This place is a gem. It's a d-log structure that was both a bookstore and coffee shop in it's past life. We have remodeled it back into a two bedroom home with a loft, sleeping a total of six. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is a futon in the loft area with a full sized 10" foam mattress that very comfortably sleeps two more. Upstairs you will also find an office nook with a desk. WI-FI is on site.

The kitchen features a gas range, dishwasher and all of the dishes and cookware you will need to feed your crew. We keep basic oils and spices on hand so that you don't have to buy a cart full of staples in order to cook delicious meals. There is also a gas grill available for you to use.

This cozy, log cabin is beautifully decorated with antiques and located in the San Juan River Village, only 20 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area. Magnificent views of the San Juan Mountains can be enjoyed from wrap-around decks on three sides and a balcony off the loft. The cabin is easily accessible on a maintained road, just a short distance off Highway 160, six miles east of Pagosa Springs.

Hummingbird Haven will comfortably accommodate four persons. The bedroom downstairs has a queen-size bed and the loft bedroom has a full-size and twin bed. There is a full bathroom downstairs.

Cabin sits on 5 acres of beautiful horse pasture, with big mountain views to the east, national forest across the driveway, and private access to the Blanco River. There are 2 bedrooms. Built in 2017, the cedar cabin has both a large front porch and a smaller porch at the side entrance. The side porch has chairs for you to sip coffee in the morning, or catch a view of the stars at night.

The front entrance leads to the large open living area, dining area, and kitchen. The open living area has a vaulted ceiling above a deep couch and double chair facing the stonework gas fireplace with internet TV above for relaxing, with spectacular views out of the two over-sized picture windows.

The large dining table seats 8 with bench seating on either side. The kitchen features all new appliances, including large french door fridge, dishwasher, microwave and gas range, complete with a walk-in pantry. This 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury home is located in one of the most desirable vacation home areas. Just 10 minutes to town with the World Famous Hot Springs, shopping, dining and riverwalk and just 15 minutes to the top of the mountain where Wolf Creek Ski Resort is located. It's perfect for both summer and winter.

Winter's Cabin is newly built, perfectly decorated and amazing wood work throughout the home. As you walk in the home, you'll immediately be amazed by the views of the San Juan Mountains from every room. The living room is 2 story's high, wood fireplace, comfy leather couches, large TV and opens to the dining and kitchen. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and has everything a chef would want to make a warm meal after a long day in the snow. The large deck runs the full length of the home and has nice outside furniture to relax and to enjoy a meal. There is also a gas BBQ and a sunken hot tub.

The master and guest bedrooms are both on the main floor. The master has access to the deck, a king bed and large private bathroom and a gas fireplace. The guest bedroom has a king bed and has the house full bathroom just outside. Upstairs is a large loft where the kids can hang out, relax, and also have another full bathroom.

This area is perfect for evening walks, nearby hikes and also has private access to the San Juan River.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

Our private cozy cabin is a nature enthusiast dream come true! Set deep in the valley bordering the San Juan National Forest, our secluded cabin is 17 miles outside of the quaint town of Pagosa Springs (about a 25-minute drive) and located in a river valley surrounded by beautiful Ponderosa Pines. The cabin sits on the 211+ acre Singing Pines Ranch, off Plumtaw Road with the Upper Piedra River running through the property. Beautifully furnished with a queen bed in each bedroom, a large wooden dining table, comfy sofa, a working fireplace and a spacious front porch with breathtaking views! The cabin has DSL, a charcoal grill, stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, washer/dryer, and heating forced air. The kitchen is stocked with the basic amenities such as salt/pepper, and olive oil. There is no TV or air-conditioning. If you truly want seclusion and nature this is it!!! You will have the entire property to yourself, with old historic cabins and an old barn to explore. There are many nearby trails to hike, fishing in the Piedra river (walking distance from our property or a short drive away). With all this being said, this remote location does come with some inconveniences. This cabin is in the wilderness. While we work hard to manage mountain critters, you can expect to see the occasional mouse or insects in the cabin. As the saying goes, there is no stopping Mother Nature.

