It may be a two-star hotel, but the service and cleanliness are better than what I typically experience from other two-star hotels. Everything feels "new." This may be reflective of the renovation completed in 2022. - "Easy access to all things in and south of the Fort Worth Area. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and sitting areas, and clean rooms." - "Lovely home in a quiet, tree-lined neighbourhood. Cozy and clean. Owner/manager very kind & communicative. Great stay." - "Property was very much just a income generator for the hosts. Walls had holes in the walls, random cords going thru the walls, and trash still in the bin outside from previous guests. There was a strange power cord coming out of the wall that was powering something, but I could never find out what it was. AC in the property didn’t work properly and the home was warm all day. It only cooled off in the early morning hours. Hosts had it set to automatically set itself to 78 degrees unless manually changed every few hours. They had a portable unit set up in the living room, but it was loud and obnoxious. Even the oscillating fans they put in the kids rooms didn’t help, and one of them was broken. The water in the master bath could not be controlled normally. It was either too hot or too cold. It was not able to be set to a normal warm temperature. Property had a list of rules that frankly was ridiculous and impacted our ability to feel at home."

- "Best thing about this property is that it is convenient to everything. 4 major grocery stores within 1 1/2 miles. Lots of other shops and restaurants very close. If you are there on the 4th of July, don't bother to go to the city park to see the fireworks (even though it is very close)--- just sit out in the driveway and you have the perfect view of the show (that way you don't have to fight the traffic.)" - "Bill and Yesenia were absolutely fantastic. We looked at several options but ended up selecting the Vaden Drive home. The location proved perfect for us as it's very centrally located. It had easy access to I-35 and our new home and all amenities were nearby. This allowed us to find our way around our new home town. On the 2nd day of our visit we noticed the air conditioning wasn't working. I called Bill and the very next day he had someone on site to troubleshoot. Unfortunately the entire system needed to be replaced which had us a little nervous. Bill jumped in and had the entire system replaced in a period of about 72 hours, it was fantastic host service. I would highly recommend renting this home from Bill and Yesenia, you won't be disappointed. I suspect we'll be using this home time to time when we have out of towers in and have overflow at our new home. Thanks Bill for the great support during our 6 week stay."
