The flambe, Cherries Jubilee to die for with homemade, vanilla, bluebell ice cream at restaurant. The tour was also awesome. Sean was approachable and knowledgeable. The Sans Souci Farm Stay Room is decorated in vivid bright colors. It has a kitchenette setup with appliances that allow you to cook a meal.Several Flemish paintings of Frans Van Steen of Wiese Belgium adorn this room. Luxuriate in this room and the peacefulness of the country. Enjoy the smell of nature, the aroma of pines as they spill out their fragrance. As you relax on the deck reflecting back on the enjoyments in this life. You might catch a flicker of a catfish turning in the pond, a owl hooting, a coyote howling or a frog crocking. The space
The Cabana House is located in central College Station in the Southwood Valley neighborhood~ 2.7 miles from Kyle field.

The Cabana has a life of its own of which you feel when there. This quaint 1 bedroom/bath, full kitchen and outdoor area is newly renovated and all appliances are new.

The Cabana has so much to offer as it is ideal for overnights for small groups, the lone traveler coming in for business, or even event hosting for your party. It can be used as additional space for larger groups staying in the main house or on it's own. With it's carefully planned out design, much can be done with the space. The kitchen has an open-air design with windows that fully open up into an outdoor, covered poolside bar. The kitchen allows for convenient serving when it comes time to eat. The bedroom has a full sized bed that sleeps 2 and provides a pop-up twin trundle that sleeps 1.

THE PLAYSCAPE: POOL / HOT TUB / PATIO AREA
The nicely lit backyard has a super deep (10-ft) pool with a diving board and a slide. Kids and adults also love the water volleyball and water basketball nets that are setup and ready to go! The hot tub sits 8 people comfortable and has powerful jets. Both the pool and hot tub are managed by a pool company and serviced every week. The spacious, grassy yard is the perfect spot to run barefoot and play Frisbee and other games.

There is also a stone-paved patio with an outdoor charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal) as well as a smoker & gas grill on the back patio of the main house-both ready for use.

There is fast WiFi internet for guest use. We also have a flat screen SMART TV (you can stream your own Netflix, Pandora, etc. or use ours: Netflix, YouTubeTV, Hulu, HBO and more). We also have a wireless speaker (portable!) to jam poolside.

Relax in front of the fireplace and the 55 inch TV with a cup of coffee (included) or other favorite beverage. Listen to your favorite music by using the stereo system, which includes a jack enabling you to connect a phone/computer so you can play your favorite songs through the indoor and outdoor speakers (which are part of the outdoor kitchen and pool area). Grill & sink are great for outdoor cooking. There is also an outdoor fire place available to use. Upon request, wood can be provided. Automatic inflatable QUEEN bed is stored in the closet, and available for use.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil get away. Fish in the nearby pond or just hang out on the spacious grounds. This is similar to a studio apartment. There is a bathroom with a door, but the main area is bedroom, living area, and kitchen combined. There is a refrigerator, sandwich maker, hot plate, air fryer, microwave, but no actual cook stove. There is a charcoal grill on the porch.

The space
The little cabin is located on 26 plus acres behind a coded gate. We have a pond that you are welcome to visit and/or fish. The main house is located approximately one hundred feet from the cabin. We pride ourselves on the quiet serenity and you are invited to share.

Guest access
You area welcome to hang out in most areas of the property. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. The door to the cabin has a coded entry, as does the gate entering the property. We are a farm, so there are snakes, fire ants, and all the other critters you would expect to find on a farm. They don't typically come too close to the house.

Other things to note
There are two very friendly dogs on the property that we can keep contained if you have a problem with dogs. There is also a cat who roams freely and is a little more difficult to contain, but she's pretty independent. The dogs will think you want to pet them if they are allowed freedom.
There is a grill you are welcome to use, but if we have provided wood or charcoal, please leave any unused portions for future guests.

Welcome to The Cottage! This one room guest suite is located behind "The Garden House near TAMU,” and we are delighted to share it with you! The space is freshly renovated & ready to host up to two guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field & a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are not allowed at The Cottage.

The space
The Cottage is a guest suite located to the back of “The Garden House near TAMU.” Guests of The Cottage should expect the main house to be occupied by other guests during their stay as it is highly likely. Privacy is provided for all guests through the separation of a wood fence in the back yard. The Cottage itself is setup like an efficient unit. It is one open room with a bed, living & dining, kitchenette, and full bath all in one. Additionally, it has a fully fenced yard.

To access The Cottage, guests are to enter through the gate on the side of the main house located under the carport. Guests will only have access to The Cottage as well as the enclosed yard area surrounding it.

Other things to note
There is no private parking for guests staying in The Cottage. The driveway of the home is reserved for guests of the main house. Street parking is allowed, but please be aware of the direction in which you park to avoid any tickets.

Bring your well-behaved four-legged friends along to enjoy your Aggieland adventure. Our Guesthouse is close to campus, Northgate, and great restaurants. The primary bedroom features a queen bed with cozy linens, a flat-screen smart TV and WiFi, a dining area, a kitchenette with a coffee/drink bar, drip coffee maker, microwave, small fridge, and a toaster oven. Our nostalgic Sesame Street room has two twin beds, a comfy reading nook, and a TV/VCR player with VHS tapes for your trip down memory lane.

We are very pet friendly and include pet-friendly amenities such as pet blankets, toys, food and water dishes, but please be sure to include your pets in your reservation! There is a one-time pet fee of $50.

Please note: all rooms are included in the photo tour. There is not a full kitchen or laundry room. The kitchenette is located as part of the primary bedroom and there is a laundromat nearby.

There is plenty of parking on the street in front of the house. When you arrive, your entrance will be through the white door on the left side of the front porch. A keyless entry code will be provided to you on the day of your arrival.

Other things to note
*This Guest House shares a common wall with another Guest House. There is a solid wood door with a double deadbolt lock between the two Guest Houses for safety. Sound carries though the shared wall, so quiet hours are requested of all guests of both properties.

*The central HVAC system is shared by all three Guest Houses, so there is no access to the thermostat. The host controls the thermostat remotely. There are temperature sensors in each Guest House, and the host is happy to adjust the temperature to your comfort level at any time during your stay. Temperature is usually maintained between 68-72 degrees. However, this Guest House is in a historic home, which lends to its charm. This also means it is not very energy efficient. If the temperature is very high outside, it may be difficult at times for the AC to keep up with demand. There is a ceiling fan and floor fan to help move the air.
