Low-key commercial area by day, peaceful at night, private entrance. Centrally located uptown on quiet street by wetland with birds and wildlife. Bike path goes to dining and shopping within 1/4 mile. We aim to provide a high-value, affordable way for guests to visit Pagosa Springs.
The restroom and kitchen could be minimally used by us or the office tenants during the normal working hours on weekdays, but generally is 98% yours.
The space
Ground floor with parking outside your door, a small patio, and no one above you. Bedroom with private entrance - Simmons pillowtop queen, galley mini-kitchen, bath, and separate shower room . The restroom and kitchen could be minimally used by me or the office tenants during the daytime, but generally is 98% yours. There is a ceiling fan, central heat and air conditioning. At 7,200 feet it is generally never too hot, and cools off quickly at night.
To reduce potential distractions with our other renters, we do prefer single guests during normal weekday working hours.

A 1-room office (also locked off) is occupied infrequently by a non-profit business on weekdays (8:30 - 5:00). Another (locked off, separate entrance) office space receives occasional 8:30 - 5:00 use by a small health care business. Our RiverView Loft has a mountain modern style with new furnishings throughout. The finishes are very attractive to the eye. We are located in downtown Pagosa Springs across the street from the San Juan River. A relaxing walk to all the Hot Springs, geothermal domes, breweries, parks and so much more is all within 5 to 15 minutes from our loft. We also live on-site next door to the loft. We also provide garden area with a relaxed atmosphere. CAUTION ⚠️ our stairs are ship stairs.
The space
We have an outdoor fire pit for s'mores and a relaxing place to be outside, a disc golf bag available to use while you are here. Just ask us and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. We have spices and pots and pans in the unit for your use if you want to cook or bake.

Renters our shower seems to be a bit complex for some. When turning on our shower all you have to do is turn the handle just ever so slightly to the right for hot water.
Other things to note
We have a strict NO pet policy, if we find any reason to suspect that a pet is or has been in the unit we will request a $175 fee and the guest will be put on our no rent list of ours. We do have steep stairs going up to the loft sleeping area, they are ship stairs. So if you think this might be difficult please be prepared. Take a good look at our photos for a better idea.please take note of how steep the stairs are. Please use caution . They take some getting use to.
The views are beautiful though. No parties or extra guests allowed at the property. TY

Whether you’re passing through and need a quick stay or on vacation and looking for the perfect place to call home for a while-The Rabbit Hole is a downstairs apartment with private entrance- full kitchen, full bathroom, Queen bed and a pull out couch. This adorable cabin is located one block off main street in downtown Pagosa Springs. It is a 5 minute walk from the hot springs, shopping, restaurants and bars. Just 20 minutes from Wolf Creek, you are close to hiking, biking and rafting.
The space
Although built in 1911, this cabin has been renovated showcasing vintage features with modern touches. The bathroom boasts an original clawfoot tub. But the kitchen has been redone with butcher block counters and stainless steel appliances.
The space is perfect for a single traveler to a small family. We do have various sleeping setups for small children that we would be happy to provide.
We do allow one dog however we do charge a $25 fee. Please let us know before hand if you will be traveling with a dog.
Please be aware that the cabin is located downtown, just one block off of the main highway. Although town dies around 8 pm at night, there is typical town traffic in the morning and throughout the day.
