The space
Our place is perfect for anybody looking to have an adventure while maintaining modern comfort. On the surface, the Studio is bright, clean, and spacious -- but simultaneously, it maintains a distinct character one can only experience when they stay.

Of course, we provide everything we would consider necessary with a proper AirBnB. 3 Beds: a Queen, Single, and Couch Bed. Wireless Internet. A widescreen Smart TV, with free Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Satellite TV. A stove and oven, washer-dryer machine, microwave, and 2 fridges. A bar with comfy stools, lots of extra chairs, and all sorts of tables. A shower and bathroom, toilet, and sink. Oh, and don't forget air conditioning and heating!

But there are a couple things that really set our place apart. For starters, the Acoustics in the studio are incredible -- we highly recommend guests bring their own speaker to try it out. There's also two huge skylights that make the studio feel apart of nature, and just let in a pleasing amount of light to perfectly match the mood. This complements the high-vaulted ceilings to create a clean and spacious aura. The carpet, taken and reinstalled from a local jazz club, adds just the right amount of coziness as well.

Perhaps what really sets out place apart, though, is its rural setting. Rugged, natural beauty surrounds the house. Towering trees, flowing Acequias (irrigation ditches), Vineyards and Grass define the surroundings. Great for dogs, kids, relaxing, or working in peace.

Whether you are just looking to stay while you visit around town, have some alone time with your significant other, or go on a creative retreat, this place will suit all of your needs and more.

Beautiful newly updated 1 bedroom guest home in the Nob Hill Neighborhood of Albuquerque! The location on this home is great and is only a block away from the UNM campus. All three of Albuquerque's main hospitals (UNMH, Presbyterian, and Lovelace are very close). All the amenities of Nob Hill are in the surrounding blocks. The space itself is newly built/updates with new kitchen cabinets, flooring, bathroom, etc.) Let this place be a refuge for you after a day of efforts!

Our casita is located on the Turquoise Trail, close to Sandia Peak Ski Area and Paa-Ko golf course. It's about 30 minutes from Albuquerque and 45 minutes from Santa Fe. You’ll love the ambiance, the quiet, and the surrounding forest while having all the modern conveniences.
The casita is good for couples and solo adventurers, especially those who are looking for a tranquil forest setting with mountain vistas. It's an ideal place for an artist or writer to retreat from the bustle of the world.

The space
Our guest house has a wraparound screened-in porch, full kitchen and private bath with shower. The views of the mountains -- especially around sunset -- are spectacular. The porch is a wonderful place to hang out with a beverage and just relax with the sound of the breeze and smell of the forest. Some guests coming from cities have told me it's hard for them to adjust to the quiet. Then again, at other times our local coyotes like to serenade you.

You'll have an entire house to yourself, complete with kitchen, washer/dryer and a single-car garage. We supply (caffeinated) coffee, tea, sugar, and powdered creamer. We also provide toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent.

Other things to note
We do get snow here in the winter. The roads are typically plowed quickly. Even so, a four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive car is best if you come during the winter.
We're at an altitude of 6750 feet, so if you're not used to higher altitudes you may experience headaches or sleepiness until you've had time to adjust. It's a good idea to go easy on the alcohol until you're acclimated.

The space
This casita was recently renovated from a workshop/garage. There is a full kitchen with a range/oven, sink and full size refrigerator. There are plates, bowls, cups, mugs, silverware and basic cooking utensils. Pots, pans and a few tupperware are also available for those who wish to make full use of the kitchen. Filtered water is available in the fridge. A french press and ground coffee from local Michael Thomas Coffee is provided. There is no TV but WiFi is provided. There are towels available in the bathroom. The open shower has stone flooring and a gentle showerhead. A full dresser and hanging rack is useful for storing clothes.

There is a private entrance from the street. Guests have a back patio with a small table and chairs. The patio is fenced and private for use by the guests.

You come into a hallway/mudroom with places to drop your coats, shoes, and bags off if you like. The door to the right is for the main home. You won't have access to that part and they won't have access to you. The door on the left is the garage, you won't have access to that also. You'll see the stairs up to the living space you have rented. You may lock this door at the foot of the stairs if you like while you are there.

Other things to note
The only spot for a small dog to go potty is the side yard you enter through. They cannot be left alone here.

