Lucky there was a stovetop and we could heat some water in our pot we brought. Oh, BTW, bring your own pots and pans and silverware plates, bowls and and coffee pot. Also bring your own toilet paper and you have to wash your towels, they don't do laundry. Also trying to complain after hours (manager is only there 11am to 7pm) will get you a full voicemail box on the after-hours number. Other than that everything was hunky doree."

- "The home was very clean and in a safe location. The host did a great job thinking of all the extras to provide, and organized everything in an easy to find way. We appreciated the toys & games available for our kids to play with (they are already asking for a foosball table for Christmas). We came during a major heatwave—109° and the house was very comfortable and cool inside. We were able to enjoy the backyard a little in the mornings before the sun became too much. A neighbor a few doors down the street was having a large estate sale during our entire stay. This did create quite a bit of traffic and cars parking along the somewhat narrow street. This was out of the hosts control, and we were thankful to be able to park in the back of the house. The back gate was a bit difficult to close/secure. It would have been great if there was a way to lock the home from the back door exit so that when leaving the property we didn’t have to drive to the front to pick up the person locking the home. Just an update to consider in the future. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Great house, especially if you’re a family traveling with kids."

We're located in a quiet neighborhood 15-20 minutes away from both airports. We have Wi-Fi controlled self-check in smart lock. On your check-in morning, a customized code will be sent to you. Guests have access to the entire house .

Super quite neighborhood, Conveniently located, close to dining and shopping, 2 major highway nearby. DFW international airport, Gaylord Texan Resort, Grapevine Mills Mall and Great Wolf Lodge water park are within 15 miles, Rangers and Cowboys stadiums, six flags and hurricane harbor are within 30 miles.
It is best to get around by car.

No Parties or Events: We do not allow parties or events to be held with unauthorized / unregistered guests.

Occupancy restrictions: 9 occupants total, 6 adults maximum, no more than 4 unrelated.

***Additional fee for 6+ guests
Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests, for each additional guest, a $25/night/guest extra guest fee will apply.

***Trash day is Tuesday. Please place bins along the alley curbline for pickup no earlier
than 6 pm Monday. Please remove bins and store behind the rear fence line by 9 am Wednesday to avoid penalties.
