Living space where you can curl up with a book or a loved one, watch your favorite show on 50" Hisense smart TV, play cards or a board game and enjoy togetherness in the intimate ambience created by the flickering glow and crackling of the electric fireplace.

When you’re ready to rest, the king bed with 10" memory foam mattress lets you sink in and contours to your body, yet provides support for a good night's sleep. There's another 50" Hisense Smart TV in the bedroom if you like falling asleep with a TV on. Couch in the living room can easily be transformed into additional sleeping area. All the linens needed are in the chaise portion of the couch which lifts up to open.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM.

During this time, no unauthorized guests or pets are allowed on the property. Please review your reservation to ensure all guests and pets staying on the property are accurately listed.
Any additions must be made — and any applicable guest or pet fees paid — before check-in. Additional guest fees are charged per guest, per night. Additional pet fees are charged per pet, per stay.

We understand the significance of pets and service animals, and are committed to providing a welcoming and accommodating environment for all our guests, including those with pets and service animals. To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all our guests, please adhere to the following :

1. Advance notice - kindly notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet or service animal. This allows us to make any necessary preparations. It is also required by our insurance carrier to have a record of all dogs staying on property. There's a pet fee, assessed per stay, when making the reservation. You will be fined $150 per pet for any unauthorized and/or unregistered pets.

2. Animal behavior - your pet or service animal should be well behaved and non destructive. Please ensure that your animal is calm and does not cause any disturbances. Animals are not allowed on any furniture, indoors or outdoors. Your animal shall not be left unattended on premises without prior written approval. If approved, your animal shall be left indoors, in a crate/kennel ( must bring your own suitable size crate, we only provide medium size ) away from anything and everything they could cause damage to.

3. Cleaning - You're responsible for cleaning up after your animal and keeping premises in sanitary conditions. We do not provide any poop bags or scoopers. We provide spray bottle with Odoban in it to maintain sanitary and pleasant environment for all our guests. Please use it to spray the area where your pet relieved itself on the turf. You can find it in the lower kitchenette cabinet. Any additional cleaning or repair costs resulting from your animal's actions will be solely your responsibility.

4. We are happy to host you and your Service Animals. Please specify if you're bringing a Service animal or Emotional support animal. ADA allows us to ask these 2 questions regarding your Service animal.

What work or task has the Service animal been trained to perform?

We have additional strict guidelines for those who wish to bring their Service Animals. A Service animal staying on our property is NOT allowed to be left in the home alone at any time during your stay. This means not even left alone in a crate. You must take the animal with you anytime you leave the house. The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by a Service Animal. You and your Service Animal will be asked to leave if we discover misrepresentation of a pet or an Emotional support animal as a Service Animal. We will report fraudulent claims of Service Animals to government authorities and will evict the guest(s) without further notice in such cases. If this occurs, there will be no right to a refund.

We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these rules.

Smart TVs are provided for your convenience. By using your personal credentials for logging in to the individual preloaded apps you agree to not hold the host responsible for any additional charges to your accounts resulting from forgetting to log out upon your check out.

Tampering with or unplugging any of the exterior security cameras, Wifi router, leak detection sensors, open door sensor and alarm, X Sense or Sifely Hubs, is grounds for immediate cancelation of the reservation without refund.

Guests acknowledge and understand that desert is home to critters, such as, but not limited to, rodents, lizards, spiders, scorpions, snakes, ants and flying and crawling insects. We are contracted with a pest control company for scheduled treatments, however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in or around the property. The presence of any such critters does not entitle the guest to a refund. To help with this matter, please keep exterior doors closed at all times. Windows can be open if you'd like, all windows have screens on them.

If you’d like to arrange an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance. The first hour (schedule permitting) is complimentary. Additional time beyond one hour is available at additional charge, based on availability.

By booking this property, or by being one of the guests participating in a confirmed reservation on this property, you agree to hold the owner(s), operator(s), and cohost harmless from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, lawsuits, damage and/or injury, of any kind whatsoever. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, please conserve water as we are in the desert.
Parking out front of our home in front of the left garage door, or on the street is fine. This is a studio ( open floor plan) configuration and upstairs above our garage. Located in a quiet neighborhood near Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell and so much more. Just 10 min away ~
We are close to restaurants, shops, museum, and the Glen Canyon Dam.