Kitchenette is equipped with a two burner built in induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven. You may have access to washer/dryer in the main house upon request, easily accessible from the casita area. The casita is very private and there will be little to no interaction with me unless you want it.

Come stay with us and enjoy the rural charm of Corrales, NM. Because we know you have had a long day getting here, we provide you with a "Welcome Basket" to start your stay. We are located at the southern end of the Village and about two miles from Intel. It's also a couple miles to either big city shopping or the heart of the Village, and minutes to the Alb. Balloon Park. No worries about finding a laundry mat. We recently installed a LG washer/dryer/steam combo for your convenience.

The space
With 450 sf, our casita can comfortably accommodate up to two adults. It has a separate bedroom with a comfy queen bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. Kitchen amenities include a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, electric hot plate, toaster oven, coffee maker, and a workspace.
We've recently had new wood floors installed and a new bedroom suite!

Guest access
The casita has its own gated parking area. There is plenty room for your vehicle, even your trailer.

Parking in the village is always easy to find and free. On foot, it's an easy two-mile walk to the center of the village.

Other things to note
You can relax on your own outdoor porch and enjoy the view of the Sandia Mountains. You also look out to a well-appointed courtyard with an outdoor kitchen, water feature and fire pit.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

The space
This is a open floor plan with everything in one room. The bedroom area feels private because it’s tucked behind a wall providing privacy from the entryway. It’s very cozy and comfortable for 2 people.

This is one bedroom casita that stands alone from the main house. It has its own garden entrance and a high wall that provides privacy from the main house. Guests have access to a lovely front garden walkway and a large covered patio with seating.

This lovely oasis nestled near the foot of the Sandia Mountains encompasses an acre of orchards and lush landscaping. The mountain views, especially at sunset often illustrate the watermelon color that the name “Sandia” means. It is 4.7 miles from the International Balloon Fiesta Park and 2.1 miles to the Sandia Peak Tramway.

Casita and deck have a beautiful view of the Sandia Mountains. This is the perfect stay if you are visiting for the Balloon Fiesta. Visit the park or stay in and enjoy the balloon views from our deck.

Conveniently located near the Bacheci Open space, Rio Grande River, North valley Markets, Breweries, Wineries and Restaurants are within minutes.

The space
It is an upper lever studio casita with an awesome deck to hang out and enjoy beautiful sunsets and mountains. We have a queen murphy bed and a twin day bed for sleeping arrangements.

This is a boho/modern guesthouse ( studio) located in Old Town, Albuquerque. This area is walkable to the Rio Grande River, Albuquerque Zoo, Botanical Garden, and El Vado food market.
You are also minutes away from Old Town plaza and Downtown Albuquerque. Here, you can find many tourist attractions and restaurants.

The space
The kitchen is fully updated and has all the items you will need for a short or long term stay. We provide things such as dishes, glassware, cookware, cooking utensils, small appliances, teas, coffee, sugar etc.

The bathroom is fully stocked with towels, toilet paper, a hair dryer, hand soaps, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

There is one patio that is fully furnished. We do ask that you DON'T smoke in the unit rather on the patios and dispose of any ends in the trash.

The bedroom is open to the living space as it is a studio. We do provide shades so the space is private even though it's connected to the main house.

We have some games, reading material, extra pillows and blankets for a relaxing stay of four guests.

The South Foxfire Casita at SantuaRio Grande is about 600sq.ft. and is perfect for a single or couple traveling who may want all the perks of a home. Close access to miles of walking trails along the Bosque. A rural setting, the 1+acre of property is fenced and private, yet just minutes away from all of things that bring you to the Albuquerque area. 1 mile to Los Poblanos and Casa Rondena Winery. Approximately 3 miles to Balloon Fiesta Park.

Guests may have full privacy in their free-standing casita and/or you might want to meet other travelers staying on the property while enjoying access to the common areas in the main house: available from 8am-8pm. (Ice available in main house kitchen as well) Or meet a new friend while throwing a frisbee disc at our putting basket.

The kitchenette in this unit has limited storage space, so as to not overcrowd, we are happy to provide any additional kitchen-aids, just ask your hosts and if we have, you can use it. ie; blender, air fryer, etc...
