- "Excellent home in a great location. Would definitely stay here again. The property is very secluded from the other houses in the area. The hot tub on the balcony was clean and hot. The house was very clean. The kitchen had extras, like spices and aluminum foil, which was helpful. Two of the twin beds were up a ladder in a loft, so be aware that only kids may be able to get to those. I didn’t dare go all the way up, but looked from the top of the ladder, and there is a tv up there too, so again, kids may love this. I only slept in the king bed that’s on the same level as the kitchen (so I cannot speak to the other beds), but it really needs to be replaced. There is a huge indentation in the mattress on the side closest to the door. Love this location because it is just outside of town and more private. Instructions to get in were easy. Communication between the cleaning crew was lacking. I went through their instructions and received an email saying it was okay for us to check out at noon instead of 10am. However, the cleaning crew showed up at 10:15. We got a call asking why people were still there. The man I talked with was polite and understood this was just a miscommunication, so it was not a big deal for us, but I felt bad the cleaning crew was around, waiting for us to leave because they weren’t informed. This super cute cabin with high end finishing is a great getaway during any season. Quiet and secluded, yet close to all the Teton Valley attractions (less than 2 miles from Hwy 33). Cabin is situated on 10 wooded acres with Fox Creek running through the property, hiking trails around the property and direct access to the National Forest. Very private, cozy location with great wildlife viewing.

Large propane freestanding stove heats the cabin up very quickly and is wonderful after a days skiing or during the cool evenings. Loft bedroom with a full size bed, small couch on the main level pulls out for additional sleeping space for a guest or child. The cabin is quite small though, so it is most appropriately sized for maximum of 2 adults and a small child. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with a tub and shower.

Colter Cabin is located on six private acres surrounded by ranches and aspen trees. It's the western log cabin you've been looking for, just north of Driggs, Idaho in the foothills of the Tetons near the Wyoming state line. Honeymooners love the authenticity of the true log construction, big fireplace, and dramatic views. There's fantastic bird watching, hiking, biking, kayaking, skiing, and fishing nearby. The cabin features high ceilings, classic log construction, a stacked-stone fireplace, and forever views of the neighboring ranch and the Big Hole Mountains. Grand Targhee is 25 minutes up the hill for excellent powder skiing in winter, and Jackson Hole is about an hour over the pass. You can cross-country ski or snowshoe out the front door or find your way to one of the many groomed trails near the towns of Driggs or Victor. In summer, there's great kayaking on the Teton and Snake Rivers and mountain biking in the Big Hole Mountains. Venture 40 miles north to Henry's Fork to try your hand at world-famous fly-fishing spots. Hike into the Jedediah Smith Wilderness to get away from it all or take an easy stroll from the cabin down to beautiful Leigh Creek. Horseback riding and golf are also available within a few minutes' drive. The darling town of Driggs is a 7-mile drive and features cute restaurants and shops. Idaho Falls and Jackson airports are each about 75 minutes away.

- "Warm and relaxing with great countryside views. Only thing to make better would be a king size bed." - "My husband and I were thrilled when we arrived at this wonderful cabin. It was just as pictured and described (do not look at the Google picture taken 15 years ago!). It was surrounded by gorgeous aspen trees and wild flowers. The front porch has a cozy place to sit so see the morning sun, or the rising moon. The back porch and upper balcony (off the master suite) overlook the textured pasture with the beautiful horses grazing and frolicking, and seating is provided. I liked talking to them and when I played my Dean Martin crooner music, they looked up and seemed to like it. The sunset was breath taking, and on the evenings we were home, we sat out there and gazed at the majesty. The instructions for the house were very helpful, and several "things to do" brochures were provided. The cabin was well supplied with linens, towels, and washcloths. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to do a couple of small loads so we could take clean clothes home. We highly recommend this enchanting cabin. Of course the fact that it is fairly close to Jackson Hole, The Grand Teton National Park, and Yellowstone, not to mention all there is to do closer to "home", just made it even better. It will be one of my "happy places" forever!"

Our log home is located about 8 miles from Grand Targhee Resort, 1 hour and 45 min from West Yellowstone and 45 min from Jackson Hole Wyoming. Our log home is near the National Forest. You can enjoy golfing (1 mile away), fishing, crosscountry skiing, skiing, snow shoeing, horseback riding, hiking, climbing and ATV activities practically out the front door.
The entrance to the basement is not a private entrance. You do not have access to a full kitchen. You do have access to some small appliances. (see the amenities section.)
And we have beautiful sunsets!

You might even see some deer, moose or elk from a shared fron patio.

Although host is living in the home we are considerate of your privacy. We are available to answer any questions personally or via phone call or text.

You will be able to enjoy the entire basement of the log home in privacy.

It is a happy and comfortable place to stay.

Quiet time is between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

For your enjoyment there are 32” Smart TV in each bedroom and a 55” Fire TV in the living room.

There is complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water and spiced hot cider.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire cabin and its 5 private acres, including the cozy interior spaces and the scenic front porch with breathtaking Teton views. The property is all yours to enjoy during your stay, ensuring complete privacy and relaxation.

Getting Around:
You'll need your own transportation at the Blue Moon Cabin. It is located about 12 minutes north of Driggs, Idaho. Centrally located at the base of the Tetons to access both Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks.