Town was easy to get to for supplies, groceries, activities and the occasional dinner. The sunsets, sunrises and stars were otherworldly. - "This tiny cabin was the perfect size for my husband's and my stay in Pagosa Springs. The property is easily accessible to town or to outdoor ventures outside of town. The property is beautiful with lots of trees and was easy to get in and out. The cabin is located pretty close to the neighboring RV site, but it didn't feel intrusive. We had plenty of privacy from the back (bedroom) window and the other side where there is not a campsite right next to the cabin. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the lack of AC in the bedroom at the back of the cabin. The two mini-split units were not working and we had to rely on a window AC unit at the front of the cabin and a portable unit that was in the loft. With outside temperatures in the 90's, we left both units running all day, but turned off the upstairs unit at night since it was pretty loud. We also positioned a portable fan on the floor near the window AC to push the cold air back, but it was still pretty warm and stuffy at night causing sleep interruptions. Otherwise, the owners provided everything we needed for our stay, from a kitchen with all the amenities we needed, to chairs on the porch to enjoy being outdoors, and a full bathroom with the necessities provided. I would recommend this cabin for couples or small families, especially when the outdoor temperatures are not so hot."

This 508-acre mountain lake imparts fine fishing for rainbow trout, brook trout and kokanee salmon. In the morning and evening hours, bank fishing, a float-tube or canoe affords sufficient access to surface-feeding fish, while during breezy afternoons, a sturdy motorboat provides superior safety. ATV enthusiasts enjoy Poison Park Road which is several miles or traveling to East Fork Road to enjoy this four-wheel drive-only road to Silver Falls.

- "We stayed in the Moose cabin for 4 nights and didn't want to leave. During the day, the view from the porch is heavenly: gorgeous, quiet, and spectacular. That same view at night is magnificently star-filled. The cabin is very well equipped, expertly decorated, very clean and extremely comfortable. There's a building out back for big meals and groups. Really wonderful. Very close hiking trails, trail rides and even a show at the Arts Center. We absolutely loved this trip. I can't wait to return next summer."

Enjoy 450 acres of stunning private land, only 2 miles from town. MASK Ranch sits on ¾ of a mile of San Juan River frontage (both sides of the river) with world-class fishing. There are four ponds and vast expanses of Ponderosa forest with ridge-line views of the San Juan Mountains. MASK is located just 2 miles from the center of Pagosa Springs. Access to the hot springs, restaurants, shopping, and Wolf Creek Ski Area are easy and convenient, but while you’re on the property, it’s nothing but wilderness.

The River Cabin sits just 50 yards from the river, surrounded by cottonwood trees. The 600 square-foot cabin is cozy and peaceful, with huge picture windows that look out on the river and the mountains. It’s the perfect place to unwind and unplug, and it is a truly magical place in any season. Take a walk around the ponds or hike up into the woods. Do some fishing (license required to fish the river). In spring or summer you can take a paddle on the ponds, or float the river from one end of the property to the other (kayaks and tubes available for guest use). In the winter you can snowshoe or cross-country ski on the property. Read a book in the hammock, play a board game by the fire, write your memoir. Watch elk out the window. There is wifi in the cabin, but who says you need to use it?

The larger bedroom has a queen bed. The smaller bedroom has a full bed and a private entrance. There is a full bathroom, a washer and dryer, and the full kitchen is stocked with anything you might need to prepare meals. There is also a propane grill. Heat is propane, but there is also a wood stove if you prefer in winter (wood and instructions provided). There is not a television, but there is a great collection of books, games, and puzzles.

There is one other vacation rental home on the property (see our other listing for the Main House), and we also live on-site, so you will likely see other people during your stay. (If you’re here during rafting season, you’ll see folks floating by all day!) But the other houses are nearly a mile up the road, so you won’t see anyone unless they’re down at the river. We’ve established a few different river access spots with picnic tables, so there is plenty of private space for everyone.

