YOUR INDOOR SPACE-
Bedrooms: Our unique floor plan offers two large primary suites with TVs, attached baths, and walk-in closets. Although our home is a 3 bedroom home, we can sleep four adults separately with our convertible king to 2, XL twin bed configuration in one of the guest rooms with the 3rd room having two "full" beds. With all new and quality mattresses and comfy linens, you will have a great night's sleep after playing all day. All mattresses and pillows are encased with a protective covering to keep you from unwanted elements. All bedrooms have TVs so that you can recline at night in privacy, should you choose. We have streaming capabilities but no local TV unless attached to your app.

Bathrooms: Our three bathrooms, one attached to each primary bedroom, are fully stocked with luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, keeping your packing to a minimum. The third bathroom is just outside the guest room with the full beds and accessible to house guests.

Kitchen: Stocked, stocked, stocked. If you like to provide meals at home, this is the place to do it. Full cookware and some bakeware are provided. Oil, coffee & filters, tea, spices, barbeque utensils and more.

Living room: The living room is open to the kitchen and the wall of sliding windows and doors make you feel as if you are outside while you are cuddled on the comfy couch with the fireplace flickering, watching your favorite show on our large, 70" screen streaming TV.

POOL - The pool is completely private and is free for your use. We do not heat the pool, but in the warmer months, it is not needed.
FIRE PIT DINING TABLE: Our fire pit table is perfect for conversations, drinks and appetizers as you stay warm in an inviting atmosphere.
PUTTING GREEN: With provided clubs and balls, putting competition and practice is ready for you.
VIEW: We have beautiful views of the desert bluffs from the backyard. Our neighborhood is surrounded by desert beauty and is away from town noise, yet close enough for a quick trip to the store.

PARKING: We offer free parking in our 3 car garage, with additional spots in our driveway and street parking. If bringing a trailer, street parking is allowed as long as your vehicle stays within the property lines and is moved every 72 hours. Reach out to us if you have any questions on this.

Our home is completely yours for your stay. There is a locked closet in the entry hallway for cleaning supplies/restocking, etc. Please let us know if you need anything restocked during your stay.

Our co-hosts, J and Amy, live less than 5 minutes away and can help you whenever you need. Please reach out on the message feed first. If they have not responded within 10 minutes, please give them a call. If there is an emergency or issues with your check-in code, please call them right away.

*If young children are staying, please make sure
the LOCK on the slider door is LOCKED at all
times. There is an alarm with a bypass to
ensure little ones safety The front door must be
locked at all times as there is direct access to
the pool. There is a locking gate for entry into
the yard. This needs to be shut and locked at all
times for the safety of all. We also have a state
mandated, slider alarm to keep your children
safe from the pool. There is a bypass to utilize
so that you do not have to endure the very loud
alarm. If you choose to remove the batteries
during your stay, you are doing so at your won
risk. Batteries should be re-installed before
checkout.

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS: 10:00 AM

1) Please make sure all items are removed from the
pool and trash is picked up outside.
2) Locate garage door opener and place it on the
kitchen counter.
3) Start one load of towels.
4) Load and start the dishwasher.
5) Sign out of Hulu/ Netflix, etc. on all TVs.
6) Locate all remotes and leave them in plain view
in their respective rooms.
7) Please set AC/Heater unit to 80 in the summer,
and 69 in the winter.
8) A quick message letting J and Amy know you
have checked out is very helpful to
housekeeping.
