YOUR INDOOR SPACE-
Bedrooms: Our unique floor plan offers two large primary suites with TVs, attached baths, and walk-in closets. Although our home is a 3 bedroom home, we can sleep four adults separately with our convertible king to 2, XL twin bed configuration in one of the guest rooms with the 3rd room having two "full" beds. With all new and quality mattresses and comfy linens, you will have a great night's sleep after playing all day. All mattresses and pillows are encased with a protective covering to keep you from unwanted elements. All bedrooms have TVs so that you can recline at night in privacy, should you choose. We have streaming capabilities but no local TV unless attached to your app.

Bathrooms: Our three bathrooms, one attached to each primary bedroom, are fully stocked with luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, keeping your packing to a minimum. The third bathroom is just outside the guest room with the full beds and accessible to house guests.

Kitchen: Stocked, stocked, stocked. If you like to provide meals at home, this is the place to do it. Full cookware and some bakeware are provided. Oil, coffee & filters, tea, spices, barbeque utensils and more.

Living room: The living room is open to the kitchen and the wall of sliding windows and doors make you feel as if you are outside while you are cuddled on the comfy couch with the fireplace flickering, watching your favorite show on our large, 70" screen streaming TV.

YOUR OUTOOR SPACE -
POOL - The pool is completely private and is free for your use. We do not heat the pool, but in the warmer months, it is not needed.
FIRE PIT DINING TABLE: Our fire pit table is perfect for conversations, drinks and appetizers as you stay warm in an inviting atmosphere.
PUTTING GREEN: With provided clubs and balls, putting competition and practice is ready for you.
VIEW: We have beautiful views of the desert bluffs from the backyard. Our neighborhood is surrounded by desert beauty and is away from town noise, yet close enough for a quick trip to the store.

PARKING: We offer free parking in our 3 car garage, with additional spots in our driveway and street parking. If bringing a trailer, street parking is allowed as long as your vehicle stays within the property lines and is moved every 72 hours. Reach out to us if you have any questions on this.

Our home is completely yours for your stay. There is a locked closet in the entry hallway for cleaning supplies/restocking, etc. Please let us know if you need anything restocked during your stay.

Our co-hosts, J and Amy, live less than 5 minutes away and can help you whenever you need. Please reach out on the message feed first. If they have not responded within 10 minutes, please give them a call. If there is an emergency or issues with your check-in code, please call them right away.

Interior Space -
Your getaway will be unique and comfortable in our beautifully furnished, 5 bedroom home. With 5 bedrooms and 7 beds there is plenty of room for all. The primary bedroom has a king bed and attached bath with walk-in closet. A second bedroom has another king, the third, a convertible bed that can either be 2 single beds OR a king. A fourth bedroom with a queen and a 5th bedroom/office has a large queen sized sofa sleeper. The living room has a queen sleeper as well. Each room is tastefully decorated with special touches. This home is perfect for a family, several couples, or group of friends. An open spaced kitchen, dining area, and living room allows lots of together time. All bedrooms have comfortable mattresses, streaming TVs, and privacy. The kitchen is stocked with spices, condiments, coffee, and all the kitchenware you would have at home. Our double car garage is a huge plus as is the driveway and street parking.

Mesquite Area-
Mesquite has so much to offer visitors. Being very centrally located between Las Vegas, Valley of Fire, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, Zion National Park, and more, it is a perfect launching pad for a vacation. For senior and youth games, Mesquite is a thriving center for athletic tournaments. Anything from Youth Tackle Football to Senior pickle-ball, Mesquite has it and promotes it. For those who like to gamble, three major casinos and a plethora of eating establishments (fine dining and casual) are available for the nights you want to venture out.

The entire home is for your use and set up so that your stay is easy. You have full access to the garage and all parts of the home.

J and Amy are your co-hosts who help us, Yko and Diane, with renting out our home to guests. They live 5 minutes away and are available through the message app. If there is no response from them within 10 minutes, please reach out by phone if it is an issue that would make your stay more comfortable. If an emergency, please call them right away.

Turtle cove is nestled in a quiet neighborhood north of the freeway. On a corner lot, there is plenty of parking in the garage, driveway, and street. There is close access to the casinos, ball fields, rec center, grocery store and more. Beautiful sunsets and morning walks can be enjoyed right outside your doors. Nestled amongst the deserts beautiful bluffs, this neighborhood is a gem.

Although Mesquite is a wonderful place to walk and get exercise, you will want a car for getting to the store, restaurants, golf courses, etc.

Pool & Hot Tub -

***** Showering before using the HOT TUB is a must. Lotions, sweat, dirt, hair, etc. have caused the hot tub to be shut down for the next guests as it has to be drained, retreated, and re-heated. $300 fine if this should occur - $150 for tub restart and $150 for the next guest refund for lack hot tub availability for their stay. Thank you!

* NO GLASS OR CERAMIC materials outside please. There are melanin dinnerware and glasses that can be used in the outdoor area. We want to ensure a safe walking space for bare feet.

*When finished with the umbrellas, pleased wrap them. If windy, please take them out of the holder and place by slider in holding area. The wind will snap them in half.

*The pump vacuum (snake) has to remain in the pool at all times. Removing the vacuum from the pool could cause severe damage to the pump - resulting in a $1500 replacement fee for you. Thank you for leaving the vacuum hose in the pool.

*Please remove goggles and all small pool toys from the pool. They will clog the line, causing the pump to run dry and again, the result is a $1500 replacement.

*Please turn off the pool light when retiring for the night. The switch is next to the child lock on the slider door.

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including a full set of pots and pans, a crock pot, baking sheet and pan, serving dishes, toaster, and coffee maker. This Unique 3100+ square-foot town home with a walk out basement is distinguished in design. The home consists of four bedrooms and four baths and 8 individual beds. It contains a fully equipped new modern kitchen and pantry. On the main level, there are three bedrooms and three baths, fully stocked new laundry facility, two car garage, and a furnished patio with a Bar-b-que grill. The kitchen and living room have marvelous eastern views of the golf course, city, mountains, and the early morning sunrise. The master bedroom has a kind size bed and attached bath with shower and tub and two vanity sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a designated bathroom as well. This home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and sleeps up to 6 people. It has three bedrooms each with its own smart TV. It offers a great living room space and kitchen area with a dining room table. There are two full bathrooms with nice walk-in showers (no bathtub). The back yard is a must see, with a beautiful view under the covered patio offering plenty of shade, while enjoying BBQing and relaxing around the patio table or furniture.

Across the street, there are picnic tables, a putting green and horseshoes for use by the neighborhood.

It is located apprx. 7-10 minutes from Mesquite Blvd, casinos, shopping, restaurants, and all the golf courses. Perfect for those of you traveling for a great golf game or wanting a relaxing get-away.

This unique 3100+ square-foot townhome with a walk out basement is distinguished in design. The home consists of four bedrooms and four baths and 8 individual beds. It contains a fully equipped new modern kitchen and pantry. On the main level, there are three bedrooms and three baths, fully stocked new laundry facility, two car garage, and a furnished patio with barbecue grill. The kitchen and living room have marvelous eastern views of the golf course, city, mountains, and the early morning sunrise. The master bedroom has a king size bed and attached bath with shower and tub and two vanity sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a designated bathroom as well. The third bedroom and bathroom has two full sized beds. All beds have 400-600 count luxury sheets and accompanying blankets and pillows.
