Beaver Mountain Lodge is Utah's newest premier property for family reunions and corporate retreats. This beautiful lodge has 12 bedrooms (plus a bonus room), and 8.5 bathrooms (plus the showers and bathrooms at the pavilion). This unique and private 40 acre property at the base of the Tushar Mountains provides both sprawling indoor luxury and ample space for camping, hiking, and exploring.

The property backs up on the Fish Lake National Forest which offers access to over 250 miles of the Paiute trail. Ideal for running, ATV's, Mountain Biking, Hiking, and seasonal Snowshoeing and Cross Country Skiing.

The gorgeous back deck sits just off the kitchen and provides plenty of space for eating and entertaining in the open air. A custom playground slide off the deck makes for a fun and unique descent down to the property grounds and lower patio!

What truly sets this property apart is the 2,000 sq. ft. pavilion. It has showers, restrooms, 3 RV hookups, and a fire pit for all your camping needs. It also has a full kitchen with top of the line appliances, separate lounge area, and game room for ultimate comfort. An incredible addition to support even the largest camping groups. For your covered parking needs there are TWO 4 car garages! We have a top of the line security system for your protection.

MISCELLANEOUS POLICIES:
-No smoking, No pets
-If you have more than 62 guests, you will be charged $15 per person per night.
-We require a minimum four night rental for Thanksgiving and a minimum five night rental for Christmas and New Years. We don't have any "out and in cleanings" on a holiday.
-Swimming Pool: Pool is open from Memorial Weekend to Labor Day weekend and included in the price. We don't provide pool towels, only bath towels. Depending on the weather, (especially the night temperatures) we can open the pool during the month of May and September for $200/day. Check with the owners if you are interested in the pool those two months. If you rent the pool during May and September, you will need to rent it for your entire rental stay, not just part of your rental period. The pool is NOT available Oct through April!

DIRECTIONS FROM DOWNTOWN BEAVER
1. Go East on 200 North
2. Go North or (turn left) on 1200 East
3. Go 4 miles and watch for a large stone covered sign that says "North Creek Ranch" and turn right.
4. Follow this gravel road until you see a dead end sign (a little over a mile from paved road) -- driveway will be across the street and has a green gate and a cattle grate.

It has three lakes nearby, as well as stream fishing, downhill and cross country skiing, hiking, biking, and more! Located near the paiute trail, for endless ATV fun! This Cabin sleeps 20 and has the perfect setup for a romantic getaway or a large event. From the moment you enter the cabin, you will be impressed. A full kitchen with double ovens and high capacity fridge/freezer, plenty of room for cooking, and fully stocked. Two living areas, two large TVs, a large loft, Dining Room table with seating for 12+, four large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Walk Out basement, game and entertainment area with WIFI, blueray, Pool Table/Ping Pong Table, and Foose Ball table for endless fun. Two levels of wrap around deck with outdoor hot tub and jaw dropping views. This is the place to relax, or adventure year round! You will absolutely LOVE your stay!

SUMMARY:
Our beautiful ski in-ski out cabin is located up Beaver canyon on Eagle Point Resort in the Aspen Crest development.

The cabin sits at just over 10,000 ft ele. with breathtaking views.
Newly built, April 2020. We are one of the first cabins to be completed in a small privately owned community.

HOUSE RULES:

1. NO SMOKING or VAPING in the cabin or on/around the premises.
2. NO Pets.
3. NO shoes inside the cabin.
4. Keep food and drinks in kitchen and dining room only.
5. Always keep exterior doors closed, tightly. We do not want mice.
6. DO NOT FLUSH tampons, feminine hygiene products and/or toilet wipes down the toilet. The cabin uses a septic tank system and cannot accept anything other than toilet paper.
7. DO NOT sleep with the decorative bed quilts and decorative pillows in all rooms. Please remove and fold quilts and pillows before using beds.
8. Squeegee showers after each use.
9. Skis, boards, boots, wet/muddy clothes belong in the SKI room. Dress and undress in that room.
10. Don’t leave garbage’s out on the porch. Wild animals will make a mess of it.

DEPARTURE:

We ask for your help in just a few ways:

1. Remove sheets from used beds and place on the floor in that room.
2. Remove your food from fridge, freezer and cupboards before leaving.
3. Empty all garbage's and put new garbage's bags in canisters. Rolls of bags for are already in the bathroom canisters. Take ALL of your garbage with you when you leave. There are dumpsters at the bottom of the canyon on your left that you can use.
4. Wash all of the dirty dishes. You may use the dishwasher for plates, cups and silverware.
5. Turn all lights off (interior and exterior).
6. Close garage door.
7. Lock ALL exterior doors AND windows.

FOOD, SUPPLIES, FUEL:

There is a small grocery store, “Mikes Food Town” as well as several gas stations in Beaver where you can shop for groceries and other miscellaneous items. There aren’t any stores with groceries or supplies up the canyon. Beaver is your last stop for anything you made need.

RESTAURANT:
Eagle Point Resort has a restaurant in their main lodge that is open seasonally (usually spring, summer and winter). You can dine in or order out. You may view their menu on their website or use the QR code in the binder (at the cabin).
There is also a small grill in the upper lodge that is open during ski season.

Additional House Rule:

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, please be aware of the following policies:

1. Unauthorized Events or Parties:

-Guests are strictly prohibited from hosting parties or unauthorized events during their reservation.

-Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty charge of $500.

2. No Smoking Policy:

-Smoking is not permitted within the premises, including rooms, common areas, and balconies.

-Any evidence of smoking within the property will result in a penalty charge of $500.

3. Unauthorized late check outs or extension

- Guests are not allowed to stay beyond their check out time unless authorized in advance.

- Any unauthorized late check out, we will charge a late check out fee of $200.

4. Refundable Security Deposit

-We will pre-authorize a $500 security deposit on your card one day prior to your check-in. Please note, this is not a charge but a temporary hold. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, or violations of our house rules.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful mountain cabin. This cozy destination is nestled in a wooded forest and is the perfect getaway to just relax or enjoy the nearby trails and reservoirs. Take in the sound of birds from the deck or watch the sunset next to the fireplace. If you need to work or catch up on your to do list we have unlimited Starlink internet. The cabin is located 1/2 mile down a dirt road and best accessible with AWD or 4x4 vehicle although not required in the summer.

The space
This cabin has a main level with a full kitchen, full bathroom and living room. Upstairs is a large open loft with 1 queen and 2 twin beds. There are no individual bedrooms. The downstairs is being renovated and is off-limits.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. There is not a dishwasher.

The cain is heated with adjustable wall heaters or the main level fire place (if you prefer). There is no AC, but we also haven't needed one. The cabin sits at 9,400 feet elevation so the evenings are cool, even in the summer.

The best place for up to date weather information is the Eagle Point ski resort website; the ski resort is located 0.5 miles from the cabin. They list the weather report and have active Webcams. Airbnb does not allow me to include the link in the listing unfortunately.

4 wheel or all wheel drive and/or chains are required during the winter season to access our cabin (or any other cabin in the area). The road in front of the cabin is a hard packed dirt road that is plowed daily, but can still be slippery. To avoid problems, 4wd, AWD or tire cables/chains are required in the winter. Tire cables are generally easier to use.
The main road up to the ski resort and near to the cabin is paved highway and is also plowed as needed.
