The A-Frame has designated sleeping areas. The downstairs features a cozy sitting area, with a Murphy queen bed and frame TV, with the full bathroom featuring a walk in shower, and heated floors.

The middle level, accessed from the stairs, is the main living room with the full kitchen and laundry and half bath, and access to the large deck with hot tub access and outdoor dining.

The upper loft is accessed by additional stairs, and features the other queen bed. This is also where the additional queen air mattress can be used as well (totaling 3 queen sized beds).

Must be able to comfortably climb stairs. This is a 3 level A-Frame, as well as stairs to access the front door.

The cabin is on a shady hillside 5 miles up Tollgate Canyon. The Tollgate / Promontory exit #150 is 10 minutes north of Park City off I-80 Eastbound.
This 2 bedroom cabin has been updated with all new appliances, beds and full service cookware. An outdoor smoker and gas BBQ grill are available year-round. It’s the perfect destination for smaller groups or couples who want a remote cabin experience, but within a short distance for a nice dinner, shopping, and of course, summer recreation!

The upstairs master bedroom is fitted with a king-sized bed and luxury bedding and cotton sheets. The closet has ample room for clothing storage. The nightstands each have a lamp with USB charger. Our elevated acreage is at 7000 ft which means we have THE DREAMY POWDER!!! Jim is a seasoned professional mountain guide and can guide or arrange all kinds of mountain adventures ranging from entry level Snowshoeing or Snowmobiling to extreme expert backcountry Ski or Snowboard Mountaineering. Our Cabin is located in the Heber Valley. This is a great location for shopping, exploring and year round outside activities. Close to Park City (20-30 mins), Sundance (20 mins), Soldier Hollow is about 10 minutes away and Strawberry Reservoir (about 40 mins away) with great areas for hiking, biking, paddle boarding, kayaking, many other water activities including fishing. Our cabin is within walking (5-7 mins) distance to Deer Creek Reservoir.

The space
Our Cabin is very spacious and one level. There is carpet throughout the home with exceptions in the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry/mudroom. It has 4 large bedrooms, three full size bathrooms, a mudroom/laundry with full size washer and dryer. Plenty of grassy area for outdoor play and a backyard patio to enjoy the early mornings or evenings.There is plenty of parking on the property.

Escape the city and retreat to the mountains to this modern and private one-acre cabin situated at 8,000 feet, nestled in aspen trees. It is close to town but feels far away from everything. The cabin features two bedrooms, one and a half baths with a soaking tub and separate rain fall shower. It has a wrap-around deck with a hot tub and views of Park City with a wood-burning fireplace perfect for watching the sun rise or set above Park City.

The space
The cabin is available year-round for winter or summer escapes and activities. Hit the slopes on skis or bikes, or just unwind and watch the leaves change. The cabin has all the amenities you may need for a relaxing stay any time of year. Plush blankets are provided and there is a fireplace (for seasonal use).

The rustic on the outside modern on the inside cabin was designed and built in 2020 with a focus of preserving a mountain aesthetic and part of the mountain community. It features an open kitchen and living room area with floor to ceiling windows and vaulted ceilings throughout the property. You can also work remotely thanks to Starlink WiFi.

Wildlife such as moose and deer frequent the area. There is also a wild cat who adopted the property and lives outside. He likes it that way. You may see him in the area.

Please be sure to read our house rules prior to booking. The rules we have in place are for your safety and the safety of our community. We want to be good hosts and neighbors.

The cabin is situated on an acre of mature aspen trees that inspired us to call it "Aspen Grove" and have also inspired some of the interior art. Art by Bret Webster Images who is a local award winning photographer with a gallery on main street Park City is featured in multiple rooms of the stay.

Guests have full and private access to The Cabin and its property. There is a large wrap-around deck perfect for watching sunrises or sunsets or just for relaxing in the hot tub with amazing views of Park City that is surrounded by trees.

The cabin is located in a Canyon off paved and dirt roads that our plowed by the HOA. In the winter a 4x4 or AWD

If it's solitude and peace you are looking for go no further. Fox Hollow is situated on a quiet lane with a main house and a separate guest house right next door. The surrounding area is wooded and private creating a great gathering space in the back with a large deck and grass yard.

The master bedroom is upstairs with a wood burning fireplace, king sized bed with a balcony overlooking the backyard. There is a bonus claw foot bathtub IN the bedroom room next to the fireplace. The master bedroom is now closed in as a private bedroom where it was once an open loft style room open to the living room below. The second bedroom in the main house is also upstairs with its own bath, a queen bed and two twin mattresses on the floor of the loft.

The guest house won't be considered punishment for whomever ends up there. It's steps away from the main house with 2 bedrooms, each with their own full baths, a kitchenette and a mounted flat screen in one of the two bedrooms.

Other things to note
The area of the canyon that we are in rarely becomes warm enough to necessitate air conditioning. On hotter days, we recommend opening the windows in the evening and closing them in the morning while utilizing our ceiling fans for your ultimate comfort.

We ask that you please be respectful to our neighbors by keeping the noise down after 9 pm

This is a non-smoking residence - no smoking in the house, or anywhere on the property.

Absolutely no pets allowed.