Guests are permitted to have one dog in the River Cabin, upon request, with a $25 pet fee. Additional dogs may be possible, but please inquire ahead of time. We have two dogs and the guests in the Main House may have dogs, so it is imperative that you have a leash with you at all times, and that you have the ability to recall and leash your dog when needed.

PLEASE NOTE that the 2-mile ranch road running through the property is unpaved, and you can expect to need 4WD from November through March.

Beautiful D-Log Home Located in the affluent neighborhood called Colorado’s Timber Ridge Ranch. This three-level, mountain lodge features dramatic vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows providing you with wonderful forest and mountain views. You'll enjoy the log accents, exhibition kitchen with granite counters w/ island workspace. The home has beautiful pine woodwork throughout and a handsome stone, wood burning fireplace in the main living area.

The master suite, kitchen, family room and half bath are all located on the main floor. The main floor and second level are air conditioned. A/C is not needed in the daylight basement.

The master suite has a Cal-King bed and sitting area. French doors lead to a private porch. The bathroom features a large whirlpool tub, spacious walk-in shower, double sinks and granite counter tops.

The upstairs houses a second bedroom with a queen bed and a 3/4 bath. The bedroom adjoins to a spacious loft that overlooks the main floor living room. The loft provides a love seat and a flat screen TV, making the upstairs an ideal retreat with fantastic mountain views.

On the main floor, French doors off the dining room lead to a deck overlooking the forest and spacious stone patio below. On the deck, there is additional space for dining.

The daylight basement provides a 3rd and 4th bedroom which are located on either side of a spacious family room/game room that features a wet bar, a family friendly gaming console (60 non-violent games), a game table, a foosball table, and a single daybed.

The lodge sits on three wooded acres. Two other three acre lots to the west are not yet developed, so you have plenty of privacy here. The neighborhood is adjacent to the national forest, so wildlife is abundant. Fabulous recreational opportunities await you in every direction. Access to hiking, rafting, and fishing are all close by-- and for skiers, Wolf Creek Pass (known for receiving more average snow fall than any other resort in Colorado) is a short 40-minute drive. Neighborhood roads are paved making access easy year-round.

Timber Lodge has keypad entry so that you can check yourselves in . . . at your convenience.
You will receive a code on the week of your arrival.
The keypad is located on the front door. To open: push the button at the top of the keypad. This will illuminate the numbered keypad. Enter the code. Turn the knob to the right and the lock will release.
There is also a keypad on the side garage door. Enter the code and you will hear the lock release.

Security cameras on site: Be aware that security cameras are on site and located on the exterior of the property. They are there to alert us when UNEXPECTED people are on site. We respect your privacy. The cameras are not actively monitored while you are staying as our guest. However, if a complaint is received claiming disruption to the neighborhood, the cameras may be monitored.

Explore the wonders of Colorado. Visit world renowned hot springs located less than 7 miles away. Venture out to Wolf Creek Ski Resort (31 miles & a short 40 minutes away). Take a walk in the woods; Timber Lodge is less than 3.5 miles from the Rio Grande National Forrest. Drop a line in the water or stroll along the river banks; the San Juan River Walk is a short 6.5 mile drive. Check out Echo Lake. It's a great fishing spot with awesome views! The park at Echo Lake has picnic areas and backpacking trails and is only 10 minutes from the lodge.

See the San Juan and Weminuche Mountains while horse back riding. One provider is Diamond Hitch Stables, located at 2404 N. Piedra Rd. Pagosa Springs, CO. 81147.

Timber Lodge Rental Agreement

Thank you for considering Timber Lodge for your getaway. We ask that you review our rental terms and show us that you agree to follow them by signing and returning the form to our property manager. By following these terms, you’ll help protect the peaceful Timber Ridge neighborhood, and our home (which will be your home away from home during your stay). The agreement also contains instructions that help us keep things running smoothly. There is a release of liability included that is required by our insurance carrier. Thank you!

