Also bring your own toilet paper and you have to wash your towels, they don't do laundry. Also trying to complain after hours (manager is only there 11am to 7pm) will get you a full voicemail box on the after-hours number. Other than that everything was hunky doree."

- "The home was very clean and in a safe location. The host did a great job thinking of all the extras to provide, and organized everything in an easy to find way. We appreciated the toys & games available for our kids to play with (they are already asking for a foosball table for Christmas). We came during a major heatwave—109° and the house was very comfortable and cool inside. We were able to enjoy the backyard a little in the mornings before the sun became too much. A neighbor a few doors down the street was having a large estate sale during our entire stay. This did create quite a bit of traffic and cars parking along the somewhat narrow street. This was out of the hosts control, and we were thankful to be able to park in the back of the house. The back gate was a bit difficult to close/secure. It would have been great if there was a way to lock the home from the back door exit so that when leaving the property we didn’t have to drive to the front to pick up the person locking the home. Just an update to consider in the future. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Great house, especially if you’re a family traveling with kids."

We're located in a quiet neighborhood 15-20 minutes away from both airports. There's plenty of activities and restaurants nearby such as the shops of legacy, Ikea, k-town, top golf, arbor hill nature preserve, Lewisville lake, Stonebriar Mall, the list goes on. Enjoy this 5 bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, bbq/smoker grill patio with a beautiful view of the pond. Two rooms have a king-size bed and three queen. The master bedroom has a double vanity sink, jetted tub, and a sit-in shower.

There are security cameras on-site for safety purposes. Any small gathering please let me know, so I can inform my neighbors to prevent noise complaints.

Great backyard with a pool and gas grill (just needs a spatula, which is literally my only complaint for my entire stay). Lights and A/C were already on upon arrival (we arrived in the evening). The kitchen was nicely stocked with pans and cooking utensils, the beds were comfortable (and oh so clean), bathrooms had extra toiletries and towels. The neighborhood is very quiet with restaurants and shopping near by. The interstate to everywhere else is also close by. Check in was seamless and Milan replied to messages very quickly. This location is just great and we definitely want to stay here again!"

This one bedroom apartment is close to lots of businesses, great restaurants and entertainment. It is ideal for a single person, couple or small family looking to stay in the Addison/Carrollton/North Dallas area. Min nights stay is 30 days. The main apartment has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a desk with a scanner/printer and monitor, a living room with a small love seat and a small table for meals, a kitchen, a full bathroom and a cute sun porch. It has smart and TVs in the living room and bedroom.

An attached garage, laundry and a family room with a pull out queen bed are also available for your use. All spaces are private, although the apartment and these spaces are attached to a home that is currently vacant. We are getting the main house ready for renters as well.

We allow two small or medium dogs or one large dog and the apartment has small and medium sized crates available for your use. There is also a fenced in yard where your dog(s) can play off of the sun room. We just ask that you keep dogs off of the furniture and we charge a pet cleaning fee.
