- "This is a spectacular property and overall we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Our room was beautiful, large and comfortable (we booked a Peak View Suite). We were a little late getting into the room, but were able to enjoy the hotel amenities while we waited so it was not a big deal at all. Bell staff was fantastic and bags were delivered right away when the room was available. Front desk staff was great and gave us a quick tour of the property. We had our dog with us and they were very dog friendly, provided special amenities and also have dog friendly options on the in room dining menu which we thought was super cute. We had (and have also in the past) somewhat mixed experiences with the service in the Vista Lounge and Apex . . . specifically the busiest moments (weekends, prime evening time) they just seem to not quite be able to keep up with demand. Although on Sunday evening we had fantastic service in the Vista Lounge (albeit Saturday evening left a lot to be desired). We had a couples massage at the spa and thought the facility was fantastic and the therapists were great. Being able to ski Empire lift before the general population arrives is an amazing perk . . . we had fresh snow every day we were there. Overall we loved it and will be back!"

- "Being at the mouth of the mountain was so convenient. The staff were attentive and helpful, especially the front bell man, Fudge. Shuttle Rides to Main Street were easy. The room was large and comfortable. Being able to open the sliding doors to the crisp winter air was refreshing. Loved every minute. Would def stay again. The trip to park city is 20-30 minutes depending on weather and Uber/Lyft can take some time to arrive. Overall this the most amazing work trip and worth the drive. 5 stars - would highly recommend."

Really for less than half the price of downtown Park City we thought we made the right decision for our family. Some minor suggestions and constructive feedback. 1) we could have used a no stick pan for cooking eggs for breakfast. 2) the living room couch was probably the least comfortable couch I’ve ever sat on. A nice couch to come home to after a full day on the slopes would have been appreciated. Thanks for a great stay! The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. "

- "This was less than 5 minute walk to town lift. Right on street with shops and restaurants. We were expecting a pull out sofa but only had a couch. Private hot tub on balcony (had management clean it after a few days). There was a single washer/dryer combo machine. It would not handle big loads. We used it once for essentials and it was fine.