1) A damage/ reservation deposit is required. The deposit automatically converts to a security deposit upon arrival. The damage deposit is not applied to rent.
2) Check-in time is 3:00 pm Mountain Time, or after, unless otherwise arranged.
3) Check-out time is 10:00 am Mountain Time, unless otherwise arranged.
4) Reserving guest must be 25 years or older.
5) The maximum number of guests is 10, unless additional guests have been identified and authorized.
6) This is a pet-free property.
7) Timber Lodge has external security cameras in place to protect our guests and the property. There are no cameras inside Timber Lodge.
8) Fires are allowed in the wood-burning fireplace in the house. Firewood can be purchased at most grocery stores and hardware stores. No wood burning fires are allowed outside. We provide a $10.00 credit for propane use in case you would like to use the gas fireplace located on the back patio. If propane expense exceeds $10.00, your damage deposit will be charged for the actual propane used. Since the cost of propane fluctuates, you’ll be charged based on the propane price per gallon charged by our supplier for the previous month.
9) This is a non-smoking property.
10) There is a stone patio and stone walking path to the patio from the drive-way. These areas are closed for your safety during winter when snow or ice are present for your safety. Be advised that we do not offer snow or ice removal in these areas.
11) A professional snow removal company is employed to remove snow on the drive-way and back deck when snow levels exceed six inches. Response time is affected by the number of customers requiring assistance. There is a snow shovel in the garage for your use. You are urged not to drive on the drive-way when snow is present as it will become icy and can be dangerous.
12) Under NO circumstances are chemical de-icer or salt products to be used on any surface on the property. These products cause erosion and property damage. If you use these products your damage deposit will be forfeited.
13) Your damage deposit is FULLY refundable within seven (7) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
 No damage is done to the home, its contents, the hot tub, or the grounds.
 The hot tub does not need to be drained. Note: the hot tub is professionally maintained. There is a $100.00 fee if the tub requires draining upon your departure. This occurs when dirt, hygiene products, or germs affect water quality and purity. Keep it clean by: showering before entering, ensuring your feet are clean prior to entering, closing the hot tub when not in use, and treat the tub per posted instructions (find these on the bulletin board in the garage).
 Propane cost associated with the outdoor fireplace does not exceed $10.00. It is metered so you can monitor your usage.
 No unexpected charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents or services rendered during or after your stay.
 ALL debris, rubbish, trash and discards are placed in trash receptacles located in the house or the garage.
 Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher, and the dishwasher is started.
 One load of towels is placed in the washing machine and started.
 No towels or linens are lost or damaged.
 All charges incurred are paid prior to departure.
 Check-in and check-out times are followed, unless otherwise arranged.

CANCELLATIONS – Please see our cancellation policy as posted on our host sites (Airbnb or VRBO).

MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly rentals must cancel 120 days (one-hundred twenty) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters may shorten their reservation without penalty if changes are made 90-days (ninety) prior to check-in.

INCLUSIVE FEES- Rates include a one- time linen and towel set up. Guests may need to wash towels or sheets during their stay, depending on number of guests and length of stay.

NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE - Daily and weekly housekeeping services are not included in the rate, but cleaning service can be arranged for an additional fee.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation made under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the person will not be permitted to check-in.

WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to this agreement must be in writing prior to arrival.

STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS – Refunds are not given as the result of storms or poor road conditions. Mountain roads can be slick, curvy, and steep. Gravel drives will be maintained. However, four-wheel drive is highly recommended and/or chains during snow season.

Timber Lodge is a privately-owned home. The owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while guests are on the property or premises. This agreement requires that you read and sign the attached ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM.

WILDLIFE AWARENESS – Timber Lodge is located close to the national forest. The area is home to cougar, fox, coyote, bear, and other wildlife. Guests should exercise reasonable caution.

I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF RESPONSIBILITY ASSOCIATED WITH USING THIS HOME RENTAL, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment (such as hot tub, bunk beds, barbecue equipment, decking material, fireplace, fire pit) or other property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.

