Welcome to our Panguitch cottage!

Near the center of town but still quiet and secluded. A perfect gate way to Bryce Canyon and the beautiful Southern Utah outdoors. You can easily navigate to your stay using the map app of your choice. When you arrive you will be welcomed with a private gated yard with a lush green lawn, a true luxury in the stark Utah desert. Enter the front door with a code provided to you in the guest portal (never worry about losing a key!). Our freshly renovated cottage has been designed and configured to accommodate you in style and comfort. With a smart TV, the living room was made for movie nights and series binges on your favorite streaming app.

To the left you will see a modern kitchen equipped with all the amenities you need, dishwasher, stove top and the wall microwave doubles as a convection oven so you can bake to your heart’s content!

Through the kitchen you will find the sliding door to your right leading directly to the Hot tub. Private and secluded, the perfect spot to relax sore muscles from exploring Bryce Canyon’s wonders. Enjoy the relaxation, privacy and mood lighting that will melt your stress and make you wish you had more vacation time.

As you reach the main suite you will find a smart TV, comfortable bed and private bathroom. You will have all the towels and linens needed for the duration of your stay.

Returning to the living room you will find the final bedroom. Stylish and spacious with a queen bed and daybed which, when folded out, expands to the size of a King. If you need to take a minute to work, you will enjoy a comfortable office chair and desk. Here you will find the laundry and a second bathroom equipped with all you need to prep and recover from the Southern Utah Wilderness or the antique shops on the historic main street.

You will have access to the entire home, hot tub, outdoor dining area, fire pit, and the yard around the house. There is a cleaner’s closet in the laundry room and shed in the backyard that will be locked. Feel free to reach out to us about firewood on the property. There is a small charge but not having to find and haul wood can really make the trip go much smoother.

We manage the property remotely. However, we have resources nearby to help you if needed. We pride ourselves on quick responses and will make sure you are taken care of.

We are very pleased to provide a hot tub for our guests. For your safety and sanitation, drinking alcoholic beverages while using the hot tub is not permitted. Please no glass around the hot tub area as well.

This house does not have air conditioning. Luckily because the home is shaded by surrounding trees and the elevation of the area, it is typically not needed. All windows have screens and we recommend you open them during the summer nights as the temperature is quite cool and close them before the heat of the day.

There is a fire pit on site that you are welcome to use during your stay. Our neighbor has experienced some respiratory issues and we ask that you let us know when you use the fire so that we can have him close his windows in advance. Thank you for helping us provide this courtesy!

There is parking in front of the house and a covered parking space on the side of the house. Both are available to you.

We support EV Charging with a Level 2 (220v) outlet. Adapter required. We charge $20 per day of stay charged ahead of use.

We stock firewood at our cabins. To make sure that we can continue to stock firewood we charge a small fee for its use. $15 per night of use to get access to the wood pile. Let us know if you have any questions.

Spectacular 101 acre “Garden of Eden” in Southern Utah with meadows, woods and views of the back side of Bryce Canyon National Park. A 1/4 mile of the Sevier River runs through it with German brown and rainbow trout. Additionally we have a stocked trout pond. Wild eagles, owls, hawks, antelope and deer live on the ranch as well as our own cattle, goats, chickens, horses and alpacas.

Guests will have exclusive use of the fire pit in front of the cabin and may explore all 101 acres.

There are a total of 3 properties at the Azevedo Ranch. The Main House, The Apartment and the Cowboy Cabin. These properties can be rented individually, or the entire Ranch can be rented for large events.
