Blue Willow is 10 miles outside of Abilene. There are two ways to get there from town. The shortest of the two involves driving on approximately 4 miles of caliche county road. If you want to avoid a majority of the caliche road there is a way that is mostly paved but it’s five miles longer and you will still drive on about 1.5 miles of caliche road. They are well maintained county roads but they you are still in the quiet country.

The neighbors are mostly older families but there are a few younger families. Everyone keeps to themselves.

The property is beautiful well maintained well stocked and so inviting and I am Happy with the owner and the home you might refrain from using Sezzle Afterpay or anything other than your regular cards due to VRBO disclosing card information to management companies only of course, after they take their 70 fee and it may be shut off like mine was due to suspected fraudulent activity and you could be displaced at Christmas time for a few days also!! Again not the owners fault. Although my stay was cut short due to that, I was extremely happy still with what time I got to be there thank you Miss Stephanie you’re a blessing."

Positioned in the elmwood neighborhood, our home boasts beautiful landscaping, one of a kind outdoor space (akin to a resort), and a custom built home perfect for the big country! Inside the home you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils - everything you’ll need to cook during your stay. We have an 80" flat screen TV equipped with Direct TV and Apple TV. We’ve recently added Amazon’s Fire TV in every room so you’ll have a good reason to stay in bed and enjoy another movie. Don’t forget to examine our wildlife from New Zealand, South Africa and West Texas. Other great amenities include memory foam mattresses, plenty of outdoor furniture, pool table, fire pits, large waterfall, outdoor kitchen and much more.

The entire Eleven09 property can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. The main house is all on the ground floor and sleeps up to 8 in a comfortable master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath featuring a large walk-in shower, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a queen bedroom both of which share a full hall bathroom. Upstairs, over the detached 2 car garage, you will find a self-contained king bed suite with lovely, equipped kitchenette and full bath with stand-up shower. Two more guests can be accommodated back in the main house on the living room queen size sofa bed with uber-comfortable memory foam topper. Eleven09 also has a fully equipped kitchen in the main house, a dining room with seating for 6 plus an extra table available for seating an additional 6 guests, a washer/dryer, crisp, clean bed linens, plush towels and robes, WIFI, and Smart TVs with live local and cable channels in all bedrooms, living room and back patio.
Our back garden is a highlight of the property. It is everyone's favorite spot to relax with family and friends. The perfect home for rest and relaxation. With close to 4k sq. ft. you will feel right at home with large couches, a large kitchen, comfy beds and so much outdoor space! You will find the outdoor patio with outside kitchen and fireplace with outside fire pit, and two water features to be exactly what you need.

The master bedroom has adjustable tempurpedic king mattress with a trundle bed that sleeps two more. The two additional bedrooms both have memory foam mattresses that all our guests have raved about.

Welcome to The Bird's Nest! This adorably decorated 2 bedroom 1 bath home is centrally located and cute as a button! Located right across the street from an HEB grocery store, this home is within a 5-10 minute drive to all the best shopping and dining options. This home has a washer and dryer included. The front bedroom has a beautiful full size canopy bed with twinkling lights. The back bedroom has a queen size bed and large dresser. Both bedrooms have tvs with Netflix provided. There is also a blow up queen air mattress provided with extra linens. The kitchen has a gas stove, fridge, and full service coffee bar. All basic cookware is provided. The dining room is right off the kitchen and has seating for 6 around the table. There is a also a driveway with a single car garage out front. The garage is not automatic. So just open by hand to use. There is also a large, chain link fenced backyard with extra parking if needed.

One of a kind loft!
This unique apartment was built in 1920 with our Sears Craftsman home. It has been totally renovated and updated and just might be the cutest "steampunk themed tiny house with a sleeping loft" anywhere, much less Abilene. Just minutes from downtown, the SoDA District, The Mill, bars and nightlife, all three universities and Dyess AFB. Our Historic Sayles Loft is perfectly located for one night, a weekend, or more!

It’s a tiny space, so two guests is the limit!

The space
Our tiny house has a sleeping loft with a comfy queen mattress. It sleeps two comfortably, but you must climb a sturdy ladder to get into bed, so please be ready. So sorry, but for those with physical challenges, our special Tiny House is not for you. The only sleeping option is in the loft. It has a full bath with a one of a kind shower. Microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig coffee pot, Wi-Fi, and a TV with Chromecast to stream your favorite video.

IMPORTANT TV INFO:

You need a smart phone, tablet, or laptop with your own streaming account (Netflix, hulu, YouTube...) to stream to the tv using the provided Wi-Fi & Chromecast.

The Tiny House will be cleaned for your arrival with plenty of disinfectant. This is our standard approach, and even more due to coronavirus! We ask you to wipe down surfaces thoroughly before you checkout.

We do not allow pets.

However in keeping with Airbnb policies we do allow service animals. Please let us know if you intend to bring a service animal and carefully consider these notes:

Understand the Tiny House space is exactly that, TINY! Due to safety concerns service animals should not go up into the sleeping loft. If you have a service animal that requires a large kennel or you need to sleep with your service animal, you really need to consider if our Tiny House is the right space for you. Also, we have two dogs who will LOUDLY alert and bark when they discover there is an animal in the Tiny House. Typically a service animal will respond and a “conversation” ensues! Our dogs go in and out of our backyard starting early in the morning, so keep this in mind if you bring a service animal with you.

If you require a service animal you are welcome and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Guests may use the outdoor covered seating area with porch swing. Want to use a fire pit? That can be arranged! Want to grill? No problem!

This is a small space. Please, no more than two persons inside the tiny house at a time. No parties and (I can’t believe we have to say this) no glitter or glitter-bombs or confetti-bombs.

There is no stove top for cooking and guests should make sure cutlery is included if they bring takeout to the tiny house. If we are home, we are happy to provide plates and cutlery if needed. All leftovers should be thrown away as the sink does not have a disposal.

We have one reserved parking spot that is perfectly sized for a sedan, small SUV, or compact car. Large trucks or larger SUVs are welcome to park on the street where there is a legal parking lane. Second vehicles are allowed, but the second vehicle must park in the parking lane on Sayles Boulevard.
