Cute and comfortable studio cottage! We have the perfect spot in the Tall City for quick vacations, family getaways, or long-term corporate travel. Great location right off the loop and just a short drive from downtown. High speed WiFi, workspace, stocked kitchenette, reverse osmosis drinking water, mini-split AC & heating, and a shared patio and backyard space.

The space
Our guest house is located in our spacious backyard and was recently completely renovated! Brand new luxury vinyl flooring throughout, vaulted ceiling, memory foam bed, updated bathroom with subway tile shower, & mini gourmet kitchen.

Kitchenette includes pots and pans, plates and bowls of various sizes, glasses and mugs, utensils, a cutting board, mini Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, tea and coffee, 2-burner gas stove, wooden and silicone cooking utensils, salt, pepper, sugar, oil, snacks, paper towels, foil, cling wrap, plastic bags for food storage, dish soap, sponge, dish cloths, & fire extinguisher. There are also dry goods such as oatmeal available for guests who wish to make breakfast in the morning. Guests are welcome to use any and all food and condiments they find in the refrigerator, freezer, and pantry during their stay. (Please just don’t take the whole package home with you. Save them for the next guest if you don’t use it all during your stay).

Bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels, hand towels, and makeup remover wipes.

For families traveling with kids, we have a playground in the backyard with swings and slides. The yard is part of the shared space with patio furniture and an Australian Shepherd that can sometimes be found lounging outside.

The area has free parking. Private parking is available to the left of the driveway (on the west side of the main house in front of the horizontal fence), accessible from the alley. The alley is easy to find from either end of the street. For additional or larger vehicles such as RVs or trailers, parking is available in front of the house too.

The place is fully furnished and well appointed with all of the things a traveling professional will need to feel like this is their home away from home. Also has full kitchen & full bathroom.

This is a detached modern studio guest house is easily accessible to shopping, groceries, and 10 minutes from downtown Midland. This studio is equipped with a comfy King bed, full kitchen, washer/dryer, private yard and entrance.

Close to shopping and only a mile down from H‑E‑B and 10 minutes to downtown Midland. Guests can park on the right side of the driveway and there’s a sidewalk to the guest house along the side of the house.

Requesting a late check out is an additional $50 fee. Late checkout is anything between 11am and 1:45pm. Checkout past 1:45pm you will be required to pay for a full night at the rate you booked.

There is a fence separating this home from the main home so there is no shared yard. The home is equipped with a smart lock for keyless entry. Guests have full access to the guesthouse, shed, and private yard. Guests do not have access to the garage.

Other things to note
– The cleaning of the grill is responsibility of each guests.
– Propane is provided. Charcoal and firewood are not provided.
– During freezing temperatures the washer may be unavailable to guests due to the possibility of the lines being frozen. This DOES NOT affect the home lines or water access.
– Since this is a century old home. There is a pipe connected to the bathtub/shower that makes the shower water have an orange/rust color the first few seconds of running then the water is clear. This issue is only found in the bathtub/shower faucet. No other faucets.
– This studio home is 360 sqft.

Amazing renovated space close to downtown Midland. Our guesthouse is located behind our main office for our IT company. Totally private entrance and driveway. This one bedroom/one bath apartment is super cozy and relaxing and in a very safe neighborhood.

wow, it is hard to find a place to take date night getaway or a great place to stay while your on business. Look no further our little house is incredible. I work out of town a lot and would love a place like this to stay at. Answer emails and have enough room to spread out and enjoy time with my lady after work. Or even just to vacation at. Clean great internet and close to downtown very unique. All carpet is new. We will add more unique things and suggestions will be looked into. No smoking

Cleaning fee applies $175 unless really dirty. Then hourly rate. No smoking no drugs or $1000.00 fine will be added any broken glass in or around pool will also be a $1000.00 fine and if pool needs drained cleaning fee and refill.
