Welcome to our Panguitch cottage!

Near the center of town but still quiet and secluded. A perfect gate way to Bryce Canyon and the beautiful Southern Utah outdoors. You can easily navigate to your stay using the map app of your choice. When you arrive you will be welcomed with a private gated yard with a lush green lawn, a true luxury in the stark Utah desert. Enter the front door with a code provided to you in the guest portal (never worry about losing a key!). Our freshly renovated cottage has been designed and configured to accommodate you in style and comfort. With a smart TV, the living room was made for movie nights and series binges on your favorite streaming app.

To the left you will see a modern kitchen equipped with all the amenities you need, dishwasher, stove top and the wall microwave doubles as a convection oven so you can bake to your heart’s content!

Through the kitchen you will find the sliding door to your right leading directly to the Hot tub. Private and secluded, the perfect spot to relax sore muscles from exploring Bryce Canyon’s wonders. Enjoy the relaxation, privacy and mood lighting that will melt your stress and make you wish you had more vacation time.

As you reach the main suite you will find a smart TV, comfortable bed and private bathroom. You will have all the towels and linens needed for the duration of your stay.

Returning to the living room you will find the final bedroom. Stylish and spacious with a queen bed and daybed which, when folded out, expands to the size of a King. If you need to take a minute to work, you will enjoy a comfortable office chair and desk. Here you will find the laundry and a second bathroom equipped with all you need to prep and recover from the Southern Utah Wilderness or the antique shops on the historic main street.

You will have access to the entire home, hot tub, outdoor dining area, fire pit, and the yard around the house. There is a cleaner’s closet in the laundry room and shed in the backyard that will be locked. Feel free to reach out to us about firewood on the property. There is a small charge but not having to find and haul wood can really make the trip go much smoother.

We manage the property remotely. However, we have resources nearby to help you if needed. We pride ourselves on quick responses and will make sure you are taken care of.

We are very pleased to provide a hot tub for our guests. For your safety and sanitation, drinking alcoholic beverages while using the hot tub is not permitted. Please no glass around the hot tub area as well.

This house does not have air conditioning. Luckily because the home is shaded by surrounding trees and the elevation of the area, it is typically not needed. All windows have screens and we recommend you open them during the summer nights as the temperature is quite cool and close them before the heat of the day.

There is a fire pit on site that you are welcome to use during your stay. Our neighbor has experienced some respiratory issues and we ask that you let us know when you use the fire so that we can have him close his windows in advance. Thank you for helping us provide this courtesy!

There is parking in front of the house and a covered parking space on the side of the house. Both are available to you.

We support EV Charging with a Level 2 (220v) outlet. Adapter required. We charge $20 per day of stay charged ahead of use.

We stock firewood at our cabins. To make sure that we can continue to stock firewood we charge a small fee for its use. $15 per night of use to get access to the wood pile. Let us know if you have any questions.

Spectacular 101 acre “Garden of Eden” in Southern Utah with meadows, woods and views of the back side of Bryce Canyon National Park. A 1/4 mile of the Sevier River runs through it with German brown and rainbow trout. Additionally we have a stocked trout pond. Wild eagles, owls, hawks, antelope and deer live on the ranch as well as our own cattle, goats, chickens, horses and alpacas.

Guests will have exclusive use of the fire pit in front of the cabin and may explore all 101 acres.

There are a total of 3 properties at the Azevedo Ranch. The Main House, The Apartment and the Cowboy Cabin. These properties can be rented individually, or the entire Ranch can be rented for large events.

As the gentle warmth of spring fades and the lazy days of summer make their yearly entrance into the town of Panquitch, the city pulses with excitement as pilots launch a sky-full of hot air balloons into the heavens for the annual Panquitch Valley Balloon Rally. As night falls, spectators in the Historic Downtown area encounter the adventurous spirit of the town’s past, mixed in the magic of glowing hot air balloons as they parade up and down Main and Center Streets, like enormous planets waiting to be explored in the starlit sky.

Rodeos, concerts, horse racing, sports tournaments, conventions, and equestrian competitions are hosted at the Canyon Country Complex, the city’s new event center. This state of the art, Triple C Arena is located just off scenic highway 89.

