This sweet home is a lovely 2 story house with 3 bedrooms thats is pet friendly, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a loft. There are two Bedrooms of the same size both with a queen and crib. There is a pool table, darts, tv and theater with projector and screen in the loft upstairs. The house also has a large speaker for playing music. “ THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC GATHERINGS OR GUEST AND NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS IN HOME”

This makes it convenient for late-night travelers passing through.

You'll access the 200-sq ft. studio by walking through the driveway side of the main house to the backyard. (Follow the painted footsteps.) There will be code lock on the door. You can use the backyard, patio furniture and gas grill.

This beautiful newly renovated studio apartment is located next to the Historic Manhattan Heights district in El Paso, TX. Centrally located in the heart of El Paso, everything is just a stones throw away. It's ideal for one to two people. One sofa sleeper bed, one bath with a separate entrance to the apartment. The studio apartment is approximately 200 sq feet and is completely renovated with everything you’d need for a great stay. It features a bedroom/living room area, work desk/dining area, small kitchen section, and bathroom. It is very small, but wonderfully charming & comfortable. Backyard, with its own access to the unit. This is a small apartment, so 1-2 guests is the maximum we can accept. The unit has WiFi, TV with Netflix, and a comfortable sofa sleeper that converts from sofa to a bed. The dining area can also be used as a workstation for your business needs. There are free laundry facilities on the property for you to use 24/7 and we provide the detergent and dryer sheets. The quiet neighborhood allows for parking outside front of the main house. If you plan on arriving late, the self check-in is a snap and hassle free. There are electronic codes to access the backyard gate and door to the apartment, so there are no keys to worry about. There is a Keurig coffee maker in the apartment with a great selection of coffee and tea complimentary for your enjoyment. We do our best to maintain the apartment for you to have a splendid stay!

There is a really nice back patio to enjoy and an overall green & peaceful vibe :)

The Casita is in Central El Paso, close to I-10, US-54, airport, medical school, downtown, East & West side of town & Ft. Bliss.

The space
This is a 200 sq. ft. Casita.

It features, WiFi, TV with Netflix, comfortable futon that turns into a full size/queen size bed, work space, dinning area, kitchen & bathroom.

This is a tiny house, so 1-2 travelers is the max. No pets. It is very cozy! Oh, there is a fire pit & back patio that you have access to as well.

There are two nice mini-splits AC unit to keep it cool & quiet

It is small, but super comfortable with great thought on making it fully functional, cute & fun!

The Casita is all yours. You go on the left side of the main house. The Casita is located in the back patio. There is also a washer & dryer if needed in the main house.

The Casita is pretty self sufficient with everything you need for a long or a short stay. And, the back patio is a great place to have meals or enjoy the fire pit.

Please park outside on the street. It is a super safe area. The main house is a light grey brick house with lots of plants outside. You'll see a red little library as well.

There is a coffee maker, coffee & creamer for you to enjoy. I also have a good selection of tea for you to have.

Important:
Please use the linens for the futon. Again, PLEASE use the linens to sleep in the futon. They are inside the closet, a fitted sheet, a sheet, blankets and pillows. One too many guests use the futon without it, and it makes it quite messy.
I wanted to create a beautiful home to share with fellow travelers, be nice to it.
I travel a lot, so whenever in town, I will make my greatest effort to meet up. I am only a phone call, a text or an email away to answer any questions you might have.

Please wash your dishes if you use the kitchen, turn off the lights if you don't use them, Turn off the AC unit when you leave. Leave the USED linens on top of the futon.

Our street can get very busy but are expecting speed humps by the end of winter. Guest can park on property and can fit trailers, U-hauls, Rv’s, and everything in between.

Heat or Cooler available depending on local weather are controlled by a timer to maximize energy.