We checked in the next day and had a very pleasant stay. Amy accommodated us with a late check out so we could make up for lost time and see the sights. CLEANERS: can access the garage cleaning closet inside the garage by a locked door on the East side of the garage breezeway between the hours of 10am-4pm. We use this closet to store supplies for our other Suites on the property.

COMMUNITY FEE: found in the fee section is a Hot Tub cleaning fee. Our hot tub is cleaned and serviced before and after each guest comes to our home so that you are getting the cleanest experience available.

RING CAMERA: is on the main house and the guesthouse and does record short bursts of the entryway and parking spots for guest safety and deliveries. Hosts have the ring snoozed unless someone needs help and presses the bell, or deliveries are made.**

- "We loved staying at the “Tahoma House” in Page. The views are absolutely stunning. You can see the whole valley and down into Lake Powell. This home is on the edge of an outlook and has total privacy to relax in the beautiful pool and hot tub. We had tons of room with a great kitchen and butler pantry and enjoyed playing games, ping pong, and barbecuing with our family. The owners have everything fine-tuned and Bubba, the property manager, was very helpful making sure we could check in smoothly and had no issues. They even have a steam shower in the master bath!!! We were close enough to Powell to spend one day on the beach there, another afternoon kayaking the Colorado River, and another excursion at Antelope Canyon on the Navajo Reservation. We loved it and hope to return again soon!"

I am available nearly all the time via text, email, or phone, but do not live in Page. My neighbors, Camilla & Brigham, are the local hosts, they will check in with you and can answer any questions.



We are in a recently built area on the edge of the neighborhood known as the Ranchettes, generally it is more peaceful than being in the middle of town. If you have ATVs, you are on the brink of miles and miles of desert trails. You have a view of a mesa to the south nearby and the Vermillion Cliffs to the west and are only five minutes from the Walmart super center and some restaurants and ten minutes from the center of town

The town of Page is quite small, so nothing is very far away.



Our place is situated on the edge of town, 5 minutes from Wal-Mart Super Store and many fast food locations, 5-10 minutes from Safeway and all sorts of sit down restaurants plus Lake Powell Massage, which I highly recommend after a long active day!

In the middle of the Grand Circle, you are:

- "My family and I wanted to head out west and take in some National Parks and decided Page, AZ would be a good jumping off point for multiple areas. We found this beautiful home at 1701 Rim View Drive in Page and it was perfect for us. Page, AZ is only a couple of hours away from Zion National Park and the Grand Canyon and it’s only minutes (literally, less than 10) away from Horseshoe Bend and Lower Antelope Canyon. Page is right next to Lake Powell so it’s a great place if you’re bringing a boat or renting one. The house was perfect for the seven of us (all adults). Each bedroom was large in size, especially the master and the amenities were fantastic. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax in the home and the beautiful backyard, with the nice size pool, was terrific in the warm Arizona afternoons. The house is well decorated with a nice sized living room, kitchen and dedicated dining room. There was also a nice sized sitting that we used to catch up with our family members and to play games in the evening. The two bedrooms upstairs, each with a king sized bed shared a nice jack-and-jill bathrooms and also had its own living room type area that our kids could retreat to. Although we didn’t use it, there is a nice office area upstairs as well with a desk to work at. Two other bedrooms were on the main floor, one of which is the master. The master bedroom had a gigantic walk in closet, beautiful tub and a walk-in shower. Every bedroom had a nice size"

- "I had a great stay at the tiny house. The campground was located directly across from the Vacation Race antelope canyon expo and start line so it could not have been more convenient.It was also within minutes of town, the hanging gardens hike, the red mesa trail. The “gas station arch” was behind the shell just down the road and the rim trail even was right in the backyard of the campground. The tiny houses were brand new so everything was spotless. I didn’t end up going to the check in office but it’s seemed have normal operating hours and the staff was very communicative and friendly over messaging. "

I am available nearly all the time via text, email, or phone, but do not live in Page. Camilla, the local host, will check in with you and can answer any questions. My neighbor across the street, Dean, is also available as an emergency contact.



We are on the edge of the neighborhood known as the Ranchettes, generally it is more peaceful than being in the middle of town. If you have ATVs, you are on the brink of miles and miles of desert trails. You have a view of a mesa to the south nearby and the Vermillion Cliffs to the west and are only five minutes from the Walmart super center and some restaurants and ten minutes from the center of town

The town of Page is quite small, so nothing is very far away.



