Eagle Point Ski Resort is Utah’s newest and best kept secret for skiing. Located outside of Beaver, UT, in the Tushar Mountains, it boasts over 600 skiable acres, 40 named runs, and 450” of average snowfall each year. A great place to take the family, it has runs to accommodate beginners as well as advanced skiers, and everyone in between! Since it is relatively undiscovered, you won’t have to worry about crowds or long lines here, just beautiful days of affordable skiing to your heart’s content!
This quaint condo has one bedroom, one bath, and could sleep up to 8. There is a queen bed, full size futon/twin bunk in the bedroom, as well as a queen size murphy bed and a twin sleeper loveseat in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast, midday lunch, or relaxing dinner after a full day of skiing. On the balcony is a gas grill for your use as well. We recommend that you do your grocery shopping in Beaver before you head up the mountain - Mike’s Food Town is right on Main Street. If you don’t feel like cooking, the Canyonside Lodge is literally just steps away (open only during ski season). It houses the Outpost Grill, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the Outpost Bar. The Mercantile is also there with a convenience store and retail shop.
In the condo, the dining room table seats four, as well as a breakfast bar for additional seating. In the living room, there is a 55” flat screen TV, Direct TV, DVD player, and a wood-burning stove. The full bathroom also has a washer/dryer for your convenience.
In addition to Eagle Point Ski Resort, people come to the Tushar Mountains for snowmobiling and snowshoeing in the winter, and after the snow has melted there is mountain biking, hiking, fishing, ATVing, dirt biking and four wheeling. Snowflake #12 is a great central base of operation for your next adventure packed vacation any time of year!

The skiing that time of year is predictably good, the resort has a number of ski in/ski out condos, and the slopes are very quiet. Tom's one bedroom condo is in great condition and very comfortable. The Murphy bed in the living room and the queen in the bedroom both have a memory foam topper and are comfortable beds. The bedroom is a bit crowded with the addition of the futon bunkbed, but there's still room to move around. The kitchen is well-appointed, as I believe the owner uses it enough to stock it with all necessary items - not always the case with some of these condos. We were short of dishwasher detergent and Tom quickly responded to solve the issue. We hope to be back next year!"

Wonderful ski in ski out condo located just steps away from the Main Lodge and Canyonside double chairlift. Gorgeous view off the back deck and in my opinion, the best ski in ski out location on the mountain. This unit has 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer and sleeps 8-10 (2nd bedroom is a loft.) Downstairs bedroom has queen bed. Upstairs loft has 1 queen, a bunk bed with 1 double/1 single and 2 additional single beds. There is an optional cot in the downstairs closet and the couch in the living room has a hide a bed.

- "Small but well appointed and clean. WiFi worked great and appliances were very nice and new. Just and fyi for the area, bring bug spray if you’re coming in summer. There were tons of bugs flies etc everywhere. Also there’s a lovely community fire pit area but there was some trash and junk around it." - "The property was very clean and looked like it could have been recently upgraded. We have stayed in several of these units over the last few years and this was definitely the best. Even though the other units are basically the same layout, since this one added a 1/2 bath it made a difference for our party. We would look for the this unit again the next time we stay."

Be sure to fill your gas tank in town before coming up the mountains all-wheel-drive + snow tires and a set of chains, just in case, are highly recommended in winter.

- "Great place, wifi was pretty spotty and there is no way to contact the owner if the Wi-Fi is spotty. Also could use some hot pads and a broiler pan since there is no outdoor grill." - "No screen on bedroom slider. Made it too hot to sleep comfortably. No screen on kitchen window for a cross draft. Front door screen had hole and was torn on one side. Also big gap at bottom so mosquitos and flies were a big problem. Cute unit, but wouldnt stay again until those things were fixed. Entire condominium is for your use. Designated parking spaces are directly in front of the Condo. If you bring a trailer, there's parallel parking space next to the hill across from the condo. Please leave room for your neighbors.

Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives and roads are well maintained; however, it is highly recommended to have four-wheel drive or chains on two-wheel-drive vehicles. No refunds will be given due to road conditions.
USE OF RENTAL PROPERTY: Guest shall occupy and use the rental property in a manner that shall not disturb or offend neighbors of the rental property.

- "Beautiful drive up mountain to find this lovely condo unit. Nice change from city life, quiet and peaceful. Unit was very clean and well stocked with essentials, just remember to bring food and gas up before heading up mountain as there is no gas station or store up there. Restaurant is also closed in off season. Very nice place, helpful staff and everyone we ran into was very friendly." - "The first disappointment was that we booked this one because of how close it was to the city center. We do not know this area so depended heavily on the map.A few days before check in, we get this email with the directions that showed this was at a ski resort 19 miles away, which was a half hour drive from where we needed to stay. When we arrived there was an awful smell. It smelled like a litter box or carpet saturated with Urine. If we were looking to be close up the mountain then this location would have been fine. It’s a beautiful area. Unless you have pets and don’t mind the smell, I would not recommend you stay here."

About this space
Our condo is next to the Eagle Point ski resort. Located 18.9 miles east of Beaver on Highway 153, in the beauty of the mountains. Plenty of things to see and do in the summer as well as the winter. Excellent hiking, fishing, mountain biking, ATV trails and wildlife. There is a small play ground with swings and horse shoes available during the summertime. During the winter, you can ski down to the resort, getting back to the condo will require a small walk up from the parking lot.
The space
Enjoy the beautiful area and have a nice warm place to come and relax for the evening. The kitchen is stocked for you to cook your meals. You will need to bring your own food supplies and ingredients to use for your stay. There is a fireplace and wood available during your stay. Kitchen and bathroom are on the main level. The bedroom is upstairs with a Queen bed, and a Full size bed is on the landing outside of the room. The futon and recliner couch is on the main level for additional sleeping options.
Other things to note
There is a community gas grill on the east side of the complex. You can use the metal tongs and the lighter from the condo (lighter is in the white cabinet).

This condo is next to the Eagle Point ski resort. It is not in the town of Beaver Utah. It is a 25 minute drive to Beaver from the Condo.
