YOUR INDOOR SPACE-
Bedrooms: Our unique floor plan offers two large primary suites with TVs, attached baths, and walk-in closets. Although our home is a 3 bedroom home, we can sleep four adults separately with our convertible king to 2, XL twin bed configuration in one of the guest rooms with the 3rd room having two "full" beds. With all new and quality mattresses and comfy linens, you will have a great night's sleep after playing all day. All mattresses and pillows are encased with a protective covering to keep you from unwanted elements. All bedrooms have TVs so that you can recline at night in privacy, should you choose. We have streaming capabilities but no local TV unless attached to your app.

Bathrooms: Our three bathrooms, one attached to each primary bedroom, are fully stocked with luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, keeping your packing to a minimum. The third bathroom is just outside the guest room with the full beds and accessible to house guests.

Kitchen: Stocked, stocked, stocked. If you like to provide meals at home, this is the place to do it. Full cookware and some bakeware are provided. Oil, coffee & filters, tea, spices, barbeque utensils and more.

Living room: The living room is open to the kitchen and the wall of sliding windows and doors make you feel as if you are outside while you are cuddled on the comfy couch with the fireplace flickering, watching your favorite show on our large, 70" screen streaming TV.

YOUR OUTOOR SPACE -
POOL - The pool is completely private and is free for your use. We do not heat the pool, but in the warmer months, it is not needed.
FIRE PIT DINING TABLE: Our fire pit table is perfect for conversations, drinks and appetizers as you stay warm in an inviting atmosphere.
PUTTING GREEN: With provided clubs and balls, putting competition and practice is ready for you.
VIEW: We have beautiful views of the desert bluffs from the backyard. Our neighborhood is surrounded by desert beauty and is away from town noise, yet close enough for a quick trip to the store.

PARKING: We offer free parking in our 3 car garage, with additional spots in our driveway and street parking. If bringing a trailer, street parking is allowed as long as your vehicle stays within the property lines and is moved every 72 hours. Reach out to us if you have any questions on this.

Our home is completely yours for your stay. There is a locked closet in the entry hallway for cleaning supplies/restocking, etc. Please let us know if you need anything restocked during your stay.

Our co-hosts, J and Amy, live less than 5 minutes away and can help you whenever you need. Please reach out on the message feed first. If they have not responded within 10 minutes, please give them a call. If there is an emergency or issues with your check-in code, please call them right away.

times. There is an alarm with a bypass to
ensure little ones safety The front door must be
locked at all times as there is direct access to
the pool. There is a locking gate for entry into
the yard. This needs to be shut and locked at all
times for the safety of all. We also have a state
mandated, slider alarm to keep your children
safe from the pool. There is a bypass to utilize
so that you do not have to endure the very loud
alarm. If you choose to remove the batteries
during your stay, you are doing so at your won
risk. Batteries should be re-installed before
checkout.

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS: 10:00 AM

1) Please make sure all items are removed from the
pool and trash is picked up outside.
2) Locate garage door opener and place it on the
kitchen counter.
3) Start one load of towels.
4) Load and start the dishwasher.
5) Sign out of Hulu/ Netflix, etc. on all TVs.
6) Locate all remotes and leave them in plain view
in their respective rooms.
7) Please set AC/Heater unit to 80 in the summer,
and 69 in the winter.
8) A quick message letting J and Amy know you
have checked out is very helpful to

The pool is heated by a heat pump, capable of warming the pool to 65 - 75F on average days, even in the winter! We installed a new vinyl fence on south and east sides for added privacy and improved ambiance.
Clean, comfortable, and fully-equipped, this single-level house has new paint and luxury plank flooring, comfortable beds with high thread-count sheets, new ADA-compliant toilets, and high-quality furniture, with a leather recliner and couches. The home has a large furnished kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master bedroom, queen beds in 2nd, 3rd & 4th bedrooms, Each bedroom has a TV and streaming device. The home accommodates 8 guests comfortably. The home is located in the heart of Mesquite in a private, quiet neighborhood. A perfect place to relax by the pool. It offers a large outdoor living space, private pool and hot tub that is great for some family fun. When ambient temperatures are below 41°, the pool equipment has a freeze protection program that switches between the pool and spa to keep water flowing. This may effect the spa heating.There are 5 security cameras on the outside of the property. These are for security and insurance purposes. They are not viewed unless we have damage to the property or an issue we need to address. Mesquite has an abundance of sunshine and seven 'world class' championship golf courses. The city is a golf vacation destination. There are several casinos in the area with great live bands at night if you are looking for evening entertainment. Atv/utv trails are very popular as well. You can access trail systems from the house. Mesquite is an atv friendly town. Mesquite is only 35 miles from southern Utah which offers limitless outdoor recreation opportunities. Zion’s National Park, Sand Hollow reservoir, Tuacahn amphitheater and so much more. To the south is logandale which offers great UTV riding and Las Vegas is only a little more than an hour away.

There are no house parties or sports team parties allowed at the property. We can have no more than 12 people at the property and no more than 8 people can stay overnight. Only the people listed on the reservation are allowed to stay at the residence overnight. If you are out of compliance, a $100 fee per person per day will be applied. You may also be asked to leave the property.
