So close to downtown, like 2-3 mins away, take time to look at some of the shops and restaurants. Finally, the property is close to a beautiful scenic drive to Fredericksburg that is totally worth doing one of your days visiting. Definitely stay here, I would love to visit again. "

Nestled in a pecan orchard in the Texas Hill Country, the Sage cottage is the perfect spot for a family or small group. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchenette, dining area, and a living area, the cottage provides the comfort of your own home. The cottage is wheelchair accessible and features a bathroom with a roll-in shower. All the basic necessities such as linens, towels, paper goods, ect. are provided and the property is fully staffed which means that housekeeping is also included. The Haven's 23 acre property includes an outdoor pool, pond, gazebo, as well as the Guadalupe river which winds through the property. With just a short 20 minute drive to Fredericksburg, it makes the space the perfect place to stay!

The Carriage House is a small apartment in the back of a historical property one block from High Street. In the living area is a small couch, chair, TV, and kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and coffee pot. The main bedroom has a king bed and dresser with an attached second bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is off the living/kitchenette area. There is an outdoor space for you to enjoy with chairs and firepit. Please note there are four steps up into the bedrooms, so guest must be able to walk up and down stairs. The Carriage House is one block from the shops, restaurants, historical buildings, and bars on High Street. Perfect location between Boerne and Fredericksburg. Feel free to smoke outside, but no smoking inside.

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Kendall County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025: Kendall County has issued a burn ban due to severe fire hazards and red flag warnings in the Hill Country. As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are not permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. Restrictions: NO open fires and NO smoking. You are welcome to use gas fire pits and BBQ grills. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal.
