The space
La Mirada Court Casita is detached from the main house with a semi private courtyard and private entrance. The space has a queen size bed, private bathroom, TV, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and wifi.

Extended stay guests can access washer/dryer in main house as needed. Also, I do invite guests to watch the incredible sunsets overlooking the Mesilla valley on the back patio of main house and a offer complimentary glass of wine, soft drink or tea, etc.

We welcome you to our cozy guest house in the heart of Downtown Las Cruces. Perfect for overnights with dogs or kiddos! Close to shopping, the Farmer's Market, and centrally located to enjoy all Las Cruces has to offer. You will have a private entrance, off-street parking, and a fenced yard to yourself. There is a queen bed and a pack-n-play as requested. There is a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, sm hot plate, and sink and the casita is equipped with utensils and the basics for you.

There is off-street parking and a backyard that you have full access to. Guests are only 10 minutes away from New Mexico State University and 55 minutes from El Paso International Airport. If you are looking for a more adventurous day you can take a trip to the beautiful White Sands National Park. Only 55 minutes away from the park where you can enjoy sledding down the bright white dunes, going for a hike, or enjoying a picnic at sunset.

Other things to note
The hot plate and a few pots and pans are in the blue hutch under the TV. We also provide fresh eggs from our chickens along with English muffins and coffee so you can make a quick breakfast in the morning. The TV is streaming, not regular “cable”

Together we will plan your therapeutic retreat to include any or all of the following treatments:, Therapeutic Massage, (hot stones, hand made oils and salves, sound bath), Hydrotherapy (herbal wraps, baths, showers, foot soaks), Herbal Medicine for pain, sleep, digestive, immune, skin, nerves (teas, tinctures, powders, pastes, steam, topical applications), Meditation Guidance, Therapeutic Yoga, Fresh High Quality Therapeutic Meals (3 per day). Within a few blocks, you will find several restaurants. A 5-10 minute walk will take you to our downtown plaza and to coffee shops, tap houses/breweries with live music on the weekends. Also along the plaza, find museums, art galleries and yoga studios, and a Farmers and Crafts Market on Saturdays and Wednesdays. The Village of Old Mesilla is 3 miles to the west. NMSU is 2 miles to the south. Hiking trails along the base of the Organ Mountains are within ten miles to the east. 5 miles to the west is the Rio Grande River walking/biking trail.

This is an apartment on the side of my house downtown. Quite spacious, it has a fine art collection, painting from various painters. The unit has a/c and sleeps 2 people. Located in the center of Las Cruses. Great neighborhood with some of the kindest people I've ever met.

BUT I THINK THAT IS INVASION OF PRIVACY AND AGAINST YOUR RIGHTS, so i will not be video taping unless it is for outdoors security. so far i have had one complaint about the smell about three years ago.

This little casita is packed with mid-century meets Mexico charm. Fully renovated and funky, this little place is a wonderful getaway whether you are in town to visit our amazing national parks, just passing through, or here for any of the number of events, as it is close to The Field of Dreams in Las Cruces. Newly renovated fully equipped kitchen, super comfy queen bed, and fenced yard for you pooch! This casita may be small but is definitely mighty!

You will have a memory foam queen bed, small dining table (could be used as a desk) 42” streaming TV, full, but apartment sized kitchen appliances, fully stocked kitchen, and the makings of a breakfast with English muffins, farm fresh eggs and gourmet coffee for you first morning. We also stock basics for cooking, spices, oil and vinegar, creamer, sugar, etc. shared laundry room is in between the casita and the house which is also an Airbnb. The only shared space is the walkway in between the house and casita where the laundry is located. The house and the casita both have their own fenced yards.

This little casita is very comfortable even though it is on the smaller side, however, if you are approaching 6ft tall or over, the ceilings may not be adequate and may feel a little too tight.

This lovingly remodeled casita just fifteen minutes from downtown Las Cruces is open, spacious, and comfortably equipped for any length stay. Take in the views of the mountains, watch the birds, or relax in the hot tub under the stars. Hike to the Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument via an arroyo from the casita, take a dip in the pool, or rest in the peaceful and tastefully decorated space. The space
It is the perfect desert getaway. This private casita is located on a ~ 3-acre piece of land that is shared with the host's home. The casita has a lovely backyard with a fire pit, a stone and tile table with benches and umbrella, and easy access to a communal gas grill.

Enjoy the hot tub and pool (Pool open from mid-March to late-September. Hot tub and pool are in the communal area.).

Feel at home inside the casita. It features powerful heating and cooling; solid WiFi; a TV with xfinity (140+ channels of live TV), Netflix, Hulu, and more; and a portable bluetooth speaker. There are also a number of board and card games as well as a small "give one, take one" book exchange.

The kitchenette is perfect for vacation cooking and includes a refrigerator with freezer, toaster oven, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker, and water maker. Cooking and eating utensils, glassware, towels, linens, sheets, and more are provided. Laundry access is available for free upon request.

The property is a half mile from the Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument (Doña Ana Mountains) and can be accessed by hiking from the backyard arroyo. This same route can be taken on horseback. The Desert Wind Way main parking lot for bike rides into the Monument is an easy ~ 2.5-mile ride away. The casita is located in a rural desert setting. If you are lucky, you'll see snakes, scorpions, and other desert creatures!

Additional guests (more than 4) are considered upon request.

Children are welcome and will enjoy playing in the giant sandbox, aka desert backyard. Children must be supervised, especially in and around the pool and hot tub.

One or two well-trained dogs are also welcome for a fee of $30 per dog per stay to cover the additional cleaning costs. Dogs must be supervised and are not allowed on the furniture.

This charming place has hardwood floors through out, Talavera tile and Authentic Mexican folk art. Las Cruces is primarily a driving city, however, this casita is in the heart of the old downtown and is very walkable. Parking is street parking in front of the property. You're only a walk away from the famous Las Cruces farmers market which happens every Saturday morning of the year! The casita is 10 minutes away from New Mexico State University and 55 minutes from the El Paso International Airport. If you are looking for a more adventurous day take a 50-minute trip up to the beautiful White Sands National Park! There you can enjoy sledding down the brilliant white dunes, hiking, or enjoying a picnic at sunset.

Other things to note
Kids and dogs are welcome, but please keep in mind that there is a flight of stairs to go up and there is no outdoor space, there is a great park nearby and walking to the local farmers market would take about 10 mins. Parking is street, close to the unit. We have pack n plays on request. The tenants in the front house do have dogs, they are safely behind a fence but they will bark when you are going up the stairs.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom casita is located in a quiet neighborhood on the northern side of Las Cruces. The casita sits on a 1.5 acre lot. There is plenty of parking for a trailer if you're passing through town and need a place to rest. The quiet neighborhood and secluded area makes it the perfect place for a quiet weekend getaway. Easy access to I-10 and I-25.

The space
The house is about 15 minutes away from downtown Las Cruces and Mesilla. NMSU is about 20 minutes away. White Sands is about an hour away.

The house has a water softener.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, spices and coffee/tea.

The living room has a smart TV, Netflix is provided. Guests can login to their own streaming accounts, please log out of your accounts before leaving. Lincoln logs and monopoly are available for guests to use.

Both bedrooms have a queen size bed (extra linens and pillows are available), closet and dresser.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, towels are provided. The house does not have a bath tub.