Our place is situated on the edge of town, 5 minutes from Wal-Mart Super Store and many fast food locations, 5-10 minutes from Safeway and all sorts of sit down restaurants plus Lake Powell Massage, which I highly recommend after a long active day!

In the middle of the Grand Circle, you are:

A pet fee will be added to any group bringing a pet, this has to be manually requested via the resolution center for AirBnB once you've paid in full for your booking. ($50) One fee covers your stay and up to two dogs.

This beautiful themed room is designed to give you a restful night’s sleep surrounded by imagery from the surrounding area. Located in Page, Arizona we are very near Horseshoe Bend, Slot canyons, Stores, Lake Powell Marinas, and all the fun.

This “Casita Room” has everything you need. Mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, full en suite bathroom with toilet and nice tile shower, and good sized vanity. It even has a good sized closet. It has its own private entrance with locking door and is attached to our home so we are nearby if needed.

You will have parking right in the driveway. If you bring your boat, just park on the street right out front

Other things to note
NO CLEANING FEE!! A king sized bed is intended for one to two guests yet a pack and play is available for a toddler.

We don’t offer laundry facilities in our home but there is a laundromat just up the road Page Laundry, 669 S Lake Powell Blvd, Page, AZ 86040. It is 1.6 miles.

The space
This room is a completely private casita connected to the home with its own private entrance, temperature control, and bathroom.

The owners live in the main home full time. There is no shared spaces. Guests will not have access to the main home.

If this is an issue we understand and recommend not booking our listing. However, nearly all our guests have found this to not be a problem as Page offers an assortment of dining options which we highlight in our welcome guide.

Guest access
Upon booking, guests will receive a 4 digit access code to enter the room. Late check in is fine, just let us know and we’ll leave the lights on for you.

Other things to note
There is a shared door with the house and your room, that is essentially a wall. We keep this door locked at all times and have fully sealed it and padded it with sound proof blankets.

Still, it is possible you may hear light noises from time to time during the day. We own two incredibly lazy dogs who sleep during the day, but may bark on occasion.

As noted previously there is not a microwave or laundry machine in the unit and guests will not be permitted to enter the main home nor will we be able to accommodate requests to use appliances such as these. Thank you for your understanding.

A mini-refrigerator, microwave, and furnished Keurig coffee station are exclusive to suite guests. The newly-renovated master bathroom boasts a double sink vanity and a walk-in shower.

Guest access
Please park in the driveway and access your room through the gray gate. The gray gate is not locked and a motion light will light up the entrance both through the gate and to the entrance to your room. The code to the lock for your room will be sent to you before your visit.

During your stay
We are usually on-site to answer questions or help with any needs guests may have. In the event we are not, we are easily reached by call or text. As we have repeatedly stated, we have been in the area for quite some time so if you have questions, feel comfortable contacting us. Our goal is to meet your needs. If your need is privacy, you have it. If you desire to socialize a bit, we would love to hear from you.

If you need more coffee or tea, just send us a message. Additional towels can also be provided. Feel free to enjoy the area outside your room. Chairs and a table provide outside your room are provided for an enjoyable evening and fresh air.

GLEN CANYON RECREATION AREA encompasses Lake Powell and lower Cataract Canyon. It is known as the premier boating destination in the Southwest - 186 miles long, with 1960 miles of shoreline, and over 90 side canyons. 6 MINUTES AWAY!

HORSESHOE BEND is an incredible work of nature. Thousands of years of water erosion on its variegated sandstone have forced the “bend” into its current formation. Catch a glimpse of the Colorado River from the dizzying drop of nearly 1000 feet. 7 MINUTES AWAY!

You’ll need to hire a guided tour (we recommend Ken’s Tours) to visit ANTELOPE CANYON, located on private land within the Navajo Nation. This magnificent canyon was named for the herds of pronghorn antelope that once roamed the area. With sunlight entering the canyon and walls reaching up to 120 feet, the Upper Antelope Canyon Tour is very popular but the Lower Antelope Canyon tour is equally impressive with its otherworldly swirling sandstone walls. 9 MINUTES AWAY!

The STATELINE AUXILARY RAMP has great access to the lake with 6 launch ramps! Simply go past the Wahweap Swim Beach and you’ll see signs. 13 MINUTES AWAY!