In consideration of my application and permitting me to contract on this property, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows:

(A) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this activity, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: James C. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, wildlife, temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, lack of hydration, and actions of other people including, but not limited to, renters, guests, employees, and others on site.

I acknowledge that the loft in this home contains a queen bed. The room is not an official bedroom, as it does not have a window. In the event an evacuation is required, the closest window is through the upstairs bedroom or bathroom. If I or any other guest in my party uses the loft as a sleeping area, we do so at our own risk. The owners and their representatives are NOT responsible for any injury, property loss or death that may occur as a result of any of our party sleeping in this area.

I hereby consent to seek medical treatment at my own expense if deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during or after using this property or any or all of its amenities.

The space
Swiss Village is located in the San Juan River Village area about 5 minutes to downtown Pagosa Springs, just 15 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski area, with very quick and easy access to HWY 160.

This cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You enter the cabin through a mud room / laundry room. Down a short hall is the main living area with living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has a new smart TV, internet only, cozy couches and chairs, with wonderful views of the mountains and forest. The dining room is large enough for the gang to play games and enjoy meals. There is a gas fireplace in the dining area, as well as, access to the deck where you can enjoy the peace and quiet, a glass of wine or your morning coffee. The kitchen is well stocked and ready for you to feed the gang.

Down the hall is a king bedroom with new smart TV, a large bathroom with a tub and shower. Also, it has a nice sauna to relax after a full day.

Up the stairs are 2 more bedrooms and another full bathroom. One room has a king bed and a new smart TV. The other bedroom has two full size beds, a TV with DVD and VHS player.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This home is NOT pet friendly.

Thermostat for gas stove is in hall leading to master. Huge great room nice larger scale cabinesque furnishings. Plenty of blankets and towels, etc.

Wolf Creek is about 30 minutes from the edge of town. The pass is plowed constantly in winter 4WD may be required in poor weather. Be careful on the way up and down, water freezes on the road as soon as the sun disappears!

Just like anywhere in Colorado, having a 4x4 vehicle is recommended during Winter storms.

During Winter, our snow removal team clears the driveway and shovels the front and back decks. They usually arrive soon after the main ranch roads have been plowed.

There is a fully stocked kitchen and a large bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. Feel free to use the washer and dryer. The raised deck overlooks a large ponderosa grove, while the front porch has a gas grill and outdoor dining table. There are two exterior security cameras in the property; one monitors the guest cabin and garage entrances while the other monitors the owners cabin entrance. Come ready to relax and enjoy Pagosa Springs!

This amazing location is walking distance to town, great restaurants, the world's deepest Hot Springs, swimming pool, playground, the San Juan River and Reservoir Hill - great for hiking. John Wayne stayed here while filming "The Cowboys". The cabin's focal point is a custom fireplace made of precious stones from all over the world. The space
There is nothing better than renting a home on Lake Hatcher. Perfect for fishing, kayaking or just relaxing in the hot tub and watching the fish rise while enjoying the views of the beautiful San Juan Mountains in the distance. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet area, everyone is sure to have fun!

This home has 3 nicely decorated bedrooms. There are 2 queen bedrooms on the main floor that share a full bath with the rest of the living area downstairs. The living room has a gas fireplace and plenty of room for the gang to relax and watch a movie on TV, or enjoy a book. This room joins the dining area and has full height 2 story windows that showcase our local mountains. The fully stocked kitchen is just off the dining area.

Upstairs is the king master bedroom with full, private closet.

The back deck is perfect for grilling, relaxing in the shade on a hot summer afternoon. In the winter, just walk on the ice and try some ice fishing! The hot tub is located on the back deck.

Have a great round of ping pong with an added ping pong table in the garage!

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

We are 5 miles NW of uptown and about a 20-minute drive to downtown Pagosa Springs.

