Beaver Mountain Lodge is Utah's newest premier property for family reunions and corporate retreats. This beautiful lodge has 12 bedrooms (plus a bonus room), and 8.5 bathrooms (plus the showers and bathrooms at the pavilion). MISCELLANEOUS POLICIES:
-No smoking, No pets
-If you have more than 62 guests, you will be charged $15 per person per night.
-We require a minimum four night rental for Thanksgiving and a minimum five night rental for Christmas and New Years. We don't have any "out and in cleanings" on a holiday.
-Swimming Pool: Pool is open from Memorial Weekend to Labor Day weekend and included in the price. We don't provide pool towels, only bath towels. Depending on the weather, (especially the night temperatures) we can open the pool during the month of May and September for $200/day. Check with the owners if you are interested in the pool those two months. If you rent the pool during May and September, you will need to rent it for your entire rental stay, not just part of your rental period. The pool is NOT available Oct through April!

3. Go 4 miles and watch for a large stone covered sign that says "North Creek Ranch" and turn right.
4. Follow this gravel road until you see a dead end sign (a little over a mile from paved road) -- driveway will be across the street and has a green gate and a cattle grate.

We had games in the backyard set up then when they were tired of the games, they hit the pool with a lovely place." - "This lodge and the grounds are the "BOMB", the words of the teen group. It has so many amenities that everyone was off doing their own thing and when we wanted to get together, it was large enough to accommodate us all. SUMMARY:
Our beautiful ski in-ski out cabin is located up Beaver canyon on Eagle Point Resort in the Aspen Crest development.

The cabin sits at just over 10,000 ft ele. with breathtaking views.
Newly built, April 2020. We are one of the first cabins to be completed in a small privately owned community.

HOUSE RULES:

1. NO SMOKING or VAPING in the cabin or on/around the premises.
2. NO Pets.
3. NO shoes inside the cabin.
4. Keep food and drinks in kitchen and dining room only.
5. Always keep exterior doors closed, tightly. We do not want mice.
6. DO NOT FLUSH tampons, feminine hygiene products and/or toilet wipes down the toilet. The cabin uses a septic tank system and cannot accept anything other than toilet paper.
7. DO NOT sleep with the decorative bed quilts and decorative pillows in all rooms. Please remove and fold quilts and pillows before using beds.
8. Squeegee showers after each use.
9. Skis, boards, boots, wet/muddy clothes belong in the SKI room. Dress and undress in that room.
10. Don’t leave garbage’s out on the porch. Wild animals will make a mess of it.

DEPARTURE:

We ask for your help in just a few ways:

1. Remove sheets from used beds and place on the floor in that room.
2. Remove your food from fridge, freezer and cupboards before leaving.
3. Empty all garbage's and put new garbage's bags in canisters. Rolls of bags for are already in the bathroom canisters. Take ALL of your garbage with you when you leave. There are dumpsters at the bottom of the canyon on your left that you can use.
4. Wash all of the dirty dishes. You may use the dishwasher for plates, cups and silverware.
5. Turn all lights off (interior and exterior).
6. Close garage door.
7. Lock ALL exterior doors AND windows.

FOOD, SUPPLIES, FUEL:

There is a small grocery store, “Mikes Food Town” as well as several gas stations in Beaver where you can shop for groceries and other miscellaneous items. There aren’t any stores with groceries or supplies up the canyon. Beaver is your last stop for anything you made need.

RESTAURANT:
Eagle Point Resort has a restaurant in their main lodge that is open seasonally (usually spring, summer and winter). You can dine in or order out. You may view their menu on their website or use the QR code in the binder (at the cabin).
There is also a small grill in the upper lodge that is open during ski season.

The space was clean and comfortable. I don’t believe the listing was accurate in stating it has air conditioning, but fortunately my timing wasn’t to bad with the temperature being in the mid to high 80’s. There are numerous fans and the basement is cooler during hottest part of the day. The sliding doors and windows have screens to open and ventilate at night. It was nice being lulled to sleep by the sound of the creek."

Please plan to have a 4x4 almost always during ski season. There is a 2 car garage plus plenty of outdooor parking on the plowed driveway area.

