Downtown, private parking is premium! Free for guests, park in the lot adjacent to the building on the south side. Street parking downtown is public but limited to 3 hours between 8a-6p.

Other things to note
2 Adult Guests maximum for stays 7 days or shorter. No seating area/living room so best for people looking for a place to sleep, have coffee and shower who are otherwise out and about. Longer stays can be requested for 1 person who works during the day. Just send a booking request. We love to host Shannon employees who can easily walk to work!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Minutes from Downtown San Angelo. Walking distance to the Farmers market. You’re right next door to a local coffee shop. Also farmers market opens at 7am across from fort concho. Panchitos restaurant is next door to the Airbnb. Rusas and Armenta’s restaurant is up the road on oaks as well.

The space
It is a 2 bedroom with a designated office space. There is enough space for 5 people. We have a queen size bed in one bedroom and a futon in the other. There is also a large couch which we can provide sheets for upon request. I’m not sure why but we changed the original listing from an air mattress to a futon for the office area. We can still provide an air mattress if needed. It is only 1 queen bed in the apartment.

This corner home is only a short stroll to the Concho River, Fort Concho Museum, and historical downtown San Angelo (less than a mile away. The Ben Ficklin Reservoir that many locals like to take a dip in is located 3 miles away. Goodfellow AFB is 2.7 miles away. Shannon Hospital is 1.4 miles away.

Historical San Angelo, besides having a lot of character offers shopping, dining, bars and much more.

The space
Self-entry with keypad lock. Code sent the day of entry. Walk straight into the living room to the right are 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Straight ahead from the front door is the bathroom. The dining room is to the left and behind that is a kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, fridge, stove, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. To the right of the kitchen is a utility room with a washer, dryer and back door. There are extra linen and blankets in the back bedroom closet.

Guest access
If you enjoy walking it is less than a mile to many of San Angelo attractions. You can also drive or uber. There is free parking downtown San Angelo. Uber, Lyft

This is the perfect stay for long term rentals. Close to downtown with many food options nearby. Kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and beds are so comfy you’ll sleep like a rock! The driveway is shaded and covered front porch is relaxing in the Texas heat.
When you wanna relax the living room has a 52 flat screen that just makes movie night even better! There is a newer washer dryer that cleans clothing fast and easy as well. If you have any questions just let me know!
