- "We were here for grandchildren's band concerts. We did not want to disturb home routines on school nights and mornings. So, the two of us older adults enjoyed this small camper trailer. It was wonderful for our needs. The bedroom and bed are small. We both are not tall or large so bed was fine. Everthing else is small also but nicely appointed and clean. Pam is awesome as a host. She is friendly, helpful and perceptive about her customers's needs. We will stay again whenever we need a place to stay in Stephenville."

- "It was just what the listing stated! The home is a perfect size & area for our family to stay when visiting & we plan to check it’s availability first for every trip." - "Stay was good. However, there is nothing to clean with. No Clorox wipes, no broom and dustpan, no sprays of any kind. I felt this to be strange. We had to go to my moms rental and borrow supplies from them. Also, one roll of paper towels and one roll of TP for four days. So… bring your own cleaning supplies. Also, the bathroom gets no air and is rather uncomfortable. Other than that, we loved the backyard for our dogs and hanging out. There was access to the trail in the back from the yard, but it was too blazing hot to get out there. Super cute decorating and the beds were comfortable! Pillows are nice too and we loved that every room had a tv. WiFi worked great. Plenty of space. There is salt, pepper, cooking spray, olive oil, steak seasoning. Overall nice stay."

This is one of two units in a house divided by a safe, solid, locked security door. You have your own private entrance and your own thermostat. The only time you might see guests from the other unit, is in the parking area.

You will love relaxing in this cozy, brand new home while being so close to Tarleton, Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital, Memorial Stadium, TSU Baseball stadium, Ranger College, downtown Stephenville square, & more!

This is a brand new townhome with one-car garage. Downstairs, you will find an open kitchen and living room that is very cozy and inviting with stylish furnishings and decor, and a Roku TV. There is also a half bath, and an exit into the garage. There you will also find a washer and dryer.

Upstairs is where you will find both of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a full private attached bathroom, comfortable beds, ultra soft bedding, and blackout curtains for a peaceful night’s sleep. There is also a dresser and walk-in closet in both bedrooms, and a small fan stored in the closet if you like some background noise while you sleep. One bedroom has a king bed, and the other has a queen. The bathrooms are extremely clean and spacious with ample counter space, drawers, linen closet, and hair dryers.

The kitchen is fully stocked with stove/oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator, cookware, coffee pot, coffee, toaster, blender, and more. The large bar is perfect for eating and working.

There is a small back porch that you can also sit on and a small yard that is in the process of being fenced currently.

There is excellent Wi-Fi, central heat & air, and interior deadbolts.

There is parking for 2-3 cars on-site if you count the garage.

The water heater closet is locked for owner use. Other than that you will have full access to the property.

You have access to the entire unit, garage, and backyard. You will access the property through the front door with a code assigned specifically to you.

Great neighborhood one block from Tarleton. This is not located on a main street and is a reasonably quiet spot, but there are a lot of trucks in Stephenville, and also a train track a few blocks away, so we have included fans for each bedroom to help block any noise that may arise.
