- "Lovely check in and check out processes with an amazing area." - "Overall enjoyed my stay. Great, safe location. Nice amenities. However, I never got the wifi to work, and had getting a timely response was hard due to the text only. " - "Upon entering I immediately checked the couches for a pullout because the listing says it sleep 6. It does not sleep 6, the host clarified saying "they allow UP TO 6 people to stay" and "there are clearly pictures of both beds", but it realistically sleeps 3-4. One bed is a king and the other is a double/full which sits on the floor, there is no bed frame. The dishwasher had water in the bottom which they promptly sent the maintenance over to repair. The washer was not hooked up but it is not listed on the amenities so no biggie. However, as the day went on and we were getting the kids ready for bed, I noticed both of my kids' feet were black from the floor and there were someone's dirty shorts in the bathroom closet. I let them know so they could get with the cleaning people, I was notified that "they were provided time stamped photos of the property being cleaned" and offered to send them back over to clean, but I am not a huge fan of people being in my space. Disposing of garbage was a little difficult, but we searched around and found the dumpsters in the back of the apartment complex. The balcony was awesome, the location was perfect, and the price was reasonable. Response time was between 2 and 3 hrs but considering the hours I messaged them, it was understandable and I appreciated the response time. There was also a lot of food left from the previous people and I never received checkout details so I swept and wiped everything down. Internet worked well."

This lake house is located on a peninsula that juts out into lake lewisville, and therefore it has the open lake in front and a secluded cove in back. In addition to a fantastic place to just rest and relax, this lake house is also a place to enjoy your family and friends. We have available kayaks, hammocks and swings in the front yard, and floating islands to waste away the hours on the water. Every room of the house has a view of the lake. - "Wow! This place was amazing. We came down for a week from California with our kids, and we loved every minute. The house itself is spacious, clean, and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. And I mean everything! My son's stuffed animal broke and sure enough, I could find a sewing kit to fit it. We forgot bugspray - no problem! I needed nail polish remover - there it was! The beds are crazy comfortable and I slept so well, the AC kept us cool, and we had so many games, books, and DVDs to keep us entertained at night. The lake is gorgeous and the property was beautiful, we had everything we needed to enjoy the great outdoors. It was quiet and secluded, but also close enough to easily drive 10 minutes to any activity we wanted to do. Kimberly was so friendly and helpful, and she even left us a homemade chocolate cake to welcome us! My kids loved it! This particular cabin is only 200 to 300 feet from the actual shoreline with unobstructed panoramic views of the lake. This is the larger of our two tiny cabins that includes a separate small living room area and features French chandeliers and a clawfoot soaking tub. It also includes a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and toaster along with all the cooking utensils and plate ware/flatware/glass ware one would need to enjoy a getaway at the lake! We also have outdoor tables and propane grills for your use and kayaks are available for your enjoyment. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the view for sunrise/sunset or sit under our private grove of mature trees overlooking the lake enjoying the breeze! Although very quiet and secluded, you will only be a short few minutes from all the modern conveniences and just a short drive to major thoroughfares if you need to get to just about anywhere in the metroplex. Whether its just taking in the view, fishing off the shoreline, having your boat anchored here, or just enjoying the day swimming or kayaking in the lake with family and friends, you won't want to leave!! Stay on the shoreline of Lake Lewisville close to town yet very private! We offer a total of 3 rental cabins and RV spaces as well, with the cabins situated to afford privacy close to the lake. We are on over 14 acres of land with over 700 feet of shoreline. This particular unit is a one room tiny cabin 240 square feet with a full bath and beautiful views of the sunrise over the lake out the front door as well as direct easily walkable access to the lake. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the lake while watching the birds go by or take your chair and walk a couple hundred feet to the shoreline and go fishing, swimming, or kayaking if you want. Feel free to enjoy the breeze in one of our groves of mature trees by the lake. This cabin is our smallest, and it accommodates two guests with a queen bed and two comfortable chairs. Wildlife that may wander by include wild turkeys, deer, egrets and more. For the quick get-away, bring your boat or jet ski right out front to the shoreline and ski, fish or just play right here in the cove or take a 10 minute ride to the main lake. Outdoor tables, propane grills, fire pit, and kayaks are available for your use. There are laundry facilities nearby onsite. Private gated drive and coded door locks provide for contactless check-in.
