The loft area contains the twin beds, suitable for kids and acceptable for adults, although primarily designed for rest as the ceiling height is 4ft. High-speed WIFI and one TV with connectivity options for Hulu, Prime Video, Roku, HBO, etc are provided.

The rental is in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood and the location is very close to anything you'd need in Allen (only 5 min to all of the major shopping!). Upon checking in, we were impressed with the cleanliness of home, comfort of the beds, and items included to make our stay more comfortable. It is also nice to have garage parking and a fenced in backyard for your children or pet. Wayne was extremely responsive to any inquires and even accommodated us to extend our stay even our closing got delayed which was much appreciated. The home is updated inside and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again if the need arises in the future!"
