The space
Our place is perfect for anybody looking to have an adventure while maintaining modern comfort. On the surface, the Studio is bright, clean, and spacious -- but simultaneously, it maintains a distinct character one can only experience when they stay.

Of course, we provide everything we would consider necessary with a proper AirBnB. 3 Beds: a Queen, Single, and Couch Bed. Wireless Internet. A widescreen Smart TV, with free Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Satellite TV. A stove and oven, washer-dryer machine, microwave, and 2 fridges. A bar with comfy stools, lots of extra chairs, and all sorts of tables. A shower and bathroom, toilet, and sink. Oh, and don't forget air conditioning and heating!

But there are a couple things that really set our place apart. For starters, the Acoustics in the studio are incredible -- we highly recommend guests bring their own speaker to try it out. There's also two huge skylights that make the studio feel apart of nature, and just let in a pleasing amount of light to perfectly match the mood. This complements the high-vaulted ceilings to create a clean and spacious aura. The carpet, taken and reinstalled from a local jazz club, adds just the right amount of coziness as well.

Perhaps what really sets out place apart, though, is its rural setting. Rugged, natural beauty surrounds the house. Towering trees, flowing Acequias (irrigation ditches), Vineyards and Grass define the surroundings. Great for dogs, kids, relaxing, or working in peace.

Whether you are just looking to stay while you visit around town, have some alone time with your significant other, or go on a creative retreat, this place will suit all of your needs and more.

Beautiful newly updated 1 bedroom guest home in the Nob Hill Neighborhood of Albuquerque! The location on this home is great and is only a block away from the UNM campus. All three of Albuquerque's main hospitals (UNMH, Presbyterian, and Lovelace are very close). All the amenities of Nob Hill are in the surrounding blocks. The space itself is newly built/updates with new kitchen cabinets, flooring, bathroom, etc.) Let this place be a refuge for you after a day of efforts!

Our casita is located on the Turquoise Trail, close to Sandia Peak Ski Area and Paa-Ko golf course. It's about 30 minutes from Albuquerque and 45 minutes from Santa Fe. You’ll love the ambiance, the quiet, and the surrounding forest while having all the modern conveniences.
The casita is good for couples and solo adventurers, especially those who are looking for a tranquil forest setting with mountain vistas. It's an ideal place for an artist or writer to retreat from the bustle of the world.

The space
Our guest house has a wraparound screened-in porch, full kitchen and private bath with shower. The views of the mountains -- especially around sunset -- are spectacular. The porch is a wonderful place to hang out with a beverage and just relax with the sound of the breeze and smell of the forest. Some guests coming from cities have told me it's hard for them to adjust to the quiet. Then again, at other times our local coyotes like to serenade you.

You'll have an entire house to yourself, complete with kitchen, washer/dryer and a single-car garage. We supply (caffeinated) coffee, tea, sugar, and powdered creamer. We also provide toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent.

Other things to note
We do get snow here in the winter. The roads are typically plowed quickly. Even so, a four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive car is best if you come during the winter.
We're at an altitude of 6750 feet, so if you're not used to higher altitudes you may experience headaches or sleepiness until you've had time to adjust. It's a good idea to go easy on the alcohol until you're acclimated.
