The space
Simple, clean and quiet. In nature. At 8,000 feet. Clear views. Often above clouds. Yet just 5 miles to civilization. It’s the loft in my barn with vehicles parked in the garage below. As of 6/21 the loft’s Wifi has been upgraded.

Other things to note
Best suited for responsible adults. It is surrounded by forest. WiFi, but no TV, but you can live stream (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc.) on your personal device. No pets are allowed. No smoking. 4WD with good tires are required. There is no public transportation.

The space
Condo is a short (half block) walk to the Municipal Athletic Recreation Center (MARC) for an apres ski hot tub/steam room and the (free) city bus.
Guest access
Guests would have access to the living room and outside decks. No access to the kitchen other than putting few snacks in the refrigerator.
