My place is located in DeSoto, Texas which is a suburban city outside of Dallas. I am located close to the freeway allowing easy access to the city to visit main attractions such as (AAC, Bishop Arts, Trinity Groves, Downtown Dallas, and many others). At my home guest will find a very quiet and peaceful environment. There is a split floor plan that includes 3 bedrooms; Master (King), Room 2 (Queen), & Room 3 (Full). I believe in providing guest with privacy, therefore I am typically away from home but will be available as needed. At the property, there will be access to the driveway for parking and access to the entire home excluding some closets and garage.

Additionally, there is a security camera on site on exterior of the property only. This camera allows the host to not only secure the property but also ensure parties/ gatherings/ events aren’t occurring as they are strictly prohibited. We encourage you to enjoy our home and even invite your friends for small gatherings during the day but please remember that only registered guests are permitted to sleep over during your rental period.

**Entertainment**
All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you.

**Working area**
We do not have a designated working space. However, we have a foldable nice size office table that can be provided and opened with a prior request (Gaming room).

Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $250 fine. Please smoke only outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.

**Security cameras**
For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.

**House rules violations**
Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.

**Guest access**

If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.

As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.

The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.

The landscaper goes once a week.

- SECURITY CAMERAS -

For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.

- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS -

Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.

- PEST CONTROL -

This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.

You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.

If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waiving the requirement based on your coverage.

We are a pet-welcoming house (up to 6 pets) with a fee of $100/pet during the whole stay.

**No parties**
We encourage you to enjoy our home and even invite your friends for small gatherings during the day but please remember that only registered guests are permitted to sleep over during your rental period.

**Additional nightly rate**
$39 for 6+ guests will be charged. 6 Guests pay basic price and 7,8,9 guest and so on pay 39$ per day.

**Entertainment**
All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you.

**Internet speed**
We provide a super fast up to 1 Gbps internet.

Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $250 fine. Please smoke only outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.

**Security cameras**
For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.

**House rules violations**
Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit. Guest will be asked to leave the property immediately.

**Guest access**
