One room approximately 325sq ft. Studio style, with a comfy queen bed, big accent chair, chase sofa that pulls out into a small second bed, (good for two small kids or one adult), lift coffee table that doubles as a cozy dining table for two.

Cute, clean & cozy guest house located off the beaten path 20 minutes from Ruidoso & Capitan. Close to Bonito & Alto Lake and Ski Apache. Great area for hiking, biking, hunting, fishing or a peaceful couples retreat. The home can accommodate 2 adults comfortably. There is no cable television however we do provide firestick (Netflix, Prime, etc…) and WiFi. During times of heavy snow book at your own risk. Four wheel drive or chains will be necessary. We are two miles off state highway 37. NO PETS
The space
If your looking for a peaceful, secluded home away from home, this is the place for you. My husband Clifton is retired but previously worked for Smokey Bear Ranger District & is knowledgeable regarding the areas hiking, biking, hunting & fishing areas. We also have maps in basket on bottom of end table in living room. We have some food items in the pantry, some wine to enjoy while you sit on the deck and watch the stars or wildlife, a water dispenser which are all free to our guests. We offer a full size refrigerator, gas stove, WIFI and fire stick (no cable tv), deck with some seating, a chimenea (we provide the wood) and a propane grill. Please do not fire up chimenea during high winds. Sit outside, relax & enjoy the beautiful stars at night.

Our property is a little over an acre & guests are free to walk around at their leisure. You might encounter some deer, elk or the occasional turkey.