We let guests enjoy the home on their own. Yet, we have a full team available 24/7 to help as needed.

We are located about 1 hr from Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park, 2 hrs. from Yellowstone, and 20 min. from Grand Targhee Ski Resort. There is no public transportation so you must have your own vehicle.

The space
Important, please read! This listing is for just ONE bed in a FEMALE ONLY shared dorm room. (If there are more than one of you you'll need to book a bed for each person.) SHARED means there will be other guests in the rooms with you! It has a total of 6 beds (3 sets of bunk beds). You will share two full bathrooms, one toilet room and two separate showers with other guests in the house. We also have a Mixed Shared Dorm Room and two private rooms.

This room is located in my home and I and one or more of my sons live here therefore it has the feel of a typical home so may have personal items left out here and there. We do our best to keep the home clean and tidy but since I rent out four rooms it is impossible to always clean up after a guest who may not be so clean and tidy, though most are!!! :)

In the winter we have a place for your ski/snowboarding gear.

Our beautiful lodge style log home, called Teton Hostel Hideaway, is situated on 13 acres mostly hidden from all other homes and surrounded by farmland. The home has many covered porches and a patio with tables and a barbeque grill. Guests can mingle in the TV/game room to watch TV and play pool and ping pong. Guests can relax in the great room and enjoy the warmth of the fire & the beautiful view of the mountains. Guests are also welcome to use the kitchen to prepare meals. A fridge is provided for their use. Guests can also do laundry here.

Other things to note
I have free coffee/tea and hot chocolate but please limit yourself to 1 Keurig cup or 2 packets. If you want more than one coffee per day it will be $1 for each extra Keurig cup because they are pretty expensive.

I offer foods you can prepare for breakfast for free if you like such as eggs, toast, bagels and cream cheese, fruit, hot and cold yogurt, etc. If you want to snack or take some food for lunch there is a price list posted in the kitchen and a money jar on the counter.

You can do laundry in the afternoon or evenings between 4 PM and 9 PM for $2 per load. If you use your own soap it must be HE type soap.

Our Teton Queen Cabin is a studio cabin with one queen bed and a sofa bed. The cabin has a kitchenette comprised of a 4-burner electric cook top, a full refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee pot, silverware, dishes, glassware, pots & pans, and kitchen utensils. A private bathroom with a combined shower/bath is also located inside the cabin.

The space
Don't want to cook? Sit down for breakfast and dinner at the pool-side Wanderlust Bistro. For lunch on your daytime journeys, get something from their grab-and-go market.
Teton Valley Resort offers awesome amenities for all guests. You can enjoy the
seasonal outdoor heated pool, soak in the hot tub, challenge someone to a pickleball match, relax on your private porch, or stream movies to your cabin’s smart TV with our high-speed fiber-optic internet.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil log cabin. Situated on a sheep and horse farm surrounded by grass fields yet minutes away from Grand Targhee resort, grand Teton national park and Yellowstone. You get the whole cabin which is fenced in on 2.5 acres of horse pasture and has a newly inclosed deck. Ask about boarding your horse during your stay. This is the perfect location to access all of the parks and recreation. Enjoy a spectacular sunset from this peaceful retreat.

The space
The cabin is on a working farm, you may get a visit from the friendly horses or sheep grazing in the pasture. The loft has a view of the mountains and pasture with a comfortable new queen sized mattress, and the living room has a nice sized pull out couch for extra guests or children to sleep.

Guest access
The cabin has an outdoor fire pit and an indoor wood stove to give you the authentic cabin in the mountains feel. There is also a large covered deck that is very private off the front with a propane bbq. Ask about boarding your horse in the attached private pasture.

Other things to note
If you have a pet please make sure they are friendly with livestock cats other dogs chickens all the farm animals that may come by to say hello. If you don’t know this for sure leash them please at all times. There is a quiet road you can walk them on if you are unsure. I ask that you keep your pet off of the furniture especially the bed. If your pet is used to being on the couch this is my only exception but please use a spare sheet to cover the couch. There is a baby gate to block the upstairs if needed but please do not allow your pet on the bed. You will be charged $50 if they stain the bedding. There is one pet allowed on automatic booking but if you have a second please explain how you plan on caring for your pets. There is an additional pet fee for cleaning if we notice excessive hair. I do not allow pets to be kept in the cabin unsupervised without permission from a host. Thank you. $40 for first pet for the entire stay $20 additional for the second pet. If you have to change your reservation there could be a fee if changed less the two weeks from the check in date.

Our adorable cozy creek side cabin is available to rent. 40 miles away from Jackson Hole and 10 miles from Grand Targhee Ski Resort. Snowmobiling, skiing, fishing, hunting and much much more. Located just outside of Targhee National Forest.

An adorable, rustic, cozy cabin. The Teton Creek runs through the backyard with amazing views of the Grand Teton Mountains. We have 3 rooms. One room had a king bed, one room has a queen bed and the 3rd room has two twin beds. We have 1 bathroom with a shower only. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator and freezer. We also supply coffee, WiFi and have a smart TV that will allow you to sign into any of your streaming accounts.

We are located just behind the Teton Teepee lodge. the Teton creek runs through our backyard. Please keep an eye on your kiddos. During the month of June the creek runs a lot swifter than the other months. We are about 1 hour and forty five minutes from West Yellowstone.