The space
This is our guest-home, located down the hill from the owner's residence and is quietly tucked away on 15 enchanted acres. You'll feel right at home the moment you walk into the door entering into the expansive living room with panoramic views of the countryside and mountains. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your own meals. Sit on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee or tea, or enjoy an evening sunset with a glass of wine.

Please note: this home is multi-level with many stairs, 2 balconies and the owner does not believe it's suitable for children under 3 years of age.

WHAT TO DO:
For families, tubing at the river is very popular, paddle boarding, fishing, historic train ride (Durango 60 miles away), hot air balloon rides and the hot springs! It's quite an amazing place surrounded in nature. Many people come to Pagosa JUST for the hot springs which is considered "Healing Waters" from the deepest geothermal springs in the world!


There are a lot of great restaurants in Pagosa Springs! We recommend Thai Pagosa, LaTaqueria, Old Town Natural Market & Deli, Kip's Grill, Riff Raff Brewery, Borde Rio, Tavern Le Boeuf and Marconi's Italian Restaurant.

We would like to welcome your family to our beautiful cabin located within minutes to everything Pagosa Springs has to offer. The kitchen is fully furnished and ready for cooks to whip up their favorite recipe. The 2 loft areas are a popular place for kids. 1 loft offers 2 twin beds, with a large desk for school, 2nd loft is a large living room. The Springs, fishing, hiking, restaurants, shopping, and Wolf Creek ski area is just a short drive.

The space
This is the log cabin you've been looking to spend your Pagosa Springs adventure at. Upon arrival you'll first notice the massive front porch and impressive all log architecture. After you enter your entry code and walk through the front door, you'll be invited with with the warm feeling that only a log cabin can provide. If you glance up you'll see a continuation of the massive all log architecture. The wood burning stove shall be considered off -limits and is NOT for guest use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality small & large appliances, flatware, cutlery, dishes, bowls, etc. Essentially everything you might need to prepare your favorite dish. You'll also find seating for three at the cook-island so fans of the chef can watch the show.

The dining room includes a table and seating for eight and is open to the kitchen and living room. A great place to engage in one of the many board games or puzzles we provide.

The living room is open to the dining room and kitchen. There's a lovely leather couch and beautiful wicker chair for watching television on the 65" flat screen. The kitchen barstools can easily be pulled into position for others to watch TV as well.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, large closet, dresser, office desk and 43" television. This room also has it's own private bathroom.

There are two other bedrooms, each with a queen bed, closet, dresser, etc.

The upstairs loft has two segregated areas. The first space you'll notice upon ascending the stairs is the second living room to the right. You'll see a comfy sectional couch and another 65" flat screen television. To the left is a catwalk that leads to the second segregated space; from this catwalk you can spy all the activities occurring in the living spaces below. The secondary loft area is by definition NOT a bedroom because it does not have a built in closet or door. It is, however, equipped with two twin beds, dresser, storage and a large desk.

This is a multi-level home with 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. On the main floor you’ll enjoy the large and naturally light living room with a nice size couch to enjoy the company or watch TV. The dining area is open to the living room and the kitchen and opens onto the beautiful covered deck. The kitchen is large and very well stocked and ready for your family meals. The deck is the perfect place to hang out, overlooking the golf course with outdoor seating and a gas fire table.

Up a half flight of stairs are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has a king bed, large closet, great views and large private bathroom. The second bedroom has a king, large windows, and nice closet. The full bathroom is adjacent in the hall and is the common bath for use from the main floor.

The large loft has a game table, a TV and plenty of seating, perfect for games and just hanging out.

The downstairs level has a private suite with direct access to the rear yard, hot tub, and golf course area. This room has a king bed and 2 twin beds for a private area for a small family or the kids to stay in one room. There is a full bathroom in this area.

The 2-car garage is available for use and there is a bonus half bathroom in the garage. There is also room for 2 cars out front.

This home is pet friendly, 2 dogs max, no cats. 35 lb limit. $75 per dog fee plus $100 refundable deposit per dog
