Our Modern Tiny Home sits on a working farm, conveniently situated 19 minutes from Zion National Park. It is set up on a farm with chickens, cows and sheep! The tiny home is complete with a full bathroom, 2 lofts (one queen bed and one twin bed), a pull out sofa bed and a washer/dryer combo! The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you will need. Situated inside of a pasture with views of the copper mountains, you'll get to see farm animals up close with the most amazing views!
Check in time is 3PM. Check out time is 11AM.

This tiny home was designed by my husband and I to feel as open as possible by letting in a ton of natural lighting with 10 windows! It also has butcher block counters, a bowl sink in the bathroom, a kitchen farm sink, and a drop down butcher block table. We took no short-cuts to make this place absolutely stunning for our guests! This Tiny Home also has a full stand-up shower (shampoo/conditioner and body wash available), TV w/ Netflix, Wifi, fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, and washer/dryer combo in case of those laundry emergencies!

You are located smack dab inside of a working farm, a privacy fence all around our spot so you can feel comfortable and have your own space! We now have hammocks and a fire pit with skewers provided for roasting marshmallows!

The home can sleep up to 5 people comfortably (although when there ARE five people, storage becomes very limited inside). The queen loft is carpeted and has a queen bed with a privacy wall to keep things... well... private :) The twin loft is also carpeted and has a Ventilated Cool Gel Memory Foam Mattress. The sofa downstairs pulls out to become a queen bed and can comfortably sleep two adults (pillows and blankets will be in the storage underneath). All bedding has a down comforter with duvet!

There is one ladder that goes to the twin loft and queen loft. When ladder is not being used it is stored up against the fridge. *Note: the ladder is steep, anyone who has limited mobility and/or children should not try to risk it and sleep on the sofa bed. Also, if twin loft is not being used for sleep, it can be used as storage! I.E. Your suitcases and other belongings.

Toquerville is a small town right at the foot of Zion National Park and sits just 19 minutes from Park's entrance, 20 minutes from St. George, 15 minutes from Sand Hollow Reservoir, and 15 minutes from Quail Lake!

This spacious home is perfect for your next big family getaway. On hot summer days, the pool is ready for an afternoon cool-off. In the evenings, you can all gather around the firepit for some storytelling as the stars come out overhead. You'll also have access to a soothing private hot tub!

Red Cliffs Recreation Area is about 12 miles southeast, offering beautiful hiking and refreshing water pools to cool you off. If you enjoy a bit of history, visit the Silver Reef Museum just four miles north, where you can take a self-guided tour or join one of two daily guided tours. St. George is 17 miles southwest, with plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment. And for even more incredible scenery and hiking trails, Zion National Park is a little over 30 miles east.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 250 per stay must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

You will find everything you need in this adorable tiny house. There is keyless entry to check-in anytime after 3 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM.

There are two extremely comfortable queen beds with one located in a loft with a small step ladder. The kitchen has smaller appliances with a fridge, dishwasher, 4 burner stove, oven, and full sink. There is a coffee maker, toaster, and all other cooking essentials. A LG all-in-one washer and dryer is available for guests. Two clothing drawers are located on each side of the lower bed and suitcases can fit under the bed. A four person dining table is a perfect eating area and may also be used for a game table or desk space for a laptop. More seating is available outside with a picnic table and small bistro table. A propane grill is located outside for guests. The bathroom has a vanity and full stand up shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is a portable crib located under the bed if needed.

WiFi is available at the tiny house with a username and password. The 32 inch Roku TV has Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, and YouTube. The air conditioner and heater is an all-in-one unit and has a remote control to regulate the temperature inside the home.

Our tiny house is perfect for travelers who plan to visit multiple national and state parks in Southern Utah. The I-15 freeway is also less than a mile away for those travelers who are passing through and need a quick place to stay.

RV is just a little dingy because of age and use, but it was clean and mostly everything worked. Just not sure if the fridge worked properly, I turned it on but it never seemed to get very cold. The freezer worked though and I was able to make full meals with the little stove. The RV grounds had shared restrooms and showers that were nice, as well as firepits and picnic tables. I didn't ask if I was allowed to use the firepits, but those would have been cool if I had brought wood. I probably wouldn't recommend sleeping on the futons unless you have young kids, but the bed was comfortable enough. Pretty close to neighboring RVs but quiet hours start at 9pm and most people are older so no noise complaints. I walked around the neighborhood and the locals were friendly and there are historic plaques scattered around town if you feel like exploring. Overall, a nice time!"

Cute little home away from all the busyness of St. George. Minutes away from Zion, sand hollow and all the great places to explore in southern Utah.This home is small but very well kept and perfect for couples on a vacation, anniversary or just a great place to come back to and relax after exploring. There is a small strip mall at the top of main with a little trading post, a pizza and Mexican restaurant. A local winery just seconds away as well for tastings and bottles for sale.

- "Everything was said as it was listed I did run into a couple of issues with the Internet and turning on the water for the shower, but the contact was really available and we took care of everything" - "Loved the camper, it was adorable and a nice little place to stay. However, my friend and I only got one hot shower the entire 5 day stay, hot water ran out and never came back. Wifi was very shoddy, several of the outlets didn’t work and there was a vent held together with duct tape that kept falling. Lastly, the fire pit wasn’t guaranteed (if there were campers we couldn’t use them and we had to find wood, which we couldn’t). Overall, affordable and pretty nice stay."

The houses are connected by quick walking paths and driveways, and are situated on a several hundred acres ranch. The layout of this property provides an ideal setup for reunions, retreats, sports teams and special celebrations. The ranch is centrally located for Southern Utah's many unique attractions!

Beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms for multiple women to get ready in the mornings! Highly recommend this place for any large groups that want to get away."
