Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.

- This home has a garden/pool area. You may see wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. (IE: Spider, lady bug, ants or even a bee). None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them we work very hard to keep the house clean and we have monthly pest/bug control -

The garage is remodeled as a game room.

Please be careful with the patches of grass & dirt from the neighboor´s property when parking in the driveway. Thanks.

Our home has an open space concept perfect for family gathering. The private backyard space has a fresh water pool and plenty of patio and deck space for any family reunion. The bedrooms are clean and vibrant providing a relaxing and calm atmosphere. The kids' room has a sturdy bunk bed and a play tent for the kids to gather in.
