This beautiful restored 1940's cabin studio with kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook or grill. Coffee is supplied with condiments. Spices and everything to make s’mores.

The main room is open concept defined by furniture. This cabin is at the beginning of the Wine Trail and the Texas Hill Country Scenic Trail. Can accommodate motorcycles. The cabin just minutes outside of the City on Kerrville just 3 miles from the 10 freeway and 20 minutes to Fredricksburg

Around our property there is a pond and some recreational activities.

When the pond is full you can fish ( fishing equipment available). Kayaking and floating. Currently the pond is extremely low due to the drought.

There is a large hammock, corn hole, horseshoe pit, picnic table and fire pit (propane due to fire hazards) s’mores are included.

Other things to note
We have two large friendly dogs that will greet you and will come up on the porch. They are on electronic collars so they cannot go onto the street.

The large one is Shiloh a gentle giant. Sheba the husky is more shy.

Treats are in the pantry. Feel free to give them some.

Although our two-story space is no longer available, we recently (2020) completed a total remodel of the Studio which provides more guest privacy. See pictures!
We are located on 18 acres on a hilltop in the beautiful Texas Hill Country in the city of Kerrville! We are close to town, yet still in the country. About 22 minutes from Fredericksburg! A place to relax, enjoy the Guadalupe River a few minutes away, the Kerrville nature/bike and riverwalk! several museums are nearby, as well as the Nature Center, Hill Country wineries, annual Arts and Crafts Festival and music festivals. Nearby are hunting, fishing, biking, horseback riding & canoe, kayak, tube rentals in the area. Less than an hour drive to San Antonio, we are close to Fredericksburg, Boerne, and Bandera (Cowboy Capital of the World). And we have a beautiful hilltop view of Kerrville!
We offer a studio which will sleep 4 people (a queen bed and a pull out sofa & a rollaway cot). The studio also includes a full kitchen and full bath. Guests may also enjoy a separate game room (which also has a full size sleeper sofa available for your use) with pool table, other games, 46 “ Smart TV Also available on the property is a shared swimming pool, an extra outdoor shower, fire pit, and BBQ areas, gas grill, washer pit. DISH Network, SmartTV and Wifi internet available! The pool cleaning time is 2-4 when needed. We offer a complimentary light grab & go breakfast and Free Southern Hospitality!!

The Cottage has an open floor plan. Tucked away from the street. It's bright and airy, has a lot of charm and character. We have a kitchenette, with all the dishes and utensils.. We have wi-fi we ask you put in your information to log on to watch Netflix etc. There is an outdoor shower. Towels for the outdoor shower are in the Cottage. There is a private patio for your use. There is a house manual with further information. And sometimes we have deer that sleep in the back yard.

Guest have access to the Cottage. They have access to the outdoor shower and an outdoor patio. The yard is shared, they can use the fire pit as a open grill. Wood, starter fluid, lighter is provided. BBQ utensils will be in the Cottage. If the Rock House is unoccupied the grill at the porch is available.
A croquet game is available just let the host know .

Small dog is allowed, we ask that you keep your dog on the leash. Partially fenced backyard. There is a fee.

Welcome to this charming, centrally-located downtown Kerrville guesthouse apt! This apt in the Theater District has everything you need for a weekend getaway. The kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes, flatware, glassware including wine glasses and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in at the island bar (2 barstools).

The Tempurpedic King bed is so comfy after a long day of enjoying the river, hiking, biking or a quick trip to the Fredericksburg wineries! There is also a fold down futon in case you brought a guest or little one.

This quaint guesthouse has a walk-in shower with plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen, living room with Netflix and Roku TV.

Put your feet up and relax on the outdoor patio chairs. The patio has a small table in case you want to dine outside. There is also a propane grill for those summer picnics. Enjoy the string light strewn deck with a view of the private back yard and firepit.

We take cleaning very seriously which is why our vacation guesthouse is cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.

Kerrville is a great base for motorcyclists, bicyclists and old car enthusehists - Texas Highway 39 hugs the Upper Guadalupe River, we are not actually on TX 39 BUT can serve as a great staging point for the rest of the Hill Country, no matter which direction you choose to go! We are close to Bandera, Leaky, Lost Maples State Park, Medina, Comfort, Ingram, Hunt, Fredericksburg, Luckenbach, Sisterdale, Boerne, the 'Three Twisted Sisters', etc. You could even go for a day tour of the local wineries, breweries and distilleries - the limo will pick you up and drop you off right at our door.
Come back and relax under the covered porch or side patio, maybe it's even cool enough for the fire pit. (This area is completely fenced and secured with video cameras)!

This is a pristine & serene guest house in a 3 home gated neighborhood only 7 minutes from downtown Kerrville! This exquisite home offers an open floor plan with full kitchen, king-size bed, spa like bathroom and all the amenities needed for a relaxing retreat. There is also a loft available with pull out sofa for additional guests. This bungalow overlooks 50+ acres of natural land with lots of wildlife to see. Enjoy the amazing sunsets from the lower patio or private rooftop deck!

The space
This modern farmhouse guest home offers an open floorplan and tons of natural light (with room darkening shades!). The downstairs space has a king bed, sitting area and full kitchen supplied with utensils, basic cooking needs and a Keurig with coffee provided. There is a full bathroom with closet and a spacious stand up shower for guests to rinse off the day. There is a loft accessible with sliding library ladder system. The loft has a pull out queen sofa for additional guests. Outside, guests have full access to the front porch and patio as well as an upstairs balcony with seating and views for miles.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire guest house, porch, patio and upper balcony. The ~130+ acres of natural grounds are also available for guests to explore.
