Camping Cabins are our most basic cabin and has everything you might need except plumbing in it. They have a queen bed and a set of bunk beds, heating/AC, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a table with stools. We have them set up for you with all linens and bath towels included for your stay. We have a bathhouse very close by where you can shower and use the restroom during your stay. Outside the cabin you have a gravel parking spot for your vehicle, a picnic table and fire pit. We have additional parking for extra vehicles and trailers on site at no additional charge.

Sandstone Cabins are our most basic cabin with the addition of a private bathroom. It has a lot of what you might need except a shower inside of it. They have a single queen bed, heating/AC, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toilet and sink, Cable TV, WiFi and a table with stools. We have them set up for you with all linens and bath towels included for your stay. We have a bathhouse very close by where you can shower during your stay. - "We stayed at the Sandstone Cabin for one night to see Arches National Park. As someone who doesn’t usually go for camping or cabin stays, I really enjoyed this place! It had the perfect amount of space we needed for my husband and me plus our two dogs. Everything inside the cabin was extremely clean, and the AC worked very well. The cabin was comfortable and had a spacious table with three barstools, a kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker), smart TV, and strong WiFi. It also came with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap, along with plenty of white, brand-new towels.The private toilet and sink in the cabin was wonderful, and the showers were located very close by in an updated and clean building. We had our own parking spot right beside our cabin. There was even a fenced dog area located nearby that had poop bags and a trash can.Our row of cabins was located closest to the road, but the sound of cars didn't wake us up or bother us at all. We woke up the next morning after hearing our alarm. Another bonus was that the cabins surrounding us didn’t seem to be occupied, so it felt like we had the whole row to ourselves.The location was perfect, and the receptionist at the front office was available from 8 AM to 8 PM. She provided us with a map of the site and was very helpful. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The price was also hard to beat for everything included.We would love to stay there again!"

Our 5 Miners Cabins are all about 400 sq ft cabins and provides panoramic views of the Moab Rim, Spanish Valley & The La Sal Mountains with access to the surrounding National & State Parks, La Sal Mountain loop road & Ken's Lake Recreation Area. These cabins have unique history in that they were originally used as management quarters at the mines south of Moab and were relocated to this property years ago. Each cabin comes complete with a kitchenette, which includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, & double burner electric stovetop. A small living area has a flat screen TV with Direct TV and a queen sleeper sofa. Sleeping a total of (4) adults, a queen bed allows to sleep (2) guests, & the sofa bed folds out to sleep an additional (2) guests. The bathroom provides a tub with shower and the cabin comes completely stocked with linens, towels & toiletries at guest check-in (No daily housekeeping service is provided). - "Ft. Abajo is a great place to relax and take in the wildlife and beauty surrounding you. As a golfer the beauty of the course with the mountain backdrop couldn’t be beat. This is not a bland hotel room but a home where you can see generations of families growing up. The deer are all over and a big flock of young wild turkeys with their parents were feeding off the golf course while we were there. A great location and Natural Bridges National Monument was a treat, hardly any crowds and nice roads in and out. You cannot go wrong staying at the Fort."

Clean, spacious, good bed, effective kitchen, full size fridge/freezer, A/C kept the place cool in the summer, box fan available too. Laundry access. Easy check in with the office of the RV park. There is so much wildlife it's hard to keep track of. In addition to the hundred or so birds, squirrels, and chipmunks that come to eat each morning, there's the man himself, Kobae. Kobae is the 200 plus pound security tortoise that lives here. When he's not hanging out on the porch, or chowing down on romaine, he'll be looking for someone to go hiking with. With evening the front porch comes alive. Some combination of ringtail, skunk, fox, and raccoon eat nightly either on or just off the front porch. You're welcome to hang out at the fire pit or sit in gravity chairs and view the night sky. Many a guest has spent their evening watching all the critters that come to the porch.

