryer, flat TV, multiple beds, living room, 2 bathroom, lots of wall mounts from hunts, ect. Our water comes from a natural well that is DEEP into the earth. Its very healthy and i consider it to be the best cause it contains no chlorine or anything. Its all natural ! If you dont like well water, you may want to bring some bottled water. Just a heads up.
We have had this home for over 40 years and it has a few signs of wear. Few dings in the walls, scuffs on the old carpet, ect. Its not perfect. But it was our home for many years and we were blessed to have it. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
Now for the MAIN reason you are here. For the outdoors ! This is where our place shines ! There are many different species of animals here. Axis, fallow, whitetail, blackbuck, bison, oryx, many types of sheep and goats. A nice pond about 100 yards away that is full of small fish. Great for the young kids. The fish are always biting. The animals there will definitely greet you. They are so used to being fed by people. I suggest bringing a sack of corn to hand feed the animals. It truly is a great thing to behold. I love the beautiful fallow that come and eat outta my hand. Lots of cute goats will do that too. Some are small and cute, others are BIG with massive horns. Lots of nature trails, beautiful horizons, and activities to keep you and your family busy ! You can keep what you find. Some people have found some very nice axis and fallow sheds in the past. There are places where indian artifacts can be found such as arrowheads, spearheads and pottery pieces.
This is truly a great place to visit if you are into wildlife and nature. We are 13 miles from the nearest town. Amazing place to get away from it all. Turn your phone off and take a step back into time with us =)

This is our family’s farmhouse. We have 40 acres and very secluded. We have a pool table and darts in our “man cave”. You can enjoy the sunset around the bonfire. And don’t forget your fishing poles for the pond from the dock.
