Beautiful guest house located in a family neighborhood in central Lubbock. Directly across the street from a large park with jogging trail and a splash pad kids would love. 2 minutes from Texas Tech University and Rawls Golf Course.
Private parking, Private entrance, and large driveway. Minutes away from restaurants and 1 min away from Texas Tech University Medical/Health Science Center, Ranching Heritage Center, and the Texas Tech History/Art Museum. Covenant Hospital is less than 5 min away.

Tiny Home, newly built. Very modern, very comfortable and cozy. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and private entrance. Separated by fence from the other home on the property. WiFi, and mounted tv comes with the unit.

Guest access
When parking in the driveway- please park on the left side and leave the right side for the other guest vehicle as the other house is often booked as well thank you. Parking spots for the units are accessible from Hartford St.

Other things to note
Please let me know exactly how many guests will be occupying the house. No more than 2 people are allowed and you have to be on the booking list. No animals or other guests or house parties allowed. I also have security cameras so I can see who comes and goes. The guest limit is 2. More than 2 guests will be asked to leave or pay a $25 fee for each guest that isn’t on the booking list. I also don’t allow early checkin so please don’t ask. Late checkout are also included so please be sure to check out when your schedule to check out or you will be charged $25 extra every hour that you are still there. Also if I give you the code to get in the Unit - please do not give it to anyone else. It’s only for you to know. Also the faucets and the shower during cold weather need to be run for a minute for it to get hot. Check in is at 3:00pm or whatever time you get here afterwards. I will send you the code to the unit at 3:00 pm the day you arrive. Parking will be on the Eastside of the house along the curb or the back driveway. Please leave room for the other unit to park next to you. Also please don’t park anywhere on my lawn if there is any kind of damages you will be charged thank you. Please smoke outside if you’re a smoker please pick up your cigarette butts. Checkout is at 11:00 am or before. I will be heading that way at that time to clean the unit at that time. Before you leave please make sure the all the lights are off and the door is locked please push the Kwikset button and pull the door towards you to lock it thank you. Also make sure dishes are washed and put away. Please throw your own trash in the back alley thank you. Be courteous and clean up after yourself. No pets allowed. If you break the no pets policy you will not be allowed to book again. Be neat and enjoy your stay!!

This cozy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom is perfect for the person or small family that needs to get to Lubbock quickly, take care of business or see their “Red Raider,” then get back home! Newly constructed with a large modern bathroom & tub, big closets, ceiling fans, and High Vaulted Ceilings. Each Bedroom has its very own climate control & mini fridge. These bedrooms are detached from the main house and have their own gate entrance to the unit.

These 2 newly constructed bedrooms and bathroom are cozy and efficient! They offer large closets and high ceilings. The restroom is big and modern with a shower & tub. This unit is detached from the main house which allows lots of privacy. This unit also has its own parking & gate entrance through a small courtyard.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire Guest House. As our guest enter the Guest house, they will have access to the hall, large bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. The guests will also have access to the small courtyard as they enter through the gate from the parking area.

Other things to note
Our Guest House with Courtyard is near many delicious local restaurants and there are several eateries within walking distance. We are 1 minute from 2 gas stations, 3 minutes from Walgreens and only 8 minutes from Texas Tech.

This unique gem you will be staying in holds my heart. This little guest home was built primarily by me, and I'm excited to open the doors for your visit. This is a studio home; the bed, living area, eating area, and kitchen all share the same space. I love the bathroom, primarily for its large bath tub. The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!

The space
The Little House is around 240 sq. ft. Two guests fit very comfortably (three is snug, but still comfortable).

The queen bed can fit two and the pull-out couch fits one.

You'll enter through the side yard gate and walk through our backyard to get to The Little House. You may see my family and me out there on occasion.

Guest access
You'll park on the street in front of our home. The location is close to the loop, which is Lubbock's main freeway. It's also close to restaraunts, parks, and grocery stores.

Location, location, location!

Private space located in heart of Tech Terrace (20th Street). You’re one block from the Tech campus (you can very easily walk to get to the United Supermarkets Arena for Graduation, basketball games, or concerts/events - or get anywhere else on campus easily) and it's close to Tech Terrace attractions such as J&B Coffee, Capital Pizza, local grocery stores, etc.

The space
This is an above-garage accessory dwelling unit. You'll have off street parking and sole access to the unit.

This unit is large at just under 650 square feet - making it significantly larger than your standard hotel room and similar to a hotel suite. It consists of a large living area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Living area features tall, vaulted ceilings. There is a Roku enabled TV in the unit, in addition to high speed wireless internet.

Kitchenette has microwave, sink, and hot plate. Some cooking utensils and pots and pans in unit as well.

The bedroom is equipped with a Queen-sized Casper mattress and the living room has a Full-size sofa bed. If you’d prefer a queen air mattress over the sofa bed, please let me know. However I do ask guests using the air mattress to repackage it.

Whisper quiet mini-split AC/heat units in living space and bedroom make this a quiet relaxing space.

If you are interested in long-term bookings, please contact me. I often have days blocked for cleaning between weekends but can sometimes accommodate long-term stays.

Guest access
You'll have sole access to the above garage unit. I, the owner, live in the main house but this unit is completely detached and private. You will not have use of the garage - this is retained for my own personal use.

Due to this being a small space - absolutely no “extra” guests exceeding the 4 total guests allowed for the unit. Violation may result in me invoicing you per additional guest and/or immediately terminating your stay without refund.

Outside of overnight guests, you are always welcome to have a friend or two over but this is not a unit for large gatherings or parties.

Other things to note
Please note the strict cancellation policy. If you need to adjust your reservation after booking, to be shorter or to cancel it altogether, I will not refund the difference as you block potential reservations as soon as you book. Please plan accordingly.

Great location a block and a half from Texas Tech Campus....easy walking distance to University events! This cute back house has a private rear driveway right behind the cottage. Access from the alley. Cozy unit with everything you could need for a weekend or a longer stay! This property allows 2 guests max and has parking for 1 vehicle. there are long-term tenants in the front property, so definitely no parties or pets.

This private guest suite is nestled in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to a small, yet serene, ornamental lake. The Villa is only a half a mile from Loop 289 and is a quick, convenient drive to anywhere in Lubbock. Texas Tech, Covenant Medical Center, and UMC are minutes away and many restaurants are available within a mile of the villa. Guests will enjoy a relaxing stay with a private balcony along with a newly remodeled kitchenette and bathroom. A park with paved walking trail is one block away.

The space
Guests will enter a side gate and through a patio area. (You may see my husband or me out here on occasion.) The suite is located above our garage. It is on the second floor at the top of the stairs with a private entrance. There is a queen size bed along with a pull out sofa, kitchenette and bathroom. A microwave and mini-fridge are provided.

The lake is a small, relaxing, ornamental lake with ducks and geese.
