- "Lovely check in and check out processes with an amazing area." - "Overall enjoyed my stay. Great, safe location. Nice amenities. However, I never got the wifi to work, and had getting a timely response was hard due to the text only. " - "Upon entering I immediately checked the couches for a pullout because the listing says it sleep 6. It does not sleep 6, the host clarified saying "they allow UP TO 6 people to stay" and "there are clearly pictures of both beds", but it realistically sleeps 3-4. One bed is a king and the other is a double/full which sits on the floor, there is no bed frame. The dishwasher had water in the bottom which they promptly sent the maintenance over to repair. The washer was not hooked up but it is not listed on the amenities so no biggie. However, as the day went on and we were getting the kids ready for bed, I noticed both of my kids' feet were black from the floor and there were someone's dirty shorts in the bathroom closet. I let them know so they could get with the cleaning people, I was notified that "they were provided time stamped photos of the property being cleaned" and offered to send them back over to clean, but I am not a huge fan of people being in my space. Disposing of garbage was a little difficult, but we searched around and found the dumpsters in the back of the apartment complex. The balcony was awesome, the location was perfect, and the price was reasonable. Response time was between 2 and 3 hrs but considering the hours I messaged them, it was understandable and I appreciated the response time. There was also a lot of food left from the previous people and I never received checkout details so I swept and wiped everything down. Internet worked well."

- "Wow! This place was amazing. We came down for a week from California with our kids, and we loved every minute. The house itself is spacious, clean, and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. And I mean everything! My son's stuffed animal broke and sure enough, I could find a sewing kit to fit it. We forgot bugspray - no problem! I needed nail polish remover - there it was! The beds are crazy comfortable and I slept so well, the AC kept us cool, and we had so many games, books, and DVDs to keep us entertained at night. The lake is gorgeous and the property was beautiful, we had everything we needed to enjoy the great outdoors. It was quiet and secluded, but also close enough to easily drive 10 minutes to any activity we wanted to do. Kimberly was so friendly and helpful, and she even left us a homemade chocolate cake to welcome us! My kids loved it! It also includes a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and toaster along with all the cooking utensils and plate ware/flatware/glass ware one would need to enjoy a getaway at the lake! We also have outdoor tables and propane grills for your use and kayaks are available for your enjoyment. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the view for sunrise/sunset or sit under our private grove of mature trees overlooking the lake enjoying the breeze! Although very quiet and secluded, you will only be a short few minutes from all the modern conveniences and just a short drive to major thoroughfares if you need to get to just about anywhere in the metroplex. Whether its just taking in the view, fishing off the shoreline, having your boat anchored here, or just enjoying the day swimming or kayaking in the lake with family and friends, you won't want to leave!! We are on over 14 acres of land with over 700 feet of shoreline. This particular unit is a one room tiny cabin 240 square feet with a full bath and beautiful views of the sunrise over the lake out the front door as well as direct easily walkable access to the lake. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the lake while watching the birds go by or take your chair and walk a couple hundred feet to the shoreline and go fishing, swimming, or kayaking if you want. Feel free to enjoy the breeze in one of our groves of mature trees by the lake. This cabin is our smallest, and it accommodates two guests with a queen bed and two comfortable chairs. Wildlife that may wander by include wild turkeys, deer, egrets and more. For the quick get-away, bring your boat or jet ski right out front to the shoreline and ski, fish or just play right here in the cove or take a 10 minute ride to the main lake. You can relax and enjoy a beautiful day of fishing, kayaking and swimming with your family in the comfort of your backyard. This beautiful Lakehouse has a spacious patio and picturesque view of the lake; perfect for relaxing, drinking a cup of coffee/tea/wine, and watching the sunrise over the lake. Let the little ones run wild in the 1/2-acre backyard. The private, fully enclosed play area and playset also provide plenty of space for children to play.

Our Lakehouse has a calming effect. From the moment you walk inside, the breathtaking view of the lake will imbue you with serenity. The spectacular view of the lake can be seen from the kitchen, Livingroom, Master-bedroom and Master-bathroom. The furniture, inside and outside the house is new. There is a Game Room with a pub table where you can enjoy a drink or host card and board games. For the competitively inclined, there is a fuzzball table. Enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your bed in the Master- bedroom.

The expansive deck that overlooks the lake is furnished with luxurious patio furniture, and a cast aluminum iron table that seats up to 8 people. The gorgeous fire pit will keep you warm, while the new Electric Traeger Grill will keep you fed.
The house is recently renovated as of 2022. The house is equipped with special electronic plugs that repel all types of insects and rotans. For safety we have installed one camera in the front of house that oversees the driveway.

The Lakehouse is located in downtown Littel Elm, it is in proximity with Frisco, McKinney, and Prosper (all within a 15 min drive). Very nearby accommodations include a marina, public beach, water ski park (walking distance), indoor aquatic center (2 min drive, across the street), golf courses, and various gourmet restaurants like Hula Hut (walking distance). If you own a boat or a jet ski, there is a boat ramp located at 1101 W. Eldorado Parkway, Little Elm, TX 75068. The boat ramp is 5 min away from the house and costs $10 per day.

Each couple had a bedroom and the children stayed upstairs in the media room. We were warned by owners that the media room gets warm but several fans were provided so the kids were fine. The pool was wonderful during the 100F heat and the community fireworks across the lake were pretty from the patio. Photos of the house and view are accurate. We brought a folding table and chairs to have a little extra meal time seating."

2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Maximum occupancy should not be exceeded.

3. Primary renter must be present during the entire stay.

4. Four cars MAX on property. Short-term rentals do not allow for parking on the street or anywhere except our driveway.

We had a great time swimming in the lake and using the kayaks and paddleboards. We brought some firewood with us so we had a fire in one of the firepits. All in all I would highly reccomend this cabin. It is a cabin on a lake so there are some bugs and property development going was a little distracting, but not enough to bother us. Just keep in mind this is not a 5 star resort, it is a cabin by the lake and you will not be disapointed. Oh yeah, and the sunsets are AMAZING!!"

▶ This single-family residence is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).

▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.

▶ We are happy to accommodate small pets at our property. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet per stay will be applied only to guests who indicate they are bringing a pet when making their reservation. If this is not indicated at the time of booking, we will request the pet fee payment manually.

▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.

▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.

▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the house is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.

▶ TRASH: The trash bins are located on the driveway. Please ensure to seal trash bags properly before disposal. If your stay falls on a trash collection day, kindly place the bins outside by the road in the evening and return them promptly after collection.

▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
