- Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fifth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests.

The house listing says it sleeps 15. It is well laid out with lots of comfortable beds. Really needs to upgrade living room furniture. Really no place for the adults to sit. - "All in all was pleasent. However, the AC was a nightmare. It was completely off when we arrived, took 3-4 hours before house was even tolerable to be in. Would shut off in the middle of the night. We had to set alarms to wake up and turn it back on. Had a number of insect issues. There were YellowJackets and wasps just outside the main entrance. The location was great with access to lots of necessities. Unfortunately we had to make several trips to Dollar General for things we thought should be available as part of the VRBO, such as wash clothes. All in all was a pleasant stay, just a little less than desirable than what was in the pictures. I would however stay again."

- "The house was a great size for a family of 5 plus 3 grandparents. Overall we had a great Thanksgiving and plenty of space to spread out. Beds are comfortable, water pressure was amazing and movie room was awesome for Thanksgiving football! The house is nice but had a few maintenance issues, one toilet would not flush, another leaked l but these are sta dark things that happen at any house. The good part is that the owner was always in contact with us and as soon as we reported the issues they took immediate action (plumber was out the next day). Thanks Blain Hartkopp"

The living room, dining room and kitchen are open space.
Dining table sits 8 guests, kitchen counter sits 5 guests.
Kitchen has open cabinets SO easy to grab what you need😊

The ping pong table and workout equipment are together in one room. We are not response for accidents ( play and exercise at your own risk ) there is a massage table and massager on that table that you can use at your own risk.
There Is a doggie door in that room.
There is a CD player on the shelf for those that like to walk on the tread mill and want to listen to music when they don’t have their phone with them.

The bedroom towards the back of the house sleeps 5 guests and has a love seat and TV for your entertainment. There is a refrigerator with water in that room. There is also a work desk in that room. You can go to the back yard and deck from that room.
The master bedroom has a TV and books on the bed shelf. The closet is walk-in and has plenty of room to sit do your make up and get dressed in there.

The master bathroom has a huge shower, a juccuzi, a sauna and a nice two basin sink. The toilet room has a toilet and a urinal.

Sauna instructions will be given at booking time.

There are 4 bathrooms, all have showers😊

Other two bedrooms are also very nice.

Washer and dryer can be used during your stay. Please use liquid detergent. There is a huge shower in the laundry room 😀
