- "The apartment was very clean and very quiet. We will definitely be staying there again! " - "We are extremely disappointed for what we paid. The photos online did not show how rundown the unit and property is. We had trouble finding our unit as instructions were not emailed if we were building 1 or 10, we were just given "103." When we first walked in, we smelled smoke. There were empty beer bottles on the patio. There were burrs, rocks, tape, etc. all throughout the carpet that we kept stepping on so the carpet was not vacuumed. The pots and pans and dishes in the pantry/cupboards had not been cleaned. There was nothing to handwash the dishes, or baking sheets and an oven mitt to use with the oven. We were only given 2 washcloths for a 5 day stay with 2 people. We couldn't take a bath because there was no stopper. We were contacted about our stay and when we gave this feedback we were originally told we'd be receiving an update. Now it's been 2 weeks and after following up twice, the only update we were told was to take it up with Expedia. The overall experience after addressing these concerns has been extremely poor on Vector Travels."

The home was almost new! Had all the amenities and more! Many extra touches were observed from the extra clean linens to comfortably beds. The area was quite and safe! After long day of visiting relative in hospital we did have some difficulty finding our way back due to the unexpected fog and my lack of not securing a pin point on my maps application on phone or taking notes of directions after the owners informed me to. Great home in the beautiful Legends Park- a new neighborhood that is close to a variety of amenities. Very spacious interior with a backyard, spacious dining area and, wash and dryer area. Huge TVs everywhere! perfect for game nights, or family movie nights! So close to the Rockhounds Stadium you could just walk there to enjoy an awesome baseball game! Your surrounded by restaurants and some shopping as well. Cinergy Movie Theater is within a few miles, tons of fun for everybody! You can also pamper yourself at Sky Nail Salon just down the road :)

All doors have locks. Place has been running since 2018 and without incidents. People seem to use this as a quick stay as they come from out of town for work related reasons (some do stay months). Partial access being on dirt road deters people who have no reason to be on the Subdivision.