This new construction home finished in December 2024 has 7 bedrooms (one is an open loft bunk room) and 5 full bathrooms along with 2 half bathrooms. This is an award winning Utah Valley Parade of Homes floor plan.

Each suite is themed after a different continent. There is space to sleep 34 comfortably in quality mattresses. Many of the suites will easily fit a pack-n-play (bring your own) in the closet for your little ones as well. Professional chef-style kitchens on both the main and basement levels offer multiple cooking options, 3 fridges, 3 freezers, and a Blackstone BBQ on the deck. Also enough place settings for everyone on the reservation. Kitchens are also equipped with microwaves, Keurig coffee makers, Crock Pot, and various cookware. 1 simple high chair on site.

There is a Yamaha Piano and plenty of games to keep everyone busy around the fireplace. Multiple dining, living, gathering, and play areas to enjoy being together when desired but quiet to sleep when you need some shut-eye! Plenty of hooks and cubbies for ski gear.

Eagle Point Ski Resort is located in Fish Lake National Forest, at 9,000 feet elevation, along the historic Paiute Trail in the Tushar Mountains of Southern Utah. The resort is located 19 miles (30-minute drive) from Beaver, UT.

Summertime visitors enjoy hiking, ATVs, horseback riding, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, photography, and driving the mountain roads looking for wildlife and taking in the incredible scenery. Fall is especially gorgeous with the crisp chill and changing leaves. Wintertime visitors will enjoy over 650 acres of skiing and snowboarding with minimal ski lift lines, trails for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing, and miles of snowmobiling outside of the resort. WINTER CONDITIONS:
All wheel drive/4-wheel drive or Snow Chains are required November to April. Snowplows go up the road only once a day in the morning. Look up and be aware of falling snow and ice.

Canyonside Lodge Bar & Grill at the resort is a great place to gather for a drink and a meal. The General Store has some snacks, drinks, and necessities. Please check the Eagle Point Ski Resort website for hours of operation.

The space
Relax and unwind after a day exploring the great outdoors at our clean and comfortable home. Perfect for a small family or group of friends. We also welcome the furry members of your crew that enjoy adventure with a fenced in backyard. The house sits just behind Canyon Breeze golf course with spectacular views all year long! Deer are often seen grazing or resting under trees near the front of the house.

Enjoy the warmth of our gas fireplace on a cool evening in the living room. Stream your favorite movies and shows on our flat screen Roku Tv with the areas fastest 1 Gig fiber internet. We provide Netflix, Disney Plus and Hulu to enjoy.

The Dining room features a table that seats 6 and a window seat for watching the deer outside. With kid friendly dinnerware, a high chair provided and wine glasses for the adults each guest is sure to have a great meal. The dining room is also a convenient place to sit and check emails or get a little work done in between activities.

Our kitchen provides everything you need to cook meals during your stay. We have basic cooking essentials such as stainless steel pots, pans, casserole dish, baking sheet, salt, pepper, flour, sugar and vegetable oil. In the cabinet you’ll find everything you need to make a pot of coffee or hot chocolate. A coffee maker, toaster and microwave are available for on the go meals.

In the garage there is plenty of space and shelves to put golf clubs, bikes, and ski equipment. The washer and dryer are also located in the garage. We provide laundry detergent for you during your stay.

The two upstairs queen bedrooms offer full closets with space to store your luggage and clothing. Each room has at least one night stand with lamp and convenient plugs for C-pap machines and usb hubs for charging cell phones. The main bathroom upstairs offers a shower or bath for guests to use with extra towels.

The upstairs master bedroom features a king size bed and flat screen Roku tv in room. It has a full walk in closet and it’s own bathroom. Enjoy vaulted ceilings, lamps on both night stands, easy accessible power plugs, usb charging and the best view in the house! Whether it’s sunrise, sunset or anytime in between it’s a little slice of heaven looking out over the area.

The Hunt House is a 6 br 2 ba home located in Beaver, Utah. This restored pioneer home is located 30 minutes from Eagle Point ski resort, and close to Bryce Canyon, Brian Head, Cedar Breaks and Zion. Enjoy the nearby Tushar mtns and historic town.

