Fridge, microwave, dishware and a cook top but cookware , utensils less than adequate. If you are expecting kitchen stuff like or you want to prepare meals bring your own stuff. No toaster, blender, dish strainer, ice cube trays, pitcher, corkscrew/bottleopener etc. bring your own. If you are a short like me bring a step stool. Kitchen cabinets very high I could only reach front of lowest shelf. If you want to dry your hair bring a hair dryer too. Unit could use a deep clean, cobwebs in windows, grimy blinds and window sills, dirty floors and carpert runners. As I mentioned if you are looking for a place nearby lifts to ski for a couple days it works ! "

Broken bar stool, ceiling tiles in bathroom would fall down when outside door opened. Nails sticking out of fire place mantle, fire extinguisher 3 years out of date. We left a day early when my wife found the dirty sheets. But it's Brian Head and the snow was Great!"

For support I guess? * Very poor water pressure, which is annoying since there is no dishwasher and you need to wash dishes if used * Front storm door has no springs or attachments so just freely flies open * Tiny shower But, most of this could be learned from the pics. It's not horrible, but would be if so you were expecting a very nice (or kind of nice) rental condo."

We were waited for a long time little after 9 pm Bell from the reservation try to rearrage us to another property. By the time she had it all arranged, it was too late. The power had came on. I had asked her to have a supervisor to contact me, no one did. No one ever reach out to us see if everything was ok. Just poor customer service. On top of that we had found dirty diapers and felty floor underneath our bed. It was so discussing. Luckly we were leaving the next day. Also there was no elevator in our building only in the club house. We were on the thrird floor with all our stuff, that was hard. I wouldn't recommend or go back to this place."

The best thing about the condo is the location." - "Brian Head ski resort, as it's advertised, it is a "Ski Resort". Literally, you can just get to the ski lift by just walking from your room. We were there not during the ski season. We were there to go to Bryce Canyon and Zion national parks. These areas were accessible within less than 2 hours away. The good part was that we were also able to see places like Cedar Break National Monument which's about 5 minute away. So, for outdoor ppl and if you have your vehicle, this is an ideal place. Be prepare, it's abit colder as it's about 10,000ft elevation but the sceneries were nice!"

- "What an amazing Condo. This place set a high standard. I travel a lot and by far was impressed from the layout, modern feel and the clean and stocked kitchen. Garden level unit so you felt like you were in the Forrest when sitting on the back patio." - "Nice condo...looks newly updated. Was a little tricky to find because there's no signs telling where the front entrance is to this particular unit. Heaters in the living room and master bedroom were loud so you had to adjust the sound on the TV up and down when they kicked on. Heaters worked good and warmed up the rooms quickly. Window in the second bath is clear glass with no blinds or cover so anyone could stand outside this window and easily look in and I night you would not see them outside. I'd highly recommend the owner to fix this privacy issue. Laundry facility (coin operated) is very close to this unit so that's a plus. Key is on the side of the refrigerator in the condo. Parking spaces are a little shallow so if you drive a full length truck you may stick out a bit. Overall is was a nice place to stay, and the resort and general store are right across the street which was convenient. "

- "I understand there is no air conditioner we knew that prior. But a fan would have been nice to help circulate the air. It was very stuffy when we arrived and it was hard to sleep with no air circulation. Also the curtains were sheer. So not having curtains to keep sunlight out or having privacy to change clothes was frustrating. THIS UNIT IS A NON SMOKING AND NON PET FRIENDLY UNIT.

This unit is down right perfect for a couples getaway. The kitchen is beautifully expanded and remodeled and even has a dishwasher. This corner unit on the Main lobby floor is a hop, skip, and a jump away from the pool, gym and lobby. There is ski out ability to Navajo.

This unit will easily sleep 4 and has a very comfortable king size bed. It also has a new queen murphy style wall bed. Has a brand new smart 65" big screen with a blu-ray player available.

Copper Chase Condominiums still holds the title of the premier complex in all of Brian Head. You will have access to Pool, Spa, Gym, Saunas, Locker Rooms, Lobby equipped with WiFi, Common area kitchen for larger groups, and Coin-op Laundry Facilities. Our Complex also is set for ski out capabilities to the Navajo Mountain. Please remember we are a condo complex, not a hotel. Please contact your Property Manager for any assistance you might require. All units are individually furnished, please ask Property Manager if your condo has a specific amenity. The perfect romantic getaway. Cozy ski-in/ski-out, first-floor condo at the Kristi within walking distance of 2 ski lifts (1&8) with access to Giant Steps & Navajo peaks. The space
This is a small suite in an incredible location. The Condo is less than 300 square feet with everything a couple would need for a majestic getaway to the mountains. It has a full bathroom with some storage for guest bags. The fully stocked kitchen includes; a small oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, crockpot, French press, dishes, and silverware. There is a kitchen bar with three stools for eating or playing cards. The bedroom suite has a full-sized bed.

Ground floor suite near free parking, easy access door code. Great place to eat and sleep near all mountain activities. Location, Location, Location.

Other things to note
This condo has one full bed and we find most guests are either single or couples. It really is most comfortable with maximum of 2 guests. We also rent M6 on the second floor of the same condo (The Kristi). It can accommodate 4 people with 2 queen beds and 2 bathrooms and twice the space. We hope you have a great time in Brian Head! We try to escape with our friends and family to these amazing mountains every chance we get.

Cozy Brian Head Studio Condo with a million dollar view of the ski resort. The location is convenient to all amenities in Brian Head. It’s a quick walk across the street to Giants Steps. You can drive or take the free shuttle during the ski season. Our home has all the amenities & comforts with a rustic cabin feel. It is super clean and comfortable. This cozy studio has fireplace and large picture windows to enjoy the view of the ski resort. It’s best for 2 people, but can accommodate 4.

The space
This is the bottom floor of a three-story condominium building. You may hear noise from those above you. Well, I would hope that the neighbors and other visitors would be considerate, I can’t control that. If you do have upstairs neighbors being too loud, politely remind them that you are downstairs. If this is a concern, and you hope for complete peace and quiet, this may not be the place for you! However, if it doesn’t bother you, or you have some earplugs, we would love to have you here.

There is an Amazon Fire Stick and HDMI 4 in the TV. You can use to access your Hulu, Paramount +, Netflix, etc. accounts plus other movies and games we also have some card games available for your entertainment.

I would love it if you would take the time to write in our guest book on the coffee table. It is fun for other people if you say where you are from as well. If you find some great restaurants, shops or adventures, please write about it.

Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park are only about 1 hour & 15 minutes away. A lot of guests come in the summer time and spend the day at each. Cedar breaks is about 10 minutes down the road, but keep in mind, the road is closed between Brian Head and Cedar Breaks in the winter time.
