So many folks tell us that when they walk inside The Jackson House for the first time the first word they utter is 'Wow!' Guests are initially impressed by the warmth and welcoming atmosphere of the home and the attention to detail for cleanliness and comfort. As guests continue on the tour of the home they see that each room offers period antiques and can see the restoration of hard wood floors, spun glass windows, wood trim and flowering gardens. The home offers early 1900's charm with modern expectations such as feather topped beds, down comforters, and soft linens. The Jackson home takes you back in time to when people sat on the front porch sipping fresh lemonade and gathered together to create memories that would last a lifetime.

Guests are impressed to see a fully stocked modern kitchen, period bathroom complete with a claw-foot tub, inviting library full of books, cascading stream in the backyard, three car garage, and entertainment room with lg panel smart tv, bar, fridge, and microwave.

Although the inside of the Jackson House is amazing, the 'Wow' factor continues as guests see the backyard for the first time! A cascading river flows through the private desert oasis! There is a large patio and BBQ where you can gather your friends and family together for delicious meals. Subtle outdoor lighting allows you to enjoy the atmosphere of the backyard and the stars at the same time.

Just when guests think they have seen the entire home, they discover the basement entertainment room which is privately located at the far east side of the home. The entertainment room comes complete with a large flat screen TV, serving bar, microwave, mini fridge, game table, two large leather couches, games and movies. This area can be used as a 5th family bedroom.

The home offers 4 bedroom + 4 cubby sleeping areas, 3 baths, living room, family room, dining room, entertainment room, three car garage and plenty of parking for an RV or multiple cars. The Jackson House can accommodate large groups but the nightly rental rate is perfect for couples and small parties. Stayed there with my wife, 8yo daughter, and dog, and was just enough space for us. We used it as a base camp to go visit the surrounding national parks, and was a great fit. Directions given were clear, and we found the cabin easily, despite it being relatively far off a paved road. Host was excellent, and made sure we had everything we needed. Stuart Farm is a three acre farm with a newly renovated five bedroom, 1800 sq. ft. farmhouse in Cane Beds, Arizona. If you want to get away from it all and get out to the edge of civilization, this is the place. Located in one of the last great wilderness areas in Northern Arizona, it is very close to the Arizona/Utah border; between Zion National Park and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

This is cattle country and part of the famous Arizona Strip. It has long been a cattleman's paradise with large stretches of grassy meadow in the valleys and the high Kaibab plateau as summer forage. Many cattle ranching families have been here for generations and are what remains of the pioneers that traveled out in wagon trains to settle the west almost 200 years ago.

Before the west was settled, the property was home to the Anasazi Indian tribe. Many legends have been told about the Anasazi and what became of them. Our neighborhood is located at the foot of Lyon's point in the Cane Beds valley and we know that it was once home to more than 10,000 Anasazi Indians. If you hike around the property, you may find arrowheads, ancient pieces of broken pottery and see petroglyphs carved on the nearby surrounding cliffs and caves where the tribe once lived.

The farm is home to much wildlife including, deer, coyotes, jackrabbits and a herd of big horn sheep that can be seen on the north ridge from time to time. Of course, the black angus cows are on the east range and will usually come to the fence to say hello at sundown.

The farm offers stunning mountain views of red rock cliffs, spectacular sunsets but most glorious of all would definitely be the views of the night sky. We are located next to a very rare "International Dark Sky Region" which is specifically protected for its distinguished quality of starry nights, superb views of the milky way and natural nocturnal environments. These areas are extremely rare as light wash from cities and towns drown out the ability to see the night sky with the naked eye. These regions only exist now in a few remote places in the Western part of America and scientists tell us that in less than ten years, our area will be just one of two places left in the United States where dark sky's will still exist. This is something that you must put on your bucket list and if you are an astronomy enthusiast, bring your telescope and dive in.

Welcome to the Wild West 40. This cabin is 1 of 8 located on the Arizona Strip just 3 miles off the highway, yet away from it all. Majestic views of red and purple mountains. We are 100% off the grid with solar and a well. You’d never know it though as our cabins have everything from a stove top, microwave, fridge, hi sped internet, big screen TVs and video games. Feel free to make a camp fire in front or feed the animals out back. Grabs some fresh eggs for breakfast!

We are located about 30 minutes north of Fredonia and Kanab in a town called Cane Beds which about 15 minutes from Colorado City. Just add a few extra minutes in any direction you'll find yourself in Zion, St. George, Lake Powel or the North rim of the Grand Canyon.

- "The animals are so much fun. The fire pit was used every night. The owners do truly care and will make anything right if there is a problem. Cabins are wonderfully decorated. Would stay again!" - "Our check-in experience was a bit nerve-wracking as we arrived late at night and encountered some confusion with Google Maps directing us down the wrong road. However, after a slight detour, we managed to find the right path, and upon arrival, we were relieved to see the welcoming sign. Although we encountered a couple of system overloads during our stay, the downtime was minimal, and everything was quickly back to normal. Despite these minor hiccups, our overall experience was nothing short of incredible. The staff were exceptionally helpful and communicative, always there when we needed them. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the beauty of the starry night sky was simply breathtaking. Waking up to such stunning scenery and falling asleep under the stars was a dream come true. My spring break trip with friends turned out to be one for the books.