July 24th is one of the town’s biggest celebrations. As the rest of the state pays tribute to the settling of the pioneers in Utah with an annual parade and fireworks, Panquitch commemorates this historic “homecoming” with reunions (family and class), a community breakfast, pit barbeque dinner, races, games, rodeo, and a city dance.

Summer isn’t the only time to enjoy activities in Panguitch. A New Year’s Eve party is held every year at the indoor Triple C Arena. The whole town comes out to celebrate and enjoy food, games and live entertainment. Ice fishermen can ring in the new year by participating in the Panguitch Lake “Big Fish” Derby. Beginning the first Saturday in January they vie for cash and other prizes by catching the largest fish.

For those desiring a more personal tribute to the early settlers of Panquitch, a historic cemetery awaits visitors just two miles east of the town on Highway 89. This hauntingly beautiful burial ground hosts tombstones dated as early as 1870.

Spectacularly decorated, authentic ranch-style apartment on 101 acres with a river running through it. A Garden of Eden in Southern Utah with meadows, woods and views of the back side of Bryce Canyon National Park. The River is stocked with German brown and rainbow trout, and there is a stocked trout pond. Wild eagles, owls, hawks, antelope and deer live on the ranch as well as our own cattle, goats, chickens, horses and alpacas. Located 20 minutes from Bryce Canyon National Park.

This apartment located at the top of the garage with its own entrance is professionally decorated in a ranch style. It is very secluded and quiet with lovely views of the ranch. Guests must be able to climb stairs.

There are a total of 3 properties at the Azevedo Ranch. The Main House, The Apartment and the Cowboy Cabin. These properties can be rented individually, or the entire Ranch can be rented for large events.

The common areas include parking, fire pit, pond, and surrounding pastures and forests.

- "Property is uique" - "Great stay but was a bit confusing to find and locate. The pictures were olde so when we arrived, there were a lot more bushes obstructing our view. Also advertised washer and dryer but had to ask permission to use the ones in the garage and set a day and time, and then the dryer didn’t seem to dry. Not sure that the price should be what it is per night with little access to washer and dryer and having the directions not work well to get to the ranch. Parking was really odd as well. But besides those things, it was a great stay and nice ranch. "

There is free parking right outside the cottage. This cottage gives freedom to match any of your unique adventures!

It is located one block from historic Main Street, very close to restaurants, a grocery store, and shopping.
We are a great central location to visit the National Parks; 30 minutes to Bryce Canyon, and 50 minutes to Zion.

TV and games for the kids are in the home as well.

This also includes a BBQ outside for grilling in the summer! (Seasonal April 1- Oct 1)

Enjoy your stay at a historic victorian home originally Built in 1897, fully restored, with modern amenities. This room has access to a custom tiled bathroom, a luxurious kitchen, dining room, communal living areas, washer/dryer and walking distance to restaurants. The space
Come stay at this charming historic 9 gable, 3 bedroom home in Panguitch. Built in 1897 it was constructed using bricks from the Town Kiln.

The houses’ history includes stories of a stagecoach stop, a hotel, medical clinic, and even the sheriff’s house.

Aside from it's incredible history, the house is central to community folklore.

Local legend tells of federal agents spilling into town under the cover of night to hunt local polygamists. In an attempt to warn residents of their coming, Hanna Pace, the sheriff’s wife, would light a lamp and set it in the window, signaling all the men in the neighborhood to go into hiding.

And if you're the gunslinger type, you'll love the legend that wild west outlaw Butch Cassidy stayed here a few nights while traveling.

The home has been completely gutted and renovated maintaining it’s historic charm, with all of the modern luxuries you could hope for.

There are 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.. One bedroom is on the main floor and it has a private bath. The second floor has two other large bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other is a very large room with a queen bed and two twin beds. This bedroom also has a large private bathroom with a clawfoot tub. The two bedrooms on the second floor have large walk in closets. There is also a bonus room in the loft that has lounge seating and a large TV. Aside from the bedrooms the home includes two large communal sitting areas as well as a shared luxury kitchen, laundry room, dining room, and outside patio.

During the warm months, enjoy cooking with our grill or just relax in the evenings on the porch with an open fire while stargazing.
