- "The property was wonderful! Very convenient location for our Southern Utah outdoor activities, everyone was friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the supplies that you would need to cook your meals. We put our cold items in the fridge and they had space if we wanted to put our dry items in the kitchen instead of our rooms. The house was new and very clean. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom in our room was very large for all of us to get ready for the day. We felt like part of the family here and really enjoyed our conversations with them. We had a lot of fun just staying in. The hosts were very friendly and we felt comfortable enough to use the common areas such as the living room. They even provided fresh coffee for the mornings which was a nice touch. We will stay here again! Loved our time here."

The space
Our home is located on the a hilltop close to the Cedar LDS Temple. We have a great sunset views! Since there are no houses beside us we get a regular sightings of wildlife such as bald eagles, bobcats, foxes, & deer.

Guest access
Your guest house is on the ground floor with its own private entrance. From where you park there is a 30ft inclined walk + 4 steps to the door. Once inside there are no stairs. We have a locking storm door (key) or a passcode lock on the main door.

Other things to note
We are a quiet household, but sometimes my dogs do get the zoomies in the mornings.

We do not allow guests to bring their pets.

The Gable Suite takes the entire top level and has 900 square feet including a large sitting room and bedroom. Includes a fireplace, dormers, full bath plus a double Jacuzzi surrounded with marble. King, queen and single beds. Great views in 3 directions. 3rd floor suite with full breakfast.

The space
We are an 8000 sq ft, 12 room Inn that gives you plenty of space to move around. Our returning guests tell us it is like coming home every time they come back.

Guest access
Guests have access to two kitchens, a lower level sitting room, an upper level sitting room, main level great room, living room and library/office with computer & printer. Back parking lot and nice backyard. Lots of decks.

During your stay
We serve breakfast every morning and get to know our guests. Some guests enjoy their privacy while others enjoy making new friends.

All rooms have a full private bath, iron and ironing board, hairdryers, soap & shampoo and tv's with dvd players
