No toaster, blender, dish strainer, ice cube trays, pitcher, corkscrew/bottleopener etc. bring your own. If you are a short like me bring a step stool. Kitchen cabinets very high I could only reach front of lowest shelf. If you want to dry your hair bring a hair dryer too. Unit could use a deep clean, cobwebs in windows, grimy blinds and window sills, dirty floors and carpert runners. As I mentioned if you are looking for a place nearby lifts to ski for a couple days it works ! "

Broken bar stool, ceiling tiles in bathroom would fall down when outside door opened. Nails sticking out of fire place mantle, fire extinguisher 3 years out of date. We left a day early when my wife found the dirty sheets. But it's Brian Head and the snow was Great!"

These versions don't support AppleTv or a couple of other apps (new versions of these are very cheap) * Sofa bed was very old and beat up. Very uncomfortable mattress (feel all the springs). Couch cushions had a piece of plywood under them. For support I guess? * Very poor water pressure, which is annoying since there is no dishwasher and you need to wash dishes if used * Front storm door has no springs or attachments so just freely flies open * Tiny shower But, most of this could be learned from the pics. It's not horrible, but would be if so you were expecting a very nice (or kind of nice) rental condo."

- "We arrived late and they were very good about working with us and helped us to check in. The property is nice and easy to find. The ski lift and lodge are very close and easy to get to. " - "We arrived around 5 pm. There was no power only in the bedroom. So we tried to contact everyone, finally got response from the host stating that the power company try to resolve the issue. We were waited for a long time little after 9 pm Bell from the reservation try to rearrage us to another property. By the time she had it all arranged, it was too late. The power had came on. I had asked her to have a supervisor to contact me, no one did. No one ever reach out to us see if everything was ok. Just poor customer service. On top of that we had found dirty diapers and felty floor underneath our bed. It was so discussing. Luckly we were leaving the next day. Also there was no elevator in our building only in the club house. We were on the thrird floor with all our stuff, that was hard. I wouldn't recommend or go back to this place."

We were there not during the ski season. We were there to go to Bryce Canyon and Zion national parks. These areas were accessible within less than 2 hours away. The good part was that we were also able to see places like Cedar Break National Monument which's about 5 minute away. So, for outdoor ppl and if you have your vehicle, this is an ideal place. Be prepare, it's abit colder as it's about 10,000ft elevation but the sceneries were nice!"

- "What an amazing Condo. This place set a high standard. I travel a lot and by far was impressed from the layout, modern feel and the clean and stocked kitchen. Garden level unit so you felt like you were in the Forrest when sitting on the back patio." - "Nice condo...looks newly updated. Was a little tricky to find because there's no signs telling where the front entrance is to this particular unit. Heaters in the living room and master bedroom were loud so you had to adjust the sound on the TV up and down when they kicked on. Heaters worked good and warmed up the rooms quickly. Window in the second bath is clear glass with no blinds or cover so anyone could stand outside this window and easily look in and I night you would not see them outside. I'd highly recommend the owner to fix this privacy issue. Laundry facility (coin operated) is very close to this unit so that's a plus. Key is on the side of the refrigerator in the condo. Parking spaces are a little shallow so if you drive a full length truck you may stick out a bit. Overall is was a nice place to stay, and the resort and general store are right across the street which was convenient. "

This large private bedroom space is in a vintage historic home in the heart of downtown Cedar City. You will have a private, separate entrance and everything you need (Internet, private bath, microwave, fridge, laundry, office space, Keurig). We live above the space so you will likely hear us. We will quickly respond to any needs. You will be close to several major national parks and one block away from SUU, the Southern Utah Museum of Art, the Utah Shakespeare Festival, and historic district.

The space
The Historic Hideaway is located in a historical district home built in the 1920's. The space is much like a vintage hotel room with a private entrance is on the North side of the house. The front door opens to a large private bedroom that includes bedroom furniture, a private bathroom, TV with internet streaming (Roku), Kitchen table with Keurig, microwave, mini-fridge, and office/desk space. This space has a locked door that leads to a shared laundry room. Since space is a basement space, you may hear us on our hardwood floors. We are mindful about this and tiptoe around when we take the kids to school early in the morning or let the dogs out. The window in the bathroom opens easily and helps provide fresh air. It opens to our fenced in backyard so our friendly Golden Doodles might say hi. We provide earplugs and a white noise maker just in case you need to go to bed very early or sleep in late. We will not stir above you from the hours of 10PM- 8AM.

Amenities update on AC: Basement stays naturally cool but we recently bought one small and one large air cooler for space. Let me know if you need help running. All you have to do is add water to water tank (plastic bottle provided and bathtub faucet) when it gets low. And crack the window in bathroom or utilize screen on storm door to keep the air flow fresh and cool.

We do allow pets and have had success with responsible owners. While we happily welcome pets into our home, if your pet sheds and is allowed on the furniture, please recognize that it can triple our cleaning time making it tight to turn it over for the next guests. We ask that you please assist in managing pet hair on the furniture. We have provided a vacuum and lint rollers to make it as simple as possible.

The private entrance and large bedroom space is completely yours along with a shared separate laundry room that you are welcome to use if needed. Living spaces are shared with our Zion Room. If Zion Room is not rented, the shared spaces are all yours, except storage areas that are closed/ locked.

Shared entrance with host upstairs.
Parking: Street and one driveway parking space

*Please note, dogs live upstairs. They are very friendly, and sometimes get excited when new people arrive. Feel free to pet them or just ignore them.

We are locals from around the Zion National Park area and can answer most questions you have about the National Parks and other public lands around the area.

Two friendly dogs live upstairs and use the back yard.
Marley- 4 yr old white fluffy lazy dog border collie mix.
Raven- 2 yr old small brown mutt terrier mix.
Raven may say hi on arrival, but both are quiet dogs.
One security camera is located inside at the entry, no cameras in the bedrooms or personal spaces.
Two security cameras are located outside in the front and rear of the property.

Custom king size log bed build for the room by Ben Carter, who grew up here. This unique room is one of 7 lodges at Willow Glen. The room has a private entrance, Bathroom with shower, sitting area and kitchenette
An inviting covered porch opens to a view of mature trees, birds, and other wildlife. Save time to enjoy the trails and gardens. Call to reserve at the Roadhouse BBQ- serving the best brisket and prime rib. RV park with full hookups.

The space
Notice the 3-inch step to the far side of the bed. I have no idea why the Carter Family built the room this way. As we say fondly.... they were constructors, not contractors. The family used their resources, recycled, salvaged an old hotel, and other supplies. They planted acres of trees, and planted gardens to create this popular rustic wedding and event venue.

The canyon room has a private entrance, parking steps away, You also have access to the community room, next to the office in the main house. The community room offers a 72" tv, smart TV features, DVD's, games, and free continental style breakfast.
