I bumped into it a few times which wasn't pleasant, a problem my partner didnt have. As I was in a single bedroom with my partner, it wasn't really a problem and didn't need a bathroom lock anyway. But that gripe aside, this is one of the best small town locations to stay at. Included fridge, great temperature control, comfy furniture and plenty of space to unpack. The bathroom was amazing, so clean and with a large jet tub. grounds and a amazing view outback with some of the most beautiful tress. So close to downtown, like 2-3 mins away, take time to look at some of the shops and restaurants. Finally, the property is close to a beautiful scenic drive to Fredericksburg that is totally worth doing one of your days visiting. Definitely stay here, I would love to visit again. "

Our Cabins are located in the heart of the Hill Country 5- minutes from town(Comfort) also were in the same road for (The Flatrock Bike Trail) 5- minutes from the river/ park where you can walk your dogs or walk down to the river to explore the Nature and we also local Wineries here in Comfort Texas or were 25- minutes away from Fredericksburg or Kerrville where there’s a lot of Wineries and Boutiques and Restaurants.

Welcome to the hilltop on our 135 acre ranch. We are located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country with close proximity to everything!

Our Dog Trot Guest Suites consists of 2 suites each with a queen bed, an additional sleeping area (daybed or trunnel) and private bath. Our 180 deg views are spectacular and the stars at night are big and bright!

We are a short distance from Old Tunnel State Park, James Kiehl River Park, Sister Creek Winery, foodie restaurants and caves. Hope to see you soon!

The space
The view from our hilltop porch is spectacular! Please come and explore our 135 acre RW Ranch. We offer a 1/2 mile walking trail around the top of the hill with spactacular views in all directions. Wildlife aplenty. We have a swing semicircle, play set, fire pits with wood provided, gas grill and more stars than you can count!

Guest access
You can come & go at any time; self check-in & check-out. Entrance is through an automatic gate on to the property, then drive to the hilltop. More details will be provided before you arrive. You have exclusive use of the Dog Trot Guest Suites. The parking area is shared with the Comanche House.

Comfort's Sunday Haus is just minutes from Comfort yet tucked away on a 15 acre working horse ranch. Keep it simple at this peaceful place to lay your head between Kerrville, Fredericksburg and Boerne. Wake up in comfy beds with a stocked coffee bar and grab and go snacks. Whether you are just passing through or needing a place to hang your hat for a week or two....we are glad you came.
Note: the bottom floor apt is often occupied as well.

This peaceful and centrally located cottage is sure to please. Private entrance to your own space. Located off High St., withing .5 mile walk of downtown, beautiful sunsets, mature trees, hot tub, and outdoor seating. The home has 1 bedroom with Queen bed, a twin room, and Queen couch pull out. It's time to slow down and relax in the present moments in life.

The space
The rooms are cozy with high ceiling, spacious feel, very clean and relaxing with modern conveniences. Located in a country setting just .5 miles from downtown Comfort, 11 m8n to Singing Waters Winery, 25 min to Fredericksburg, Kerrville and Lukkenback. Trees and landscaping surtound the cabin for that countey feel. The perfect place to retreat from the big city.

The cottage is located on the side yard of the property. you have your own access at the side gate. Parking is on the street (low traffic area). Enter through side gate on right.

Other things to note
You have access to the backyard whete the hot tub is located. Let me know if you are wanting to use the fire pit or bbq pit. This area is very safe and secure.

A cozy, convenient and peaceful spot on a working farm. This is a small apartment above separate garage with private entrance. Perfectly situated 5 minutes to Comfort, 25 to Kerrville, 25 to Fredericksburg & 20 to Boerne: Great for taking advantage of all the dining, shopping and attractions in the hill country. Also an especially good location for bicyclists & motorcyclists. One small house-trained dog that remains leashed while outdoors is welcome.

The space
Our apartment is above the garage, accessed by a flight of outside stairs. The full kitchen (oven, stove, microwave and refrigerator), is stocked with a few staples, as well as pots, pans, and tableware, so you can reduce your traveling expenses a bit by bringing along some food to prepare. The space is flexible with one queen sized bed and a pull out couch bed.

Guest access
You'll have full access to the apartment, and a small yard with some outdoor seating behind the garage. If we are home and you'd like to meet some of our animals, we are more than happy to introduce you!

Other things to note
This is a working farm, and so please expect the occasional barking dog, meowing cat, crowing rooster, gobbling turkey, neighing horse, braying donkey, mooing cow or baa-ing sheep! If you bring a dog, it must remain leashes while outdoors.