The space
The Historic Hunt House is located in Historic Beaver Utah. Built in 1887, this pioneer home is known to be the first home in town that had an indoor toilet! It has been lovingly restored over the years with all the modern conveniences (including free wifi) and thoughtfully furnished with beautiful antiques throughout. The Hunt House is available for rent by the night, week or month. The house has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms upstairs. Both bathrooms are on the ground floor as well as 2 living areas and a spacious kitchen. One area has a TV (no cable) and the other has a piano.
Each bedroom is equipped with either a full or queen size bed. The home is wheelchair accessible and disability-friendly, with a ramp leading from the driveway to the side entrance and an easy access shower in one bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped for cooking and stocked with spices. There is a large stove and oven, a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. There is ample refrigerator and freezer space, with an additional refrigerator and chest freezer in the laundry room.

The laundry room has a big washer and dryer and an ironing board and iron is available for use.

The yard is beautifully landscaped and is an ideal place for kids to play or to host a summer family reunion or get together. There is a big swing for the kids to play on and covered front and back porches.

There are also two full size garages with paddle locks with ample room to store bicycles, ski gear or any other outdoor equipment you may have brought with you.

Other things to note
The Hunt House is a terrific home base from which to explore the nearby Tushar mountain range, spend a day on the slopes at Eagle Point, fish in Minersville reservoir, or just explore the town. The home is within walking distance of the local grocery store (Mike's) and other shops located on main street.

Beaver is the birthplace of the inventor of television (Philo T. Farnsworth) and outlaw Butch Cassidy. The Canyon Breeze Golf Course is within 2 miles of the house. There is also the Beaver Courthouse Museum within walking distance. And no trip to Beaver would be complete without a stop by the Cheese Factory for some cheese curd. During the summer, July 4th and Pioneer Day celebrations, horse racing, a rodeo, and the increasingly popular grueling Crusher in the Tushar bike race.

The Tushar Mountain range is very accessible and is a wonderful location for hunting, fishing, hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, ATV riding and of course, skiing in the winter.

In the western part of Beaver County are ghost towns to be explored, rock hounding opportunities and rock climbing in the Mineral Mountains (mountain range West of Beaver).

We are within easy driving distance to major attractions in Southern Utah:

The World Adventure at Aspen Crest takes true ski-in ski-out to a whole new level at Eagle Point Ski Resort in Utah. The private ski easement runs along our property line and you can quite literally pop your skis off at the FRONT DOOR!

6 family suites plus a loft sleep your whole group (up to 34) comfortably in luxury King, Queen, and Twin XL mattresses. Each are themed after the world's continents.

When renting the entire home, 2 professional kitchens, 5 full baths, and 2 half are included.

The space
Welcome to The World Adventure in the gated community of Aspen Crest. Look at the photos (professional photography coming soon of this brand new construction cabin) and see what true ski-in, ski-out luxury in Utah can be! No crossing streets or walking through parking lots here. Literally ski right onto the front or back porch!

Please plan to have a 4x4 almost always during ski season. 2024-25 ski season will LIKELY NOT HAVE GARAGE ACCESS. There is a 2 car garage but we were unable to get the asphalt down, so it's not likely we will be able to park cars in it. There will be outdoor parking in a plowed driveway area.

This brand new construction home has 7 bedrooms (one is an open loft bunk room) and 5 full bathrooms along with 2 half bathrooms. This is an award winning Utah Valley Parade of Homes floor plan.

Each suite is themed after a different continent. There is space to sleep 32 comfortably in quality mattresses. Many of the suites will easily fit a pack-n-play (bring your own) in the closet for your little ones as well. Professional chef-style kitchens on both the main and basement levels offer multiple cooking options, 3 fridges, 3 freezers, and a Blackstone BBQ on the deck. Also enough place settings for everyone on the reservation. Kitchens are also equipped with microwaves, Keurig coffee makers, Crock Pot, and various cookware. 1 simple high chair on site.

There is a Yamaha Piano and plenty of games to keep everyone busy around the fireplace. Multiple dining, living, gathering, and play areas to enjoy being together when desired but quiet to sleep when you need some shut-eye! Plenty of hooks and cubbies for ski gear.