Our 5 Miners Cabins are all about 400 sq ft cabins and provides panoramic views of the Moab Rim, Spanish Valley & The La Sal Mountains with access to the surrounding National & State Parks, La Sal Mountain loop road & Ken's Lake Recreation Area. These cabins have unique history in that they were originally used as management quarters at the mines south of Moab and were relocated to this property years ago. Each cabin comes complete with a kitchenette, which includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, & double burner electric stovetop. A small living area has a flat screen TV with Direct TV and a queen sleeper sofa. Sleeping a total of (4) adults, a queen bed allows to sleep (2) guests, & the sofa bed folds out to sleep an additional (2) guests. The bathroom provides a tub with shower and the cabin comes completely stocked with linens, towels & toiletries at guest check-in (No daily housekeeping service is provided). Each Miners Cabin has its own private entrance & parking, with additional parking for adventure equipment on property. The cabin welcomes dogs only, with A $10 nightly fee (2 dogs max). Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog when making the reservation.

Honestly, the bathroom was my favorite part 😆 the bathroom (for the 2 bed tent) is built into the rocks and is open atthe top. A midnight shower under the stars is magical. Lots of cute lizards running around. Our son even saw a kangaroo rat by the wood pile. Driving in is beautiful, fun, and a bit daunting. Most vehicles should be able to handle the "road" but our rental tahoe was almost too big. Tight turns and steep inclines were tricky but we laughed the whole ride."

Come vacation with us in our rustic bunkhouse located on Montezuma Canyon Ranch & Vineyards. We have some of the most spectacular night skies, beautiful mornings, and amazing scenery. While at the ranch you can watch a movie in a cave, hike, bike or explore ruins without leaving the canyon.

The bunkhouse is approximately 750 sq. ft. and was recently renovated. It has a covered wrap around deck great for relaxing. The kitchen, dining and living room are combined in one open room. Bedroom one has a double bed and two twin beds. Bedroom two has two twin beds and one set of twin bunkbeds. The bathroom is roomy with a large shower and large vanity. And if you want some fresh air while you shower, take it outside to the private outdoor shower. The bunkhouse is great for large families or groups.

Things to know before booking with us.
When you book with us you are not staying with a big corporation that owns many vacation rentals. You are staying at a family-owned ranch, we are your contacts, cleaners, and maintenance crew. We have three rentals, enough to stay busy but not so many that we lose our focus on good customer service. We care deeply about our ranch, our rentals and want your stay to be as amazing as possible.
Please book with the correct number of guests. Reason number one, we do not charge an additional cleaning fee because 1 guest should not pay as much as 8. But we do add a small additional fee for each guest to cover the additional cleaning for more guests. Reason number two, safety, in case of an emergency it is nice to know how many people are staying on our property.
There is no cell service at the ranch. We do have limited Wi-Fi and a ranch phone for emergencies. We have satellite internet. On a good day, the top download speed is 25mbps, but usually it is a lot slower than that. Our internet cannot support working remotely.
We are located 16 miles southeast of Monticello Utah. It is a 30–40-minute drive to the nearest gas station and grocery store. 10.5 miles of that drive is dirt road. The scenery and peacefulness more than make up for the long trek to town. This may be a deal breaker for some, but I believe that these are two things that make this cabin and location truly special. There is nothing to interrupt the time spent with your company and enjoying the beauty of the canyon.
Dirt Road Conditions – The road is maintained by San Juan County Road Department. During the summer months the road is easy to travel. Winter Guests, December through February AWD or 4WD is required because of snow. November and March weather varies so always check in about road conditions. We do recommend having a good spare tire in your vehicle and if you plan on touring the canyon, high ground clearance is strongly recommended.
Weather – Blanding Utah mirrors our weather and temperatures better than Monticello Utah.
Well Pump – Our ranch water is supplied from an agricultural well that is pumped with a diesel engine. When we have guests, we try to minimize the time we run the well pump to cut down on noise disturbance. We do not start the pump before 7a.m. and turn it off no later than 7p.m. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
Solar Power – The ranch and bunkhouse are completely off-grid and depend on mother nature to provide our power. This makes power preservation especially important. Only use necessary lights and appliances. The bunkhouse rarely loses power, the system is just too small for some appliances. We do have a backup generator for emergencies.
The primary heat source is a wood burning stove and we provide free firewood to heat the bunkhouse. The bathroom has a propane wall unit heater to supplement on those extra chilly nights and mornings.

