You may not want to leave this cozy space as you sit in the oversized chairs just in front of the fireplace and TV. Open up the window shades and bring the outdoors in as you eat breakfast at the bistro table just for two. Coffee is ready when you are with a fully stocked Keurig coffee station.

You'll be in for a great night's sleep in the stylish large bedroom with comfortable king size bed, nightstands, lamps with usb charging, large tv and plenty of storage. We've provided window coverings that can either block out the morning light or allow you to filter the light to wake with sun.

Our spa-like bathroom will have you wondering if you're at a resort. The repurposed antique dresser with basin sink will make your morning routine a pleasure and you're sure to love the large shower with plenty of plush towels.

Both the living area and bedroom have their own mini split ac/heater so whether you like it warm or cold you'll have no issues keeping the rooms the right temps.

Relax just outside the front door in the quaint courtyard complete with your own dining and lounging area set under a pecan tree. As you enjoy a glass of wine or iced tea, you might just hear music from a concert going on down at the riverstage or see a few fireworks through the trees from the July 3rd Pops concert.

This property is set just behind the main house. It is completely private and separated by a privacy fence and has its own entrance through the gate on the front right side of the main house and the private driveway that can be accessed through the alley. You have access to the whole area on your side of the fence. Including driveway, courtyard and small area to the side and back of your house.

If you have a larger group but want some privacy your group can rent the main house as well, it sleeps up to six and you could still have your own private area or open up the locked gate and share the entire lot. The name of the main house is Riverwalk Cottage on Airbnb.

If caught Smoking you will be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY without a refund & charged a $500 cleaning fee.
