- "A fantastic view with a semi rustic feel. The drive up valley was worth the Slow winding road." - "The cabin is as advertised. It is remote and rustic with accessibility to Ouray and Silverton. It sits at nearly 11K feet elevation with spectacular views. The cabin has all the essentials, but depends on solar power for electricity. So you have to have the mindset to be mindful of your power usage, which is perfect for getting away from electronics and spending quality time with friends and family. The beds are comfortable. The outhouse is not a big inconvenience, but make sure your invited guests know that the cabin does not have an inside toilet. Hot water is available for showers. Make sure you bring your own linens and towels. Hot coffee in the morning and star gazing with a hot beverage on the large deck were the best part of our stay."

- "This was our 3rd year and we loved every minute as always. The bunk house has an incredible view of Cunningham gulch. We can’t wait for the 4th stay!" - "Great experience" - "Great property for a large group. So much better than being in town and stuck in hotel rooms. House was very comfortable and had everything we needed." - "Due to a local law change concerning OHV not allowed in Silverton Colorado this property is excellent. We were able to ride our OHV’s from the property no need to trailer or paid fee’s to park our trailers. The property has everything you need coffeepots, gas grill, and plenty of cooking utensils. We had 10 people in our group and the property had plenty of room to accommodate us. I will definitely stay here again."