The Grapevine Cave & Lounge is a manmade cave and is shared with 2 other property rentals at Montezuma Canyon Ranch & Vineyards. It is a great place to watch movies, hang out and play games.

You will likely be greeted by three friendly dogs, the collie is Roxy The healer is Cortez, and the brindle is River. Cortez and Roxy are still a puppies and tend to jump up on you though they are learning. Feel free to be firm if they jump.

Charming one bedroom and one bath cabin with a small loft. Our cabin overlooks the vineyard and large orchards with beautiful canyon walls as the backdrop. We often try to describe our place to outsiders, but words can't put it into perspective. You have to see it and experience it for yourself. There is plenty to see and do so you can spend your whole vacation at the cabin or get out and see all that Southeastern Utah has to offer.
The cabin is approximately 900 sq. ft. The kitchen, dining and living rooms are combined in one open room with cathedral ceilings. The bathroom is separate and has access from the living room or queen bedroom. The queen bed is in a separate room and the double bed is in a loft above the dining room. You can enjoy the morning sun, orchard views and a cup of coffee from the front porch. During the day you can challenge travel mates to a game of Corn Hole or Giant Connect 4. Then end the day on the back deck grilling dinner and eating outside in the fresh air.

Things to know before booking with us.
When you book with us you are not staying with a big corporation that owns many vacation rentals. You are staying at a family-owned ranch, we are your contacts, cleaners, and maintenance crew. We have three rentals, enough to stay busy but not so many that we lose our focus on good customer service. We care deeply about our ranch, our rentals and want your stay to be as amazing as possible.
There is no cell service at the ranch. We do have limited Wi-Fi and a ranch phone for emergencies. We have satellite internet. On a good day, the top download speed is 25mbps, but usually it is a lot slower than that. Our internet cannot support working remotely.
We are located 16 miles southeast of Monticello Utah. It is a 30–40-minute drive to the nearest gas station and grocery store. 10.5 miles of that drive is dirt road. The scenery and peacefulness more than make up for the long trek to town. This may be a deal breaker for some, but I believe that these are two things that make this cabin and location truly special. There is nothing to interrupt the time spent with your company and enjoying the beauty of the canyon.
Dirt Road Conditions – The road is maintained by San Juan County Road Department. During the summer months the road is easy to travel. Winter Guests, December through February AWD or 4WD is required because of snow. November and March weather varies so always check in about road conditions. We do recommend having a good spare tire in your vehicle and if you plan on touring the canyon, high ground clearance is strongly recommended.
Weather – Blanding Utah mirrors our weather and temperatures better than Monticello Utah.
Solar Power – The ranch and cabin are completely off-grid and depend on mother nature to provide our power. This makes power preservation especially important. Only use necessary lights and appliances. The cabin rarely loses power, the system is just too small for some appliances. We do have a backup generator for emergencies.
The primary heat source is a wood burning stove and we provide free firewood to heat the cabin. The bedroom and bathroom have a propane wall unit heater to supplement on those extra chilly nights and mornings.
The cabin does not have a microwave but has a full-size gas range with oven, propane grill and toaster.

You have an assigned parking spot right outside your cabin. If you need to park your trailer, there is room in the park.

The family-friendly park is about 5 miles from Downtown Moab and a short drive to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. From the park, you can see great views of the mountains. The park is well maintained and very clean. During your stay, you will have access to the park’s communal bathrooms and laundry room as needed.

The glamping setup includes a few steps to the bathroom facilities and outdoor seating areas, which may not be ideal for guests with mobility issues.

IF YOU WANT TO COME AFTER IT SNOWS ACCESS CAN BE AN ISSUE. YOU'LL NEED AT LEAST 4 WHEEL DRIVE, AND IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER MANY TIMES ACCESS IS DIFFICULT WITHOUT SNOW MOBILES.
